The sun shined brightly.

Y/n L/n, one of the top members of the Sabertooth guild slept soundly on the roof enjoying the quiet.

"Y/n!"

He was enjoying the quiet.

Y/n opened his eyes to see Minerva Orland glaring down at him. "Oh, hey Minerva-chan," he said lazily. Minerva grit her teeth. Y/n was the only one in the guild who didn't refer to Minerva as Milady or Mistress.

"I thought I'd find your lazy ass up here," Minerva growled. Y/n gave a lazy smile.

"Well, you thought right. Congratulations." Minerva grabbed the male by his collar. "Woah..."

"What's with you and not taking any jobs? Especially those requested of you specifically?" Y/n shrugged.

"Didn't feel like it."

"Didn't feel like it?"

"Didn't feel like it."

"Didn't feel like it!"

"Didn't feel like it."

"Ugh! You're impossible," Minerva shouted releasing him. Y/n leaned back on the roof and closed his eyes. "Hey! Wake up!"

"Just because my eyes are closed doesn't mean I'm asleep," Y/n said. Minerva's face was red with irritation. Her and the H/c haired boy just didn't get along.

He was lazy, disrespectful, and she didn't even know what magic be used.

"Minerva," Y/n called.

"What?" She snapped. He pointed to the sky.

"That cloud looks like a horse." Minerva was dumbstruck.

"Are you for real?" Y/n chuckled. "Y/n, can you be serious for a damn minute?"

"Can you chill out for a damn minute. God, you remind me of the old me," Y/n replied irritation evident in his voice. This was a first for Minerva.

"The old you?" Y/n sat up into a criss cross position. He stayed looking at the sky.

"My grandma taught me magic before she died. As a kid, it was the coolest thing. I trained and trained and worked extremely hard to get to her skill level." Y/n the looked down frowning. "But, I ended up overexerting myself and I fell ill.

My grandma said, "see, that's what happens when you're all work and no play."

After I recovered, I made sure to take adequate breaks between my jobs and from when I trained. You strain yourself physically and mentally if you don't slow down every now and then."

Minerva didn't know what to say. Y/n could've sworn he saw guilt in her eyes. He smirked at this. "Of course you wouldn't know this because you're too busy being a pain in the ass."

"Why you-" Minerva's magic formed in her hand.

"Tell me Minerva, when's the last time you looked at the clouds?"

"The clouds?" Y/n nodded. "I don't know. They're just clouds."
Y/n nodded again. Minerva looked away, the silence making her uncomfortable.

She was then pulled down. Y/n wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her close to his body. Her cheeks turned a bit red but she couldn't help but think how warm he was.

"What do you think you're doing?" Minerva snapped.

"Shh. Let's watch the clouds."

"I don't want-"

"Shh. Let's watch the clouds." Minerva groaned.

"Are you serious?" Y/n nodded. Minerva sighed. "Fine."

"Good. Now shh. let's watch the clouds."

A/n
I don't know. I felt like it'd be funny to tick off Minerva.
