Dean's POV:

That girl is everywhere...

"Seems like you know her..." He speaks.
"Not really, no..." I turn back to him.
"Maybe she knows me, I've no idea... Anyway." I redirect my coarse of thoughts.
"It seems to me that this project just happens to be harder than I had expected." I inform him.
He smiles slowly.
"I don't think its one you can't handle..." He says that and I mentally struggle.
I never knew he thought highly of me.
I never really knew what he thinks of me at all...
That was new...
"Plus, I'll be there with you in all meetings, just book me a ticket every time and I'll fly there..."
"I do want to pay all branches a visit. Haven't done that in a really long time." He says and although confused, I nod understanding.

I didn't really know what to think right now. Whether its a good thing he's coming with, if he truly wants to check on his company's branches, if he's offering me help because I might not be able to handle the task, or if he doesn't trust me to get the job done...

"We'll do..." I reply just in time our lunch arrives to our table.
I look around and my eyes catch her again, this time she was seated on a table with people who looked like her family and whom also happened to look like they were lecturing her heatedly...
What was up with her?

I squeeze my mind for any features linked to her. But no, I am sure, I do not know this girl...

Later that night I get to my room, I change and lay on my bed for thirty minutes restless, drowned in thoughts.
I eventually refute sleep and decide to go for a walk.
Where was this pool again?

I don't have a thing for sitting by swimming pools but, when sitting on the sand by the beach isn't an option, pools tend to do it.
Any water space with fresh air would be good late at night.

And there she was for the fifth time today....
She was sitting on the pool ledge, her legs partially immersed into the water, her short floral flowy dress slightly rolled up her thighs.
She looked kind of distant, and... Sad?

"Hello?" I approach her.
She glances sideways and her face kind of falls.
"Umm-h-hi!" She flusters.

I stand a few blocks to her left, near the ledge of the pool.
"Do I know you?" I couldn't help but ask...
She struggles.

"I don't think so, no..." She momentarily frowns then looks away.
"Is it the other way around?" I ask again.
She chuckles shaking her head.

"What makes you think I know you?" She asks confused.
Did I embarrass her? Why was she reddening?

"Just a probability..." I shrug and smile shortly.
She nods once before she looks away awkwardly.
"I've seen you a lot around here so..." I add shrugging again.

I just assumed, because our eyes caught alot...
Thought she might be mistaking me for someone, thats all...

"So..." I lower myself down on the ledge too without dipping my legs, I hoist my elbows above my knees balancing my seating position.

"Are you here on a vacation?" I ask.
"Yep..." She nods shyly.
"You?" She reciprocates.

"Business meetings." I inform her.

"Ahah, with that, Emirati guy right?" She asks and I nod confirming.

"So w-" her phone interrupts her.
She fishes for it in her bag.
She glances at its screen for a few moments and then she rises.
"I've to umm-" she puts her feet through her sandals then caresses her dress neatly.
