T-Rex nest
[Yaz POV]
"Run, run, run!!!"
"Is the parasaurolophus still there?"
The T-Rex eats the parasaurolophus that was chasing us.
"Aaah! Not anymore!"
"Over there! Cover!"
We run to a hiding spot behind a large fallen tree trunk.
(boom)
(crash)
(roar)
(crunching)
(receding footsteps)
"They're gone"
All of us sigh in relief. I lean against Sammy tiredly.
My ankle starts throbbing again. That frustrates me. I'm used to always being fast, proactive, and athletic. Instead, now I'm the slowest and always at the back of the pack. Great.
"Why are there so many dinosaurs around?" Kenji pants
"It's either your boyish charm is scaring them, or the fences are down" Brooklyn states
"It's definitely option two. Although option one is pretty reasonable too." I say
"I don't even care. Right now, I just want a sandwich. We haven't eaten since those awful carob bars that Ben..." I trail off sadly
Sad Silence
(distant roar)
We all groan.
"We just need to eat and rest." Sammy mumbles. "I can't keep running like this"
Darius looks at the distance. "Wait- there's bound to be a way to call for help on Main Street. And food, and everything else!" he realizes
Kenji pumps his fist
"Let's go!"

We all stare at the ruined stands around us.
"What happened here?"
"Uh, I'm thinking dinosaurs"
"It's more than that. Some kind of fight took place. From the height, it looks like maybe a T-Rex and..."
"Something bigger?"
"The Indominus"
"I don't think we have to worry about it anymore, or what's left of it. Or the Mosasaurus being hungry for a while."
I limp towards the edge and see a floating, half-eaten Indominus Rex. Looks like the Mosasaurus was on the T-Rex's side.
[This really happened in the real Jurassic World movie. You should watch it if you haven't already!]
"Guys! You have to see this!" Sammy exclaims. She leads us to a dirty cardboard cut-out of Brooklyn wearing the same thing she is now and holding up a product for advertisment
We all laugh
"Wow. I totally forgot I agreed to that." Brooklyn remembers
"Do you only own one outfit?" Darius teases
"What? It's my signature look"
