Dante Drago sat at the VIP table and was being waited on like royalty. Everything was perfectly executed and all the wait staff moved in fluid motion around the restaurant. His water and wine glasses were kept full and everything that he might want or need was anticipated by the wait staff.

It was obvious that they had been trained very well. He hadn't seen service like that in a long time.

"Dante," his younger brother, Nicola, leaned in and whispered in his ear. "The manager of this place is Gia Summers. The owner is none other than Anthony Greco."

Dante tried to keep the shook from taking over his face. "I thought old man Benedetti didn't have an heir?"

"Anthony was groomed from childhood to take over when Benedetti's wife died in labor."

"Why the fuck didn't I know about this?" Dante was angry. All his plans had just hit a brick wall with the name Anthony Greco on it.

"No one knew. I just found out about it today. The old man kept a tight ship and no lips were flapping. What the fuck do you want from me?"

"I want you to arrange a sit down with Greco. We need to find out what the hell is going on, what the plan is for the Benedetti Family seeing as the last Benedetti died two months ago." Dante took a sip of his wine and had to admit that the place was upscale. Everything except the news he had just gotten was excellent.

Dante watched as the staff moved around in perfect synchronicity. He was pleasantly surprised. As he watched the staff move flawlessly, he caught a glimpse of a woman with long chocolate hair moving around the tables and taking a few moments to talk with the patrons. Her body was curvy and tight. She appeared to be a confident woman and that was something Dante liked. Confident women were passionate in the bedroom a trait he most definitely liked in a woman.

He kept his eyes on her swaying hips as she walked around the room. It was obvious that she was leaving his table for last, which he found to be a bold move. It was more than evident that Anthony had trained her well to manage his restaurant.

It wasn't the first time he had seen a woman managing a restaurant or any business for that matter in their world, but it was the first time that he had seen a woman like her walking around the room as if she owned it. Everything about her exuded confidence and courage and sensuality. He could feel himself getting aroused just following the woman around the room.

"That's Gia Summers," Nicola said, admiring the woman himself. He saw the hungry look in his brother's eyes and sighed.

"Keep it in your pants, Dante. She's one of Anthony's girls and you don't want shit—"

"Make that sit down happen tomorrow. Shit needs to be handled now." Dante pushed his chair back and decided that he wasn't going to wait for Gia to go to him. She was playing a dangerous game and his curiosity had been piqued.

Gia held the smile when she saw Dante walking up to her. Anthony had been right on the money.

"Good evening, Miss Summers, I assume it's Miss?" Dante smiled at her.

The rumors had also been right on the money. Dante Drago was a delicious man. He wasn't just sexy and good looking. The power he had rolled off him making the hairs stand on end in the back of her neck. His electric blue eyes were intense, and his chiseled jaw was set but relaxed. He was a walking violation with all the muscle that wasn't hidden inside the expensive suit he wore. He had a good foot or more on her even with the four-inch-high heels that she wore. She didn't consider herself short, standing at five feet four inches, he was just too tall.
