As [Y/n]'s shoes touched the puddles outside, the sound of Leon's and her footsteps resonated, causing the water to splash and spread in all directions. Despite the downpour, they stood resolutely outside in a quarry, their vision obscured by the relentless rain. It was a race against time, trying to get to the church, to rescue Ashley. Suddenly, the hairs on the back of [Y/n]'s neck stood on end, as her senses heightened, signaling the impending danger.
Leon, who was standing next to [Y/n], sensed her unease and placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong?" he asked, his voice calm and steady. [Y/n] shook her head, trying to clear her mind. "I don't know," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "I just have a feeling that something's wrong." Leon's eyes narrowed, his intuition telling him that they were in grave danger. He quickly surveyed their surroundings, taking note of any potential threats. Suddenly, a figure appeared in the distance, their silhouette illuminated by the lightning that flashed in the sky.
As the gates closed on either side of them, the sharp points digging into the ground, they knew they were truly trapped, "Shit." Leon cursed under his breath, glancing around at [Y/n]. They were surrounded by towering walls, and there was no way out. They would have to find a way to escape before it was too late. Leon's eyes narrowed in alertness as he reached for her gun, ready to defend himself and [Y/n]. "I don't like this." [Y/n] whispered, her eyes scanning her surroundings. The rain continued to pour down, drenching them both as they waited for something to happen.
Just then, the sound of eerie chanting and a distant bell rang out, their haunting echoes reverberating against the cold, stone walls. The atmosphere was tense and foreboding, and [Y/n] couldn't help but feel a sense of unease creeping over her. It was clear that something eerie and mysterious was happening, and a sense of unease settled over the agents. "What the hell is that?" Leon exclaimed, his pistol trained on the large door before them, a deafening roar emanating from within. [Y/n] could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she braced herself for whatever was about to come. Suddenly, with a powerful crash, something large collided with the door, causing it to shudder and crack. The force of the impact was so great that the gate gave away.
A massive, monstrous creature emerged from the depths of the cave, towering over the adventurers with its immense size. It was a terrifying, mutated creature with a colossal body, arms the size of massive tree trunks, and fiery eyes that seared with rage. Its hunched back was immense, adorned with a grotesque, oversized parasite that thrashed wildly in its wake. The creature let out a deafening roar, causing the ground to shake beneath their feet. "By the gods, what is that thing?"
