I woke up seeing I was in my room again and sigh, I remember what happened to me in the hallway I felt the urge once again creeping up on me, I needed something to cut and I wanted the urge to stop bugging me all the time, it was getting even harder when I was sitting with everyone trying to be happy and acting normal
I knew this act wasn't going to last very long as the feeling tends to come back rather quickly, I started taking pills that Vlad said that would help me control it
but it started to lose its power in a couple of months. I pulled my sleeves up and saw the scars of my cuts
I wasn't happy with the way that I was feeling, and I wasn't happy cutting myself either but it was the only thing I could do to make the pain go away.
The door opened as Vlad and my brother came in
"Big Brother"
He came to my side and hugged me.
"I heard you had another episode."
I frowned when he said that and making me look away in shame, he then took out my small mirror that I keep tucked away and handed it to me
"You dropped this, don't worry nobody saw"
He told me as I thanked him for returning it
"You're doing fine angel don't worry"
He said caressing my cheek as I held his hand to my face not wanting him to leave again, it felt like being under my brother just made the source of the pain go away,
He stayed with me for 3 hours and most of that time he read stories to me and talked to me. I ended up falling asleep again.
Vlad pov)
When her brother finally was able to put her back to sleep he quietly left the room closing the door behind him,
"Is her condition worsening?"
He asked him as Vlad had no choice but to tell him the truth
"I'm starting to think I don't know how to fix this, the medicine that I gave her is wearing off quicker than I thought it would"
"Do you need better assistance, if so I could have demiurge help you with-"
"I rather not have that demon near her"
He said in a snarl as he quickly apologized
"Vlad I understand that you don't want demiurge anywhere near her but keeping them apart won't be easy"
He told him as Vlad already knew that was going to be hard
"If you truly want to help my sister you're going to have to allow Demiurge to help as well, he is good when it comes to things such as this"
Vlad didn't say anything as her brother allowed him to think about it and left soon after that, vlad went back into the room and lay in the bed next to his mistress, he wanted to make her happy and keep her safe but most of the times he felt like he was failing all of that
He didn't know how to make her pain disappear, but then I thought came to mind making him sit up and leave the room rather quickly, he headed to her grandpa's home. When he knocked on the door Miko answered
He asked to see her grandfather who was in the back of his dojo training other dragons
"Sir, Vlad wishes to speak with you"
Miko said as the old man who was watching 20,000 of his students perform the same move over and over again before he turned to look at the vampire
"What's going on with my angel?"
