Chapter 10: a new me

I sat in Vlad's room Hiding, Vlad told me demiurge would be OK and black and white are fine but at the same time...I was starting to think maybe It was time to show Gozaburo what I am made of, I left the room and headed to the throne room where my brother was talking to the Guardians, when seeing me they were surprised

"Brother, I going to go find Gozaburo"

Everyone was silence

"Angel, you don't have to do this alone. Let me-"

"No"

I said cutting him off

"I'm done running from this monster. He wants revenge on me and for what I did to him. So I guess it's time I stop this cat and mouse game"

He looked at me and knew how serious I was

"And how are you planning to do this?"

"Zero and zwei. Are my top angels but I think I'll use Vlad and Tanaka and have a field day."

"Angel....violence isn't the answer"

"I'm not so much of an angel anymore. I'm not very angel-like" 

I said upset and my brother knew this. A portal opened and out came Lilly

"Hey, you can be an angel again"

She said holding a bottle

"Hold on to it for me Lilly. I have a mission"

She looked at me shocked but I didn't stay around to hear her. She followed me down the hallway wanting an answer

"What are you doing?!"

"Going after Gozaburo"

I told her

"Cool, so when we can go?"

She was ready to fight but at the same time I couldn't let her and the others get hurt

"Sorry Lilly it's not your fight"

"We don't ever fight together anymore"

She said with a sigh

"I know, I'll make it up to you and the others"

I said with a smile as she nodded and gave me the bottle

"You're going to need this"

She said and wished me luck. I headed to Yuki and fund Vlad and Tanaka telling them what we were going to do.

"Absolutely not"

Vlad said not allowing me to go

"You've been threw enough! Go home to your family"

He told me

"Vlad!"

"I said no, I'm sorry angel." He said cutting me off

"I will not sit by and allow that crazy man to manipulate you just so you can go on a crazy manhunt"

"To be honest master Vlad has a point and I also think you shouldn't go"

Tanaka said I was shocked that they weren't letting me do this.

"You had enough of fighting, just go home"

Vlad said pushing me to the way of Nazurick. It was true I did want to go and see my kids but I wanted to also go after Gozaburo

"Don't worry we'll be fine"

Tanaka said reassuring me. I nodded and thanked them as I cried, worried they would die. But they weren't worried about it. I held the bottle to change me back to an angel.

"Please come back safe...please"

I begged as Tanaka, vald, zero, and her sister bowed to me

"We promised my lady."

And they were off as black and white stood by my side and followed me to Nazarick

Kids pov)

Mayu and her brothers were with Galaxia learning spells and flying. She was their teacher for the day and they wondered where their mother and dad were

Galaxia would tell the kids they were busy, she never told them what really happened to them, but mayu could tell somthing bad was about to happen

"Mayu, did you hear me?"

Mayu looked up and saw Galaxia looking at her

"Sorry, but I have a feeling something bad is going to happen"

Mayu said, she knew some people didn't believe her but she had a strong connection with her mother, and so did sota

"Your mother is fine, don't worry so much"

"She isn't coming back Luna"

She said as she looked at mayu before having them take a break.

"Mayu, is mom going to be ok?"

Asked her brothers who looked to her to tell

"I'm not sure..."

They're talking stopped when they saw the door open and then came their mother he was back to being an angel

"Mom!"

Her kids cried as they rushed over and gave her hugs. They cried and was so happy to see her as she was happy as well to have her kids in her arms

Angel POV)

A year later, Vlad and the others came back and all were alive, the only life that was taken was Gozaburo, he created a nuclear bomb to take everyone's life but failed to kill anyone, and zero was able to create a portal that allowed them to escape just in time

I was sad by this news but happy that he was no longer in this world. I could breathe happily now, as for demiurge he was all better, I do like to tease him and dress in a nurse outfit

My sickness was gone and I didn't have to worry about it, mayu was healthy and didn't catch my illness.
