Chapter 2: my family

Angels pov)

I work up when hearing an echo of crying babies. They sounded far away and for some reason, I knew where they were

I forced myself to get up. I felt weak but determined to find my babies, their cries set me on fire, I thought someone was hurting them or maybe...were they going to be killed. I started to walk but fell in doing so

I knew I was going to do anything to get to my kids. I didn't know where I was right now and I didn't care all I know was that my baby's needed me.

I got into the hallway using the wall to keep me up and walk, even though I was slow I kept going. My body hurts but I kept going until I heard someone

"My lady stop!"

I ignored the person and kept walking, A hand was placed on my should and when I looked back I saw Tanaka

"What are you doing out of bed?"

He asked

"My babies are crying, please take me to them"

"Lady Angel, you're not well, you have to-"

He was cut off as I grabbed his collar of his shirt

"Take me to my baby's now!!"

My voice changed for a minute as he looked scared and agreed. He picked me up and I told him we were to go. We ended up in Nazurick

"Please hurry, they're in pain"

I said as he walked quickly, he got to a room as the door opened, I jumped from Tanaka's arms passing Demiurge and into the room taking one of the kids from yuri. Falling to my knees with him in my arms

"Lady angel?"

Yuri said surprised

"It's ok, I'm here"

I told the babies as the others were still crying, I ignored everything and sang my lullaby to them which they stopped crying as my voice was heard. When I stopped I fell backward as Tanaka caught me in time

"It's ok, steady yourself"

He told me as I was losing my vision the baby was taken from me and i passed out in his arms.

A minute later I woke up again to saw I was in a room with my baby's who were sleeping to my right and left of me. I smiled and sigh happily

"How are you feeling?"

Tanaka asked when seeing me awake

"I'm tired"

"I know, you ran out of the room and down half a hallway just to get here."

He told me as he seemed impressed

"I did?"

"Yep, your adrenaline made you come all this way when you heard your baby's cry. But don't worry vald will come to check on you"

He told me, I looked around hoping to see Demiurge but he wasn't here

"If you're looking your that demon forget it, he won't come"

I looked at Tanaka confused

"Why not?"

"Demiurge is having a hard time, I think seeing you die messed him up"

He told me as I sat up but Tanaka stopped me

"You can't keep this up. Just rest"

"Bring me demiurge"

I order him, he sighs and does what he's told and leaves the room. I looked back at our baby's and smiled they were so cute when they slept

The door opened as Vlad walked in, he was happy I was ok and as he checked the baby's Tanaka came back
