'Mr.Park, I presume?' The doctor smiles at Jimin as we walk into his office

'Yes. That would be me.'Jimin smiles, bowing a little. 'And this is my fiancé, NaRi.' He introduces me as well

'Thank you for seeing us.' I bow to him as well

'I'm doctor Lee Min Sool. Nice to meet you. Please, take a seat.' He gestures to the chairs across from him
'I did go through the system, and I couldn't find anyone with your name in there. You are not a patient of mine.' He tells Jimin

'No, no. We are not here for us actually. I am here about another patient of yours.' Jimin tells him

'I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I am unable to discuss anything about another patient.'

'Not exactly why we're here either.' Jimin replies

'Okay, now I'm just confused.' Doctor Lee chuckles a bit

'Understandable.' Jimin chuckles along, then starts explaining. 'You have a patient with the name Hwang Moon. He's-'

'Yes. That poor child.' He sighs, cutting Jimin off

'He is the reason we're here.' Jimin says. 'I'm aware of his condition, and I know what he needs to have done. I want to know if it's going to really help him.'

'Yes. He would be able to walk again. It still takes a lot of physiotherapy and recovery, but he would be back on his feet within a year or so. But, may I ask, why are you asking about him?' Doctor Lee seems curious

'I'm a family friend, but only recently have I found out about the situation with the younger child. I wanted to come and speak to you about having that surgery done for him.'

'It is possible, but the surgery is very expensive.' Doctor Lee says

'I'm aware. So, if there was a way to have that surgery paid for, how quickly would the kid be able to have it?' Jimin asks

'It could be organised within a week.' Doctor nods

Jimin exhaled in relief a little, then started talking again. 'That sounds great. Now, how would I go about paying for it?'

Poor doctor looked like he was about to have a heart attack. 'I feel like I have to explain again. This surgery costs a lot of money. And I mean, a lot.'

'I'm aware. I spoke to JoaWi and she told me it's about 60 thousand dollars.' He nods

'Ah, the sister. I see. Yes, she told you the truth. But that's not just it. That doesn't include all the medical stay and expenses they need. It would be another 20 thousand, as it will take a few months.'

'That is not an issue.' Jimin smiles. 'I just need to know where and how I can do that?'

'I am the doctor in charge of him, so you can do that here with me. We can figure out a payment plan that is the easiest for you. We can stretch it out through the few years if-'

'No need for that.' Jimin cuts him off. 'No payment plans needed. I was thinking of paying it all straight up. Plus any additional medical charges.'

Doctor looks at him in shock, leaning forward a little. 'Are you sure about that?' He asks

Jimin laughs a little, then take his wallet out, pulling his cards out, including his black one.
'I'm sure. Take your pick and charge it. Please.'

'I rarely get this surprised.' Doctor chuckles, leaning back in his chair. 'May I ask, why are you doing this?'

'I'm in a position to help them, and they need it. The kid deserves to live his life just like everyone else. And I'm more than aware that they can't afford it.'
