A villain kiss by inkkoya
When y/n was younger, she would always stare at the stars with that little boy and talk about everything.
He would point to the brightest two stars in the sky and smile down at her, telling her that those were her parents watching over her.
She would always smile and tell him that he was being silly.
Today, however, y/n sat at her window and looked up at the stars with anger.
At that moment, she was cursing her parents. She looked to the first bright star and started her rant.
"When will this end?" She talked to herself and the star. She was getting at her life, at how it turned out to be, abnormal.

Living a life of an assassin and having to get along with her childhood who had turned out to be somehow the coldest guy somehow made her a rival. She just hated his guts.
having a mission to get done with him was the scariest thing that she heard in her life. especially working with a person whom she knew while she had to train with him until the mission was done.
and the funniest thing was that you both turned out to be assassins, both stuck in the world of darkness and crimson grounds.
Y/n then turned to the next star and started getting angry. "This better end quickly." She said now looking at the moon- it was lightning in the darkness of the sky that came with the cold wind hitting her face before a stern voice said.-

"Then end it." Jake's voice rang behind her making her turn to him. Her eyes darkened more than before. "Don't you know how to knock?"

Jake, the childhood friend she had once upon a time just disappeared suddenly and met him after more than fifteen years to get on a mission together-a mission where blood and hate claimed the vibes.

"You think that I didn't?" He said back- he did knock but she was lost in her thoughts.
"Forget it, why are you here?"
"So you were talking with the stars, getting angry at them?" He chuckled looking at her while she took the appointment and sat at her window.

"Are you getting me to talk with you?"
"As long as I remember you were so happy looking at the stars before."
"Sad story. Not anymore." She finished, sitting now on her window with her knees in front of her.
Jake didn't leave- he didn't know what pull she pulled him in, sitting there like a lost princess. The silence between them was comforting and peaceful.
"Stay focused on my eyes," Jake said when he noticed her eyes thinking about something.
And she did.

After the movement y/n's eyes were as immobile as the rest of her face as if news like that was impossible to absorb any faster, she was frozen for maybe three whole seconds before the corners of her mouth resumed their usual softness and her eyes quit staring.  “ Do you still have that scar under your right eye?”
“check it yourself,” she voiced out, voice teasing but cold.
Jake did just that. He started to count, starting with her left cheek.
Jake, if he could, would look at her all day.
The moment she tilted her face toward his, only a few inches away from his beautiful face?

It was the moment he was adding the last scar to his count.
If someone else was there, he would say she was on the verge of kissing Jake.
Which was only a second, and she pulled away quickly but to her beautiful misfortune, Jake pulled her head back to his- just drawing his lips to her in a beautiful seeing of their lips. Again.
He kissed her and the world fell away. It was slow and soft, comforting in ways that words would never be.
His hand rested below her ear, his thumb caressing her cheek as their breaths mingled.

When he felt her breathing coming to an end, Jake pulled back and looked at her face under the moonlight.
He pulled away silently, but their eyes locked, having a private conversation of their own.
"You got two more on your left cheek." His voice got raspier than before.
A small lock of hair tumbled in front of her face, resting just in front of her cheek, but with one swift slide of his thumb, it was brushed out of the way. "Training at six tomorrow."
With his words before he left her at her window. All hot and breathless. he was the villain that she couldn't control- and she just kissed him.

A thought roamed his mind while looking at her. How much does she have on her body?
He will have to know- one day.
