Episode 13 Part 2

Lieutenant Gavin immediately dove into the snow as the huge tank neared.

Anything larger then a Sherman was likely German,

But this tank was painted in an Olive green color,

And it's hull was shot to 'ell!

It moved at a relatively decent speed, despite the loud sounds the engine was making.

The ground shook and trembled as it drove by.

"Whoa!" Corporal Nesson said

Corporal Nesson accompanied him as he was inspecting the Tiger's wreck.

"What tank is that Second Lieutenant?"

"I don't know Corporal," Gavin said

giant white stars were painted on the side.

"I think it's friendly though.... Based on its markings"

"Do you think it saw us?" Corporal Nesson said

"I'm not it's commander! I can't tell!" The Second Lieutenant barked

"Get a radio!" He yelled to the M8's crew

This was going to be an interesting report.

Carm looked through the cupola slits as the US soldiers on the side of the road ducked into the snow as they passed.

"Who was that?" Danny asked,

"I don't know, but they look American" Carm responded

"Do you think that they may help us?" He asked again

"I don't think so.

They probably have a mission, and we'll just interfere, also,

We aren't from here, we don't know anything."

The T29 continued on its way

"So let me get this straight....." the company commander said over the radio,

"You found a random Super-tank driving around in the snow that you can only assume is friendly?" He said tiredly

"Yes sir. It had American markings, we think it was responsible for the destruction of the King Tiger ace" the second lieutenant said into the radio

"You think so?" The commander said, his interest level increasing

"Yes, we do, it had many hit marks on it." Gavin said

"Any unit markings?" He said

"The only thing that looked something like a unit marking was some faded blue ribbon on one side of the turret, uh, sir" the Second Lieutenant said.

"Hmh, don't recall a unit with a blue ribbon logo before"

"See if you can't identify it, maybe take some photos. But don't get too close, we don't know if it's friendly" The base commander said

"Yes, sir!" The Second Lieutenant said into the radio.

He turned it off.
