The two siblings were the power siblings of the school, Piper would steal things for Robin, and she could also fight, but never did, so Robin did it for her.
the two loved each other dearly, but they would get into fights with others almost every single day, just for the fun of it, Piper being the one that pisses literally everyone off, for no reason except it gives her excitement, and Robin beating the shit out of people for chatting shit.
Vance and Piper met when piper wanted some excitement, and so she pissed off finneys bullies, which caused her to run into vance hopper...
