~Flashback: The Avengers compound 4 years after the blip~
Sophia tossed and turned in her sleep, like most nights she struggled with her nightmares.
Since the blip she didn't have a single night of proper sleep which was 4 years ago.
"Mom?" Sophia called softly her voice braking a little
"Mama please, you're ok please don't leave me" tears started to fall from her eyes.
"Sophia" she heard a faint voice behind her, "Dad" she said before going up to him.
Both Wanda and Vision were lying on the floor almost unconscious
"Dad please, what is going on?"
"You- you killed us"
"What?" Sophia cried out softly, "I didn't- I would never do that to you"
"You've killed your mother and I, it's all your fault"
Sophia sobbed "No- I please dad, don't leave"
"It's too late, and it's your fault"
"No, no please!" Sophia begged while sobbing
Natasha could hear muffled sobs coming from down the hall not letting her sleep
She got up from her bed and walked outside when she got closer to the noise she realized it's coming from Sophia's room.
She quickly opened the door, she was met with Sophia tangled up in her sheets, she was sobbing and sweating.
She was mumbling something, Natasha got close to her, just then Sophia's words started to make more sense
"It's all my fault" she kept saying over and over
Natasha sat down on the bed and placed her hand on Sophia's shoulder
"Sweetie, Sophia" "Sophia, baby come on wake up, it's just a dream"
No response came from the 15 year old besides whimpers
"Come on baby, you're stronger than this, wake up"
Sophia jolted up "Mama" she yelled
Before Natasha could even react, Sophia curled herself into a ball in the corner of her bed, "Mama" she kept mumbling
Natasha placed her hand her Sophia's knee and she flinched
"Mama" she said again
"Baby it's just me it's ok, it was just a dream"
"Mama, i'm sorry, i'm so sorry" Sophia sobbed
Natasha looked at her confused with concerned eyes
"Sophie, baby it's me, it's Natasha"
When she saw Sophia wasn't responding to her she cupped her face slowly and carefully.
"Sweetie look at me" The moment Sophia's eyes locked with Natasha's she let out a breath she didn't even realize she was holding.
"Tasha" she said in a breathy tone, her eyes started to flatter close
"No, no don't close your eyes look at me"
"You're ok, you are safe with me, it was just a dream ok baby?"
Sophia collapsed into Natasha's embrace feeling exhausted
