since the first part of i-land had ended, jinghua and mayse were unneeded at the set and went off to continue their careers however kept an eye on the show to keep up with the trainees for when they saw them next and for jinghua, that was today. the female and her group were invited to appear on the show for a mini-mission that was set up in preparation for the second test of part 2. the trainees sat in their assigned seats as they are made aware of the mini mission being given to them. "say the name," hoshi began as the performance unit appeared on the screen. "annyeonghaseyo seventeen iminda~"
"jinghua noona!" daniel points at the screen as the boys focused on what was being said however took notice of their previous producer who helped them a lot. hoshi explains their mini-mission and took turns down the line to explain what the mini-mission was.
"and we'll be visiting in 24 hours! so work hard~" jinghua teased as they waved goodbye to the boys through the camera as the teams were shown.

dressed in jeans with a loose blouse tucked into the jeans and a pair of heeled boots, jinghua appears with her performance team members, walking down the pathway that leads into i-land. smiling, the female leads the way as they entered the egg-shaped entrance. "aigoo~ it feels so weird walking back into this," jinghua sighed as the egg began turning, catching the attention of the trainees in the first-floor practice room. when it stopped, the female smiled brightly and waved to the five trainees inside the first-floor practice room as they bowed to the other seventeen members, making their way towards the room - everyone greeted each other.
"how is practice going?" hoshi asked as the performance team stood in a line in front of the trainees. jinghua kept a kind smile on her face as she watches the pretty u team enter the room with awed expressions to see the seventeen members.
"before we start," jinghua began, catching everyone's attention. "shall i give you my feedback for the last test?" she questioned jokingly but the boys were more than happy to hear her thoughts on their performance. "oh, i was joking but sure!" she chuckles, glancing at her best friend, minghao who smiled. clearing her throat she began with a smile. "let's start with the flicker team. firstly, well done! the performance was beautifully executed," the boys bowed and thanked her. "jake," the called male glanced up at her with expecting eyes, smiling when he saw her smiling right at him. "congratulations on winning producer's pick."
"thank you noona," he bowed to her.
"honestly, i think jake has improved a lot since the first episode of i-land," she spoke frankly as she pointed at him with her cue cards. "your vocals are more stable now, your dance skills are improving and your expressions on stage are well done," again, he bows and thanks her again. "jungwon!" the female called him, catching eye contact with the young male. "at such a young age, i think you might be better than me," she smiled at his cute reaction to her words. "i think part 3 was made for you. your voice suits the lyrics perfectly and the concept is something i want to see you do again."
moving on, the female smiled at the remaining three flicker team members. "now i am going to be honest," she said, releasing a sigh as everyone focused on the singer that stood between the8 and jun. "since the beginning, i have been keeping an eye on this trainee and another one. sunghoonie," she said. "your performance, perfect - your parts were more on the sexy side but you did them well," she beamed. "heeseungie," jinghua shook her head that worries him. "you're just good, same with k - you both had great chemistry and did your parts well." the flicker team thanks her and she moves on to the dive into you team.
jinghua gives out her compliments, leaving jay's feedback last as she finishes with sunoo's feedback. "and lastly, our jay," the boy looked at her with his hands behind his back, waiting for what she would say. "you were the leader of the team and i think you did an excellent job leading them - just as you did when you were at the ground," she smiled. giving out some more compliments, she claps her hands and looks at each of her members to start the mini-mission.
"say the name! annyeonghaseyo seventeen iminda!" the performance unit greeted proudly, applauding themselves with the trainees, asking a few questions to each team unit, finding out that both teams had been practising for 8 hours and hadn't seen one another's performance. smiling, jinghua watched the trainees' dance and cheered them on as she stood off to the side with her members. when the performance ended, the performance unit applauded them and gave their thoughts to the boys. and then it was pretty u's time to perform. hoshi gave them some hype before it started and then the music began, jinghua giggles, covering her mouth with the cue cards as she smiled, her other arm crossed over her waist. 'ah they're so cute!' the chinese female thought as she cheered the boys on.
"encore! encore! encore!" jinghua cheered for taki who did his solo part again for the idols. "wah~ you all have changed," she tilted her head to the side before hoshi took over and asked them about the nano dance challenge. we started with the pretty u team. "aye! cutie cutie~" jinghua calls out as each member got their turn.
the seventeen members were honestly having a fun time spending it with the trainees of i-land, cheering them on to boost their confidence. hoshi spoke up and pointed between jay and jun speaking about the two's similarities. "can you guys dance hit together?" hoshi requested which jay was flustered about. cheering them on, jinghua beams and claps for them when they ended and pushed hoshi into dancing with sunoo and taki.
after discussing to themselves, the seventeen members made a verdict and had the pretty u team win and the benefit of the winner which they had chosen to be sunoo. "we thought sunoo fits well with the song," hoshi explained to the group of boys. now it was time to say goodbye to the boys but before leaving, jinghua handed heeseung a stack of letters.
"mayse wrote you all a letter! read them and learn from them!" jinghua waved as she entered the egg with her members and left i-land.
