"Earlier, I crossed with your Mom while finding you. She asked about you."

Memories of my Mother rushed up to my head. When I heard about her, it sinked in me that I've been missing my mother's presence for a month and a half. Ngayon ko lang namalayan na nangungulila pala ako sa pagmamahal niya.

Though my mother always favor my father, I never tried to hate her. I never tried to embed grudge in her because I always see her soft and delicate. She doesn't deserve the hate and to be hurt. She deserves all the love in this universe.

Reason why I always ask myself, my mother is a great mother but why did Papa still chose to hurt her?

I've been seeking answers for myself by what he had done but I always end up in one conclusion. He chose it. Cheating is a choice. He ruined my view of him.

A broken mirror can't be crafted again to its original face. Like a tarnished trust.

Tiningala ko si Isaac. "What did she told you?" tanong ko.

"She asked for my help." Sagot niya.

"For what favor?"

Ibinaba ni Isaac ang kamay at isinilid sa bulsa ng pantalon. "She wants to meet you."

Agad kong naibagsak ang kamay at malaki ang matang nilingon siya. "Ano?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko. It feels unreal. Totoo ba ang narinig ko?

"Your mother wants to see you. And she asked for my help." Aniya.

Nagbagsakan muli ang madalang ko lang na maramdamang kaligayahan. Totoo ba 'to? Mama wants to see me? This is so rare! I can't believe it!

"Kailan?" tanong ko. Napuno ng galak ang kalooban ko na pati ang mata ko'y ngumingiti sa tuwa.

"Tonight, Ez. She wants to meet you tonight."

Hindi na ako nakasagot. Naunahan ako ng lukso ng pakiramdam ko at dinala sa paraisong puno ng kaligayahan. Para akong nakalutang sa ere sa gaan ng pakiramdam ko. I really can't believe it!

I stared at Isaac adorably. Then I winked at him.

"Okay, Sac. Let's meet my mother tonight." I declared happily at naunang pumasok sa loob. Mabuti at nang makapasok ako ay humupa na ang selos ni Jalsey at napakiusapan ni Saint na mag-usap sila ng pribado sa labas. Nakasalubong ko pa sila at hindi nakaligtas sa akin ang pag-irap niya. Si Saint ay humingi naman ng paumanhin sa paraan ng pagtingin niya sa akin.

Nang makarating ako sa table namin ay lang tahimik sila at si Liberty na tulala sa kawalan ay dinadaluhan ni Benesse sa tabi niya.

Not so long, Isaac arrived at nag-aya ng umalis. Kaya naman ay nauna kaming umalis ng wala si Saint na kumaway lang sa amin. Sabi ni Isaac ay magco-commute lang daw si Saint para makabalik sa DBS.
