Kaito had trouble processing what was going on. This "Yamato Shot" came from another world? He was beyond confused.

Now Yamato was in his house, and they fell asleep fast. The next day, the two went to the hospital to visit Deku. Yamato waited outside, as Kaito went in.

Kaito's one visible eye was streaming with tears, but his teeth were gritted and he was glaring.
Kaito: Why is now different...?
Kaito ran out of the room. Yamato spotted him and ran after the boy.
Yamato: Wha-?! Hiden!
Kaito was now outside, sobbing again. All he wanted now was for his best friend to come back to him.
