tw: abuse, mild trauma.

-blaires pov-
there was something dreary about London, it wasn't the same as Newcastle but then it' was a new environment nothing stays the same i guess sighing to myself.

the towns felt cold like they're was this piece missing but maybe the piece was missing in myself.

i had a rough time in newcastle and by rough i mean abusive,
my boyfriend of 2 years was a hopeless drunk and a women abuser.

he would come home and just use me as his punching bag or toy, i was an object to him and that i blamed myself for, i fell into something know as "deep depression" and only recently have i been able to get out of that lifestyle of pain.

that's when i stuck up for my self and my well-being, i had to get away and peruse my nerdy dream of being an editor and
poet and that's exactly what i'm doing and what better place than London? i asked myself, where dreams happened i reminded myself of that last phrase... "where dreams happened"

i made my way to my new apartment it was around south of london and about a 25-30 minute drive into central london, i was proud of myself for saving everything and following my dreams.

as i walked in i was embraced with something so gorgeous:

it had the most outstanding views and i couldn't of been more happier.

i rang my parents to show them the place they funded towards and a few tears left my mothers proud eyes, it was nice to see her happy. she hasn't been that way in for some time so seeing her face light up and colour fill her cheeks made my heart warm, i said my goodbyes and rested for the busy day i had ahead of being an editor.

-the next morning-
7:45am,
god it's early i groaned into my white pillow that was filled in smudges of forgotten makeup from the previous night.

i got into my new shower for the first time and as the boiling water hit my skin my phone screen lit up followed by a buzz.

i looked over to see the person i was editing for sent me an address, surprised he's up i giggled to myself as i continued my quick shower.

i'd picked my outfit out and decided to post a few good luck photos on my instagram to flood the feed of my followers.

the time was now 10:40 and i left my apartment calling an uber to the address given to me for my first day at work.

it was around a 15 minute ride i thanked the driver and payed him the £11 he charged.

i buzzed the gate and was greeted by a deep males voice asking who i was.
you: it's blaire and in reply the gate opened and i made my way up the stone entrance.

and as the sound of my heels clocking and my nerves building i stud at the foot of the door inhaling before knocking and taking a few seconds to breathe.

then all of the sudden, the most beautiful pair of eyes gleamed into my direction.

the first chapter, it's short but that's just some sort of introduction on who you are,
