Chapter 7: the meet up

(8:00 AM) Saturday

Yeonjun's POV

I stood up from my bed as the alarm rung. I checked my phone and it's 8 AM in the morning.

I walked towards my bathroom and took a bath.

It took several minutes on choosing my outfit and finally... I have one.

I headed into my Kitchen and cooked some food for my breakfast. I ate it immediately after cooking then I walked out from my condo.

I'm a bit nervous for today.

(9:24 AM)

Beomgyu's POV

My mom walked out of my room and headed downstairs.

I immediately stand up and run towards the stairs to check if it is really Yeonjun and it's really him.

He is dressed with a black long sleeved polo with some yellow designs in it tucked in a belted pants. He is also wearing a beret over his head.

Beomgyu: Yeo-yeonjun! What are you doing here?

Yeonjun: I thought we have to meet up?

Beomgyu: Yeah but it can't be in our house because the electric company said that there will be sudden brownout later 10 AM until 10 PM.

Yeonjun seems like he's thinking about something and after several seconds...

Yeonjun: Then let's do it in our house.

I'm dead. I swear I was paralyzed that moment.

Beomgyu: Okay then. Let's do our homework in your house.

I rushed towards my bedroom and closed the door. I'm going inside Yeonjun's house?!

Beomgyu: Mom, I'll be back. Have fun with your trip.

Mom: Ok, honey! Enjoy!

I kissed Mom's cheeks. I was about to leave the house until I remembered something.

Beomgyu: Mom!

Mom: What?

Beomgyu: Do me a favor.

Mom: What is it, honey?

Beomgyu: Help Taehyun practice in his singing. He's about to join the school's Music club so help him. I know you can coach him Mom!

Mom smiled at me.

Mom: Of course, honey!

Beomgyu: Thank you, Mom! Bye!

Mom is a really great singer. I'm sure she can help Taehyun with his audition on Monday.

I walked outside the house. I am now with Yeonjun and we are walking towards the bus stop.
