When Cora, a young woman with the gift of healing, is taken captive she goes on a harrowing journey through the amazon rainforest with the alluring and mysterious Alpha who is determined to save his brother's life at all costs. *** She felt the Alpha's chest vibrate in anger. "There is no choice, White Bird. You will go." "Or what?" said Cora, looking him dead in the eyes. "Or I will drag you along the ground behind me." The alpha leaned down low, his breath fanning across her neck as he spoke into her ear. "And when you are done, I will be sure to gut you and leave your entrails for the birds." *** Cora spends most of her life being shuffled around between werewolf packs, warlocks, elementals, and everything in between. Known as The White Bird, her powers of healing have become a source of constant wars, with everyone striving to collect her and use her for their own personal gain. When Cora is taken by the Blackcrest pack, she assumes her life will be the same, locked in a cell and forced into using her powers of healing for whoever desires it so. Unbeknownst to her, her life takes a different turn when she meets the alluring and mysterious Alpha Draven. Alpha Draven is after one thing and one thing only; to save his brothers life. But when he comes into contact with Cora he feels an unmistakable pull towards her, the pull of his mate. But there was only one problem, he was never destined to have a mate. Cora and Alpha Draven, along with a team of elite soldiers, traverse the Amazon Rainforest in search of the alpha's brother, whose life hangs in the balance. As the team travels along the perilous path, many injuries and mysterious illnesses befall them, causing Cora to continue using her powers of healing. Unknown to all, there are limitations to her healing powers, and her hidden tattoo marks the ticking clock on her lifespan.

In which a young girl is abandoned at the start of the apocalypse. Delilah Brown grew up in a very religious household. Church on Sunday, prayer every morning and night, and she couldn't dare show a bit of interest in boys clothing. Despite everything she'd done to stay loyal to her family and religion, it wasn't enough. 'A devil spawn', her father would call her when he thought she wasn't listening. 'A child of sin', the priest would say. Why? Because she had Autism. High functioning but just 'noticeable' enough for her parents to worry about the families reputation. After being diagnosed at 4 years old, instead of taking necessary steps to support Delilah, her parents only prayed for her, desperate to pray away whatever 'devil' lived within her. But nothing worked. Nothing would work. So when the world ended, they left her. Her own parents left her alone to fend for herself. After all, Delilah was bound to walk the Earth with the new demons which they called walkers. But it wasn't until a man with a Colt Python and a boy with a sheriff's hat found her that her purpose was changed for the better.
