These are the things that go through one's mind. Things are dark; things are light. There are just somethings in here people well not understand, and others well smile they are not alone. It is everything and nothing; nothing and everything. Listen to one's heart heart, mind, and morals. Listen to her.

My first post!! a little poem I wrote based off a personal experience. To me the writing process of this poem was really cathartic in that I was able to really portray the vulnerability of that moment in a way that felt authentic to my experience. It's also meant to be broad in a sense which allows readers to project their own emotions or experiences on the situation.
