The Radkova witch released a loud groan as she felt herself slowing beginning to wake up. "What the hell," Emily mumbled as she sluggishly rubbed the sleep out of her green irises with her limbs feeling like they weighed a hundred pounds each. What even happened last night? The blonde witch thought to herself as she tried to piece together as to where she was and what was the last thing she could recall.

However, before Emily could even begin to go through her memories, the young witch immediately rolled her green eyes when she finally looked around her surroundings and noticed Bonnie, Stefan, and a complete stranger staring down at her like she was a test subject. "Oh, you got to be kidding me," Emily complained as last night quickly came back to her by staring at her so called boyfriend, who had played her last night.

The Radkova witch sarcastically and slowly clapped her hands together as she stared solely at the Salvatore vampire with a harsh glare embedded onto her face. "Well done, Steffie, you got me," Emily exclaimed before she curiously inquired with a twitch of her head, "now, that you have me, what do you want?"

The Salvatore vampire couldn't find it in himself to answer his girlfriend while he looked at Emily in complete sadness as he felt guilty for tricking his girlfriend along with the fact that he felt helpless right now. Stefan usually could find a way to help his girlfriend through her struggles, so it was absolutely heart wrenching that he couldn't help Emily through this.

When the Bennett witch realized that Stefan wasn't going to answer Emily's question, Bonnie took a small step forward so the blonde girl's attention was on her. "We are here to help you, Emmie," the soft spoken voice of the Bennett witch quietly uttered as she gazed across at the girl, who she saw as one of her best friends but couldn't really recognize anymore.

Emily rolled her green eyes as she stared at the weaker witch. "I don't need your guys' help," the blonde witch exclaimed as she confidently crossed her arms over her black crop top before she cockily stated, "I'm perfectly fine." Emily honestly didn't see what the big deal was. She was fine. The Radkova witch was finally happy, so why couldn't they just leave her alone?

"You're hurting people, Emily," the Bennett witch reminded her best friend as she slowly shook her head with a deep frown embedded onto her forehead. "The real you would never do that," Bonnie strongly insisted. Bonnie knew Emily her whole life, so she without a doubt knew that this wasn't something the Gilbert girl would ever do to the people around her. It was just all that magic in her system that is messing with Emily's mind.

The Radkova witch carelessly shrugged her shoulders before she stubbornly exclaimed as she lifted her chin slightly towards the ceiling, "maybe you never knew the real me."

The Bennett witch soon realized that she wasn't going to get anywhere with this conversation, so she completely ignored Emily's words that she knew was an obvious lie from their history together before she pointed towards the man that was standing between herself and Stefan. "This is Dr. Alan Deaton," Bonnie introduced the man to her best friend before she stated, "he believes he knows a way to help get you back to normal."

Emily turned her gaze onto the unknown man now known as Alan Deaton before a wide smirk pulled onto her purple lips. "Ooh," the Radkova witch cooed before she teasingly inquired, "did you bring me a new toy to play with?" The blonde witch didn't even wait for a response before she brought her green eyes down to her right hand and raised it to bring on her icy powers.

However, Emily immediately frowned when she noticed that no ice rose from her fingertips like it should have happened. "What the hell," the Radkova witch mumbled as she tried again and again to make her powers work.

Meanwhile as the Radkova witch was getting annoyed and irritated with herself and her new powers, the man from Beacon Hills, California took three small steps towards the aforementioned teenager before he gently greeted the blonde, "hello, Emily. It's nice to finally meet you. I have heard a lot about you." The bald man placed his hand onto his chest before he informed the young witch, "you can call me Deaton."

The older male silently watched Emily groan and complain about her powers for another minute or so before he calmly told her, "this room is surrounded with lobelia ash. It's why your powers aren't working at the moment." Deaton raised his hands in innocence when Emily shot him a glare before he added, "it's just a precaution for while we talk."

The Radkova witch rolled her green eyes at this man, Deaton, in annoyance but she didn't snap as she decided to humor him. "And what could you possibly want to talk about that you are afraid of a little magic?" Emily teasingly inquired with a lazy smirk playing on her lips.

"Well," Deaton began as he released a silent breath before he calmly answered her question, "I heard you were having a little problem with your emotions."

"I don't have a problem," the Radkova witch immediately snarled as she, once again, glared at the man. Emily wasn't stupid. She knew this was just some big ploy her so called boyfriend had came up with to get her emotions back. Emily definitely didn't want to get those pesky emotions back, so she knew that she needed to change the direction of the conversation to at least stall them until she could find a way to get out of here - where ever the hell she was.

A smirk slowly pulled onto the Radkova witch's face as she stared at the new comer in Mystic Falls after she came up with her plan to escape. "You aren't human," Emily stated not asked after she had gotten a read of the man. Emily released an amused chuckle when the vampire and the witch in the room looked at her as if they seen a ghost. The Radkova witch lightly shrugged her shoulders as she explained, "it's just a little trick I've picked up on."

The young but strong witch recently learned that she could look at anyone and see their aura that tells her what kind of supernatural being they are. It was definitely crazy for Emily when she first found out about this power during a party. She had been dancing with a cute girl when suddenly Emily could see this red outline around the girl along with an extra amount of coldness when she realized that the cute girl was in fact a vampire.

Deaton smiled softly across at the Radkova witch as he affirmed, "you are correct, Ms. Gilbert." Deaton placed his hand over his chest before he explained what he was, "I am a druid. We are essentially helpers to the supernatural world. We act as advisors to other supernatural beings - most commonly with werewolf packs."

The Radkova witch released a fake and exaggerated yawn with her hand over her mouth before she sarcastically told the man, "nice history less, doc." Emily slowly pushed herself out of the uncomfortable metal chair before she continued as she muttered, "really, it's been fun but I'm done here."

The blonde witch ignored the three figures in the room as she strutted across towards the only door. However, before Emily could even try to leave, Bonnie quickly blocked her way by standing in front of her. "Please sit back down, Emily," the Bennett witch begged with a frown displayed on her lips.

A false pout rose onto Emily's dark purple lips as she stared at the weaker witch before she brought her point finger to trail down the side of Bonnie's warm cheek and neck. "And why should I do that, Bon Bon?" The Radkova witch inquired as she slightly twitched her head to the side.

The Bennett witch quickly pushed Emily's hand away from her as if she was about to be burned before she practically shouted, "we are trying to help you, Emily!" The brunette girl had to remind herself to calm down as she knew Emily pretty much fed on other's emotions, so she took a deep breath before she gently ordered, "please sit back down or I will have to make you."

Emily smirked in amusement as she stared across at the brunette girl. "Really?" The Radkova witch inquired with a chuckle before she continued with humor all throughout her voice, "you're going to make me?" Emily rose her right eyebrow as she cockily reminded Bonnie, "you do realize I am stronger than you, right?"

Bonnie immediately shook her head in disagreement before she countered, "not right now you're not."

Emily rolled her green eyes in annoyance as she was reminded of the fact that she couldn't use her magic in this place. The Radkova witch wasn't going to let that stop her, though, as she muttered, "whatever." The blonde girl ignored Bonnie as she just simply walked around her to leave this place.

However, before the Radkova witch could take more than three steps, she suddenly felt her body fly through the air before Emily released a loud groan when she felt the familiar and uncomfortable chair digging into her back. Emily glared over at the Bennett witch before she snarled, "once I get out of here, I will kill you."

"You shouldn't take anything that she says to heart," the druid quickly assured the young witch after he noticed how fast Bonnie's face fell from her best friend's threat. "It's just the anam fuar talking," Deaton gently reminded the brunette teenager.

Bonnie silently closed her brown eyes as she nodded her head while she also tried to control her fast beating heart from her best friend's words. "Right," the Bennett witch mumbled as she reminded herself that this wasn't her Emily talking. Bonnie just had to constantly tell herself that this was just the power talking and that they were going to get her best friend back.

After a full two and a half minutes had passed and Bonnie finally reigned in her emotions and her erratic heartbeat, the Bennett witch slowly opened her brown irises and shot the druid a small smile. "You're right," the Bennett witch murmured as she remembered why they were all here.

Deaton gave the young witch a reassuring smile back before he turned back around to face the last living Radkova witch. "Now, I know this isn't what you would imagine spending your day," the druid began before he gently explained, "but we are here to help you."

Emily rolled her green eyes in annoyance from the fact that they were all still trying to change her when she was finally having fun for the first time in her life. "I don't need any help," the Radkova witch muttered before she fixed her gaze onto her boyfriend. "Tell them, Steffie," the blonde girl cockily teased, "tell them how much fun we had last night."

A smirk rose onto Emily's purple lips as she watched as the Salvatore vampire began to twitch uncomfortably. "You know you don't miss the old and boring Emily," the Radkova witch taunted Stefan as she murmured, "you know you like the new and improved Emily."

Stefan, who had silently been watching his girlfriend against the far wall, released a silent sigh as he stared at the young witch in sadness. "We're going to fix this," the Salvatore vampire promised after he had ignored her taunting before he slowly approached Emily in the middle of the room.

The green eyed vampire placed a gentle kiss onto Emily's forehead before he whispered softly, "I love you. It's going to be okay." Stefan gazed down at his girlfriend for a moment before he silently turned around and headed over to where Bonnie and Deaton were standing a few feet away.

"So, what's the plan now?" The Salvatore vampire asked the druid with concern dripping all throughout his voice and his anxious stance, "how do we help her?"

Deaton shot the vampire a kind smile before he began to explain their next course of action, "I've been doing some research since the last time we spoke, and I found two spells that I think could possibly bring Ms. Gilbert's emotions back." The druid grabbed a folder from the wooden bench to his left before he continued, "the first one -"

However, before the druid could fully explain the two spells, he was suddenly interrupted when the only door in the steel room was pushed open and in walked the Lockwood werewolf and the oldest Salvatore brother. "Ah, if it isn't my favorite witch bitch," Damon sarcastically exclaimed as he slowly walked into the room with a guilty Tyler walking cautiously behind him.

Emily rolled her green eyes at the arrival of the blue eyed vampire. "Oh, bite me, Damon," the Radkova witch exclaimed. The last thing Emily wanted right now was to hear Damon's mouth when she was already annoyed with their whole plan of bringing back the emotions that she didn't need.

"Ooh," Damon teased with a smirk playing on his lips. The Salvatore vampire slapped his palm across Tyler's chest beside him before he mentioned to the young witch, "too bad we're out of bites after your bestie over here already did that to me."

Emily furrowed her brows in confusion as if she didn't get the punchline before she focused solely onto Damon and his aura. It took the Radkova witch a little longer to connect the dots since her powers were being placed on hold while she was stuck here. However, once Emily could finally see and feel Damon's aura, she could instantly smell something dead and rotten coming off of the vampire.

"Oh, poor Damon," the Radkova witch cooed with a wide smirk playing on her purple lips. Emily twitched her head to the side as she teasingly asked, "did a little werewolf bite you?" Emily let out an amused tsk before she muttered, "it looks like you'll be seeing Elena sooner than you thought."

That last statement immediately pissed off the older Salvatore like the emotionless witch knew would happen as a snarl instantly escaped from Damon's mouth before he went to head towards Emily. However, before he could take a full step, the Lockwood werewolf quickly placed his hand onto Damon's chest. "She's just trying to get to you," Tyler reminded the vampire.

Damon swiftly pushed the werewolf's hands off of him before he glared over at him. "This is your fault," the Salvatore vampire snapped as he slightly stumbled backwards.

"Tyler's right," Bonnie quickly stated as she tried to control the situation before it got out of hand. "You need to relax," the Bennett witch ordered before she explained, "I don't know how long the magic will stop the bite from spreading, so you need to stop straining yourself so much."

The older Salvatore vampire grumbled underneath his breath but didn't argue because, unfortunately, he knew the Bennett witch was right. So, instead of arguing, Damon slowly took a seat in the corner of the room before he glanced around while he waited for the pain in his side to subdue.

However, while Damon was looking around at everyone and everything, he soon furrowed his brows when he realized someone was missing. "Where's your little wolf, doc?" The blue eyed vampire asked the druid as he remembered that some true alpha was supposed to be the savor of their days with their witch problem.

"I wanted to try to get her emotions back the natural way with a few spells first to see if they can work as well," Deaton explained, "since this is my first time actually working with a Radkova witch, I thought we could experiment a little for research purposes to see if you can only get a Radkova witch's emotions back with a true alpha or if it could be reversed simply with magic."

"S-Shouldn't we just do it the right way?" Stefan anxiously inquired as he crossed his arms over his dark blue Henley. "Couldn't that make it worse for her?" The younger Salvatore vampire continued to interrogate as he thought about what this could mean for his girlfriend.

Deaton shot the green eyed vampire a gentle and kind smile before he informed him and everyone in the room, "trust me, this will be completely safe. It's just something I want to try out and it won't take that long, either." The man from Beacon Hills placed his hand over his heart before he vowed, "I promise, this won't make her condition any worse."

Stefan silently nodded his head in understanding as he released a heavy sigh before he mumbled a quiet, "okay." Stefan's overall and main concern was that these attempts to bring her back was just going to push her deeper and deeper into this state and that they would never be able to bring back the real Emily.

The very annoyed and bored Radkova witch broke the tense silence that surrounded her as Emily dully questioned, "don't I get a say in this?"

"No," practically everyone in the room deadpanned without even having to glance over to the emotionless witch. It wasn't even an option at this point to let Emily decide anything right now. They all knew if it was up to her, she would never want to get her emotions back, so it was completely pointless to entertain her thoughts at the moment.

"Well, then," the Radkova witch mumbled with a pout settled onto her dark purple lips before she slumped back into the uncomfortable chair. Emily honestly wasn't worried about this whole plan of theirs. She was going sit back and watch this all fail like she knew it would. Emily just silently looked forward to when she would be back onto the streets soon enough to have more of her fun while she waited for this to be all over with.

"Alright," Deaton began as he clapped his hands together before he stated, "so, the first spell I would like to try is called cleanse aura." The druid grabbed a piece of laminated paper from the wooden bench beside him before he continued, "the spell is pretty much self explanatory." Deaton looked over the paper and gazed across at Bonnie before he uttered, "and this is where you came in, Ms. Bennett, since I am not a witch but a helper to the supernatural world, you will need to preform the spell."

Bonnie nervously bit down on her bottom lip after Deaton handed her the paper and she began to scan over the words to the spell. "Do I need to do anything special or?" The Bennett witch trailed off after she had understood what she would have to say as she looked back up to the druid.

Deaton nodded his head before he explained to Bonnie about what she needed to do for the spell, "the Radkova coven have always thought connection was a very important aspect to their existence, so you will need to have some sort of contact with Emily while you chant the spell three times."

"O...Okay," the Bennett witch nervously mumbled in agreement as she slowly moved her gaze over to her best friend, who was currently glaring at her with so much hate in her green irises.

"It'll be okay," Deaton quickly assured the young witch as he placed his hand onto Bonnie's shoulder. "She won't be able to hurt you while we're all in this room," the man from Beacon Hills promised as he gave the young witch's shoulder a slight squeeze to help calm her nerves about performing the spell.

Bonnie silently closed her brown eyes as she reminded herself over and over again that Emily's powers wouldn't work right now and that there was no way she would be able to hurt her. Once the Bennett witch felt her heart return to its normal rhythm, Bonnie opened her eyes and mumbled, "okay, I'm ready."

The Bennett witch took a deep but slightly shaky breath as she grabbed the laminated paper with the first spell on it. "I can do this," Bonnie mumbled as she tried to hype herself up before she slowly and cautiously approached her best friend. "It's going to be okay, Emmie," the Bennett witch murmured as she shot her best friend a tiny smile.

Emily rolled her green eyes at the weaker witch in front of her before she sang, "you're wasting your time." The blonde girl cockily gazed at each face around the steel room as she asked them with amusement shining all throughout her voice, "you guys really think you'll be able to bring back that boring and goodie-too-shoes girl?"

The Lockwood werewolf was the one to break the tense silence and answer Emily's question as he took a step forward from his position from behind Damon. "We will," Tyler confidently stated as he stared directly into his best friend's green irises, "we're going to bring you back and we're not going to stop until we get your emotions back."

Emily let a smirk slowly rise onto her dark purple lips as she gazed at the werewolf. "It's cute that you think you're going to be able to change me," the emotionless witch commented in amusement. Emily carelessly waved her hand as she told the group of supernatural beings with a sarcastic grin on her face, "well, good luck or whatever. I can't wait to see how stupid you all look."

The older Salvatore vampire immediately released a loud groan from his slumped position. "Can't we just get this going already?" Damon complained before he pointed his hand towards the Radkova witch and muttered, "she's just going to keep arguing with us, so there's no real point in entertaining her unless you want to be here all day long."

The man from Beacon Hills nodded his head as he agreed with the vampire, "Damon's right." Deaton turned his brown eyes onto the Bennett witch who was standing across the room. "I'm not sure this will work," Deaton reminded her, "so, let's keep that mind but don't feel disheartened if this fails. This is just one of the ways we can try to get her emotions back."

Bonnie silently nodded his head in understanding and took a deep breath before she took the finals steps until she was standing only a few inches from her best friend. The Bennett witch shakily raised her hand up before she placed it down onto Emily's shoulder. Bonnie couldn't help but immediately released a loud gasp when their skin touched, though, as she could instantly feel their magic connecting together.

"That is completely normal," the druid quickly assured the young witch from the sidelines before Bonnie could pull away. "You have to remember that the Radkova coven were and are very strong - and this is also one of the many reasons why they value connection so much," Deaton explained, "the feeling will always be there until you are disconnected from each other but, remember, there is nothing to fear."

Bonnie released a calm, deep breath as she felt comforted by the druid's words from the fact that this feeling was normal - even though it felt like her heart was about to pop out of her chest from all the magic in her system. Once Bonnie felt like she could continue, the Bennett witch looked down to the laminated paper and read over the spell.

It only took Bonnie about two minutes to memorize all of the words before she closed her brown eyes and began to chant the spell, "I call to thee, pure witches fire, through vortex flow the heavenly mire, cleanse brackish aura of debris, from dark to light, sweet history. I call to thee, pure witches fire, through vortex flow the heavenly mire, cleanse brackish aura of debris, from dark to light, sweet history. I call to thee, pure witches fire, through vortex flow the heavenly mire, cleanse brackish aura of debris, from dark to light, sweet history."

The small and steel room grew tense with silence for a solid three minutes after the spell was finished as everyone was nervous and anxious to know if the spell actually worked. However, everyone was soon disappointed when the Radkova witch raised her head up and mused with a wide smirk playing on her lips, "hmm, that tickled."

There was a series of groans and murmurs flowing through the room after their plan failed but the loudest of them all was the oldest Salvatore as he swore, "dammit!" Damon carefully leaned his back on the wall behind him before he muttered, "well, this was a bust."

"Keep in mind that this is just a trial," the man from Beacon Hills reminded the supernatural beings once more. "We still have another spell to try before we go to plan b," Deaton informed the disheartened group.

"Just give up already," the Radkova witch groaned from her position in the uncomfortable metal chair before she threw her head back in annoyance. "This is all pointless and you know it," Emily muttered as she gazed her green irises up at the dull and grey ceiling above her as she wished this would just end already.

"No, it isn't," the younger Salvatore immediately exclaimed as he stared across at his girlfriend with his brows pulled together in worry and frustration. "I'm never going to give up until we fix this," Stefan confidently stated as he crossed his arms over his dark Henley, "we're not going anywhere."

Emily rolled her green eyes from her boyfriend's little speech that was supposed to touch her soul or something. "You're wasting your time," the Radkova witch sarcastically sang as she boredly moved her gaze down to her red finger nails and uninterestedly began to mess with her chipped nail polish.

"Come on, doc," the older Salvatore vampire muttered from his slumped position with his head still lying against the cold wall. "Get on with the second spell," Damon ordered before he reminded everyone, once again, "there's no point in entertaining her when she's just going to argue back and stall us."

Deaton silently nodded his head in agreement before he grabbed the other laminated paper with the second spell from the wooden bench and walked over to the Bennett and Radkova witches. The druid handed the paper over to Bonnie before he informed the young witch, "it's the same process as before. You just need to chant the spell three times and we'll see if anything happens." Deaton waited until the Bennett witch had the spell in her possession before he continued, "this one is called 'return things to how they were.' I'm hoping it will reverse her emotionless state."

Bonnie slowly scanned the words on the page as she released a quiet, "okay." The Bennett witch took a few minutes, once again, to memorize the spell before she cautiously placed her hand onto Emily's shoulder. "It's going to be okay," Bonnie whispered to her best friend but also to herself before she closed her brown eyes and began to chant, "return, return, the form that was. Reshape, retake, we ask because, much good will come, much evil flee. Return, return, 'twas meant to be. Return, return, the form that was. Reshape, retake, we ask because, much good will come, much evil flee. Return, return, 'twas meant to be. Return, return, the form that was. Reshape, retake, we ask because, much good will come, much evil flee. Return, return, 'twas meant to be."

The small room grew tense with silence once more after the Bennett witch had finished uttering the latest spell. No one moved a single muscle as they all solely stared at Emily, who had her eyes closed with her head hanging down towards her lap.

However, when the blonde girl didn't respond or even move after a full two minutes had passed by, the Lockwood werewolf nervously broke the silence as he stuttered out, "did... Did it work?"

The younger Salvatore vampire was also growing anxious like his girlfriend's best friend, so he used his enhanced speed to stand in front of Emily before he tightly grasped ahold of her shoulders. "Emily... Babe?" Stefan nervously called out to his girlfriend. "Baby, can you hear me?" Stefan continued to ask as he squeezed the blonde witch's arms as he hoped it would make her wake up from whatever trance or state she was currently in.

The Radkova witch honestly couldn't hold it in any longer when she heard the desperation in Stefan's voice as she immediately busted out into laughter. "Oh, my God, you guys are so gullible," Emily muttered in amusement as she opened her green irises and smirked at all of the worried faces that surrounded her.

"Did you guys honestly think that was going to work on me?" The Radkova witch taunted with a chuckle falling from lips a second later. Emily carelessly shrugged her shoulders as she uttered, "all it did was tickle my chest." The blonde girl released a small tsk before she told the group with a smirk playing on her face, "but nice try, guys, really. It was definitely a waste of my time but it was real fun watching you guys try to bring back that weak human."

Everyone in the steel room either completely ignored the Radkova witch's taunting or gazed at her with a mixture of annoyance, irritation, and sadness. The one that broke the silence, though, was the younger Salvatore as he turned and looked over to the druid. "W-What are we going to do now?" Stefan hurriedly inquired. The green eyed vampire shook his head with a frown embedded onto his face as he muttered, "it didn't do anything to her. It didn't bring her back."

The man from Beacon Hills shot the worried vampire an assuring smile before he murmured, "don't worry." Deaton glanced at each face around the room as he reminded the group, "this was just a trial run. This was the painless way. The actual plan is with the true alpha but it might hurt her."

The Radkova witch released a loud chuckle as she stared over at the druid. Emily pushed her arms out as she cockily smirked before she taunted the older man as she confidently exclaimed, "bring it on!" Emily, despite, her cocky and confident attitude, felt something bad inside of her chest at the mention of this true alpha. She didn't even know what that was, but it gave her a very bad vibe and she didn't like it at all.

Stefan couldn't help but gaze at his girlfriend with complete sadness displayed all across his green eyes. He hated seeing Emily like this when Stefan knew she would never want this for herself. However, the Salvatore vampire knew that he couldn't give up yet - or ever - despite the pain that he knew it would cause his girlfriend.

Stefan knew if he ever wanted his girlfriend back to her happy and positive state, Emily would have to go through a little bit of pain, so the younger Salvatore vampire looked over to the druid before he muttered as bad as it hurt him to do so, "do it."

The man from Beacon Hills nodded his head once before he informed the group of supernatural beings, "very well. It shouldn't take me too long to pick up Scott from our hotel." Deaton thought for a moment before he stated, "we should be back here in an hour."

The Radkova witch rolled her green eyes as she watched the druid walk out of her little dungeon before everyone's gaze all moved onto her. "You guys ready to give up yet?" Emily inquired with a raise of her right eyebrow. However, when no one moved or made a single sound, Emily pouted before she sang as she boredly crossed her arms over her black crop top, "well, get ready to be disappointed again."

Emily closed her green eyes as she leaned her head back as if she was trying to take a nap or looked uninterested when that was far from the truth. The blonde witch couldn't help but feel unsettled by the mention of this true alpha or Scott. The Radkova witch didn't know what it was, but it just gave her a bad feeling - one of those feelings she would always get when she knew something was going to go wrong. Emily just hoped as she laid back, that this true alpha wouldn't be her downfall.
