(Reader's pov)
Well fairy tales,town folks stories ,angels..?..demons..? reapers..? well yeah im (y/n) (l/n) next to the heir of earl (l/n).
My mother died few years ago by a sickness.Well my father and mother only got in maraige because of the family name and all.And today it would be the same i am bound to marry a man named atsumu miya the older miya from the twins.
Well me and my maid are now heading to their manor.
"Were here lady (y/n)" my maid said and i nodded in angreement.
Well i have to act a lady like ofcourse my mother's lesson and my father's knowledge is the gift i have.
"lady (l/n)..its nice to meet you" atsumu greeted me.
"oh..you must be miya-san.." i greeted him back.
He toured me from his mansion all around until its tea time.
"Well you must be (l/n)-san..?" a gray haired mail asked.
"yeah i am,must be miya-san's brother..?" i asked.
"yeah and call me osamu its fine.." he smiled at me.
Well in all honesty i dint really liked atsumu i dont want to be his wife i want to choose who i wanted to marry with but i have no choice...all i just wanted is freedom.
I wonder how my mother passed this problem i knew it that she doesnt loved father but how could she love me..? is it because im her own flesh and blood?
While visiting from the miya's manor the night fall down and we decided to stay over just fro my safetyness...
I woked up in a middle of night when i heard someone who's fighting.Out of my curiosity i went to the balcony of my room and saw two strangers who arguing to each other.
"I thought this was the house-" the other cut him off.
"Right right!,lets just go now to the right house!" the other one said.
"who are you two and what are you doing here..?!" i shouted at them.
"shi-!" the tall one cursed.
"oh no! suna we gotta go!!" the other said
"wait!" i gripped at the man's clothes.
I was about to fall from the balcony when i felt arms snaked from my waist and held me back from falling.
"You okay there lil' flower...?" the man asked.
"t-thanks" i thanked him.
He sat me down from my bed and went to the balcony again.
"nice meeting you but gotta go bye bye see you again~" the man waved at me.
"b-bye..see you again.." i said.
"see yah if your still alive..." he jumped down the balcony.
"If im..alive...?"
The next day..
"lady (y/n) its nice to meet you i hope you could pay a visit again.." atsumu smiled at me..
"yeah...i..hope.." i answered.
When we are back at my own manor father told me that he has a business to take for a month and after that our mariage will be on our merrry way..
So i have a month to practice my waltz dance for the earl.
I was at the ballroom which is a open area and flowers are surrounding it this is where i last saw my mother and father dancing waltz.
i started to dance by myself.I keep failing by getting tripped from my dress.
"ppft- how bad are you with this?" a man laughed at my actions.
"you again?!" i shouted at him.
"well hello there flower" tch that stupid nickname again..
"what do you want.." i asked him.
"hmm company? well my life is getting boring i just want accompany.." he said.
"do whatever you like.." i stand up and start dancing again.
"you know your doing it wrong.." he said.
He jumped down from where he sat and grabbed me by the waist.
"its like this.." he smiled at me
Everyday he would come back and teach me waltz.Im getting used to it and being good at it.
At the very first time i experienced something good..and im happy about it.
"lets have a break" he let out a sigh.
"hey.." i called out.
"yeah..?" he asked.
"you never told me your name..." i said.
He smiled and kneeled down.
"well my lady..im suna...suna rintarou" he smiled at me.
For the very first time i felt love rush in me is this...really love?
Day after day the one month will be over.I know that even though i found someone i could love...theres no such a ending to me...but i want to fight even what ever happens.
(Suna's pov)
After out little dance session i went back to the town and saw tsukishima.
"Your back finally,i got new souls to reap today." he said.
"oh really who's the first...?" i asked.
"(y/n) (l/n) died in arsenic poisoning ..." I was shock very shock.
"T-today?" i asked again.
"Yeah i already told you its today." he said.
I ran back to the manor to see (y/n) i know reapers arent suppose to interfere human's death but i just cant...for the last few centuries i got a nice accompany again
I jumped to the kitchen window of the manor and saw the maids talking.
"a-are you sure p-poisoning the mistress?"
"come on this is an order from the earl atsumu we have to hurry put the arsenic and bring the tea to the mistress.."
I was about to take my death sycthe out when someone stopped me.
"No.." it was tsukishima.
"why?"
"We cant interfere..."
"i know.."
"stop.."
"...ok"
(Reader's pov)
"My lady heres your tea.." the maid greeted.
"thank you.." i take a sip from the tea and it has a weird taste.
"lilian why the tea taste bitter..?" i asked.
"Im sorry should i get you a different tea..?"
"no its fine ill take my sleep now.."
I went to my bedroom and wear my night gown and heading to sleep.A knock from my balcony door was heard.
Suna..? what is he doing here..?
I opened the balcony doors and he went inside.
"hey.." he called sounded sad..? no guilt? i dont understand.
"hey whats up its night arent you going home..?"
"Lets dance.." he said.
I thinked again and remembered the wedding next week.
"Sure.." i said.
We went to the open ballroom from the garden.
I could see flowers blooming this night,cherry blossom's leaves flowing around.
The wind-flower and the violet, they perished long ago,
And the brier-rose and the orchis died amid the summer glow;But on the hills the golden-rod, and the aster in the wood,And the yellow sun-flower by the brook in autumn beauty stood,Till fell the frost from the clear cold heaven, as falls the plague on men,And the brightness of their smile was gone, from upland, glade, and glen...
"h-hey suna..." i called.
"yeah..?" he asked.
"i feel sleepy.."
"dont worry ill hold you just hold on okay..?"
"(y/n)..." he called.
"yeah..."
"i love you..."
"i love you too.."
I could feel my body started to grow tired i leaned to suna,Suna danced me slowy around.
"(y/n) (l/n) collected...."
