I walked into the Great Hall the next morning, excited to see Draco.
"Lizabeth, come sit!" Oliver called.
He was sitting at the Slytherin table with Draco and Blaise. I took a seat next to Draco, and he gave me a small smile.
"Look Blaise-y! Dracos gone soft!" Oliver whispered.
"Yeah, look at him. All shy. Doesn't even have a comeback like he usually does."
"Screw off," Draco said, as he took a bite of food.
"Lizzie, don't look now, but there's an angry Sawyer, Dylan, and Cedric coming your way right now," Oliver remarked.
I turned around, and caught a glimpse of Sawyer, Dylan, and Cedric storming up to me, but quickly turned around when Oliver kicked me.
"Ow! What was that for?" I seethed.
"I specifically told you not to look!"
"Well what do we do?"
"Simple. I say I invited you to sit with us..." he said in a low whisper, but his tone quickly changed into a friendly one, "...well hi cousin Dylan and Sawyer! And nice to see you Ced!"
"Lizzie. What're you doing?" Dylan asked.
"I invited her to sit," Oliver explained in a calm tone.
Cedric put a hand on my shoulder, and leaned into my ear, "come sit with us."
I sighed, and looked at Draco out of the corner of my eye. He was smirking, and looked like he was loving what was going on.
"Sure, I guess."
"Bye Lizzie. It was fun getting to know you," Draco said as I stood up.
My cheeks burned bright red as Sawyer, Dylan, and Cedric spun around.
"What was that Malfoy?" Sawyer asked.
"Nothing. Now get out of my face, Gryffindork," he snarled.
I walked over to the Hufflepuff table, and sat down, avoiding Dylan and Cedric's eyes.
"Lizzie, why were you with Malfoy?" asked Dylan.
I looked up at him, "Because Oliver invited me to sit, and it just so happens Draco was there too."
"Seriously, you need to stay away from him. It doesn't look good," Dylan muttered.
I scoffed. I've had enough of them telling me who I can be friends with.
"Stop telling me who I can and can't hang out with," I said, standing up, and storming away.
Ellie came in and sat next to me in Defense Against the Dark Arts.
"What happened in the Great Hall this morning?" she asked.
"Apparently, I can't hang out with who I want," I huffed.
"You were with Draco, right?"
"Not exactly. I was actually sitting with Ollie, and he just so happened to be there."
"You like him, don't you?" she asked, sounding amused.
I felt my stomach drop, and I froze, it wasn't that obvious, right?
She smiled, "your secret is safe with me."
"El! I do not!"
"Oh darling...that's not what I've heard."
I turned around to see Draco wearing his signature smirk.
"Oh my gosh!" Ellie squealed.
Draco walked up to me, and kissed my forehead.
"Draco!"
"Shush. She doesn't seem mad."
"Okay yeah, but we're not the only people in the room," I hissed.
I looked over at Ellie who was bursting with excitement.
"Give me all the details, now!" she said, excitedly.
"Even your cousin seems more happy about us being together than you are, Rosewood," Draco said, pouting.
"I'll show you excitement," I murmured teasingly because I knew it would shut him up.
He raised his eyebrows slightly, and he looked taken aback.
"Oi! Ferret Boy! Sit down!" Moody jeered.
I giggled as Draco shot Moody a glare. Moody has been calling Draco that since the little incident a few months back.
After class ended, I walked down the halls with Ellie who was begging for detail.
"He just asked last night, but we kissed...multiple times the night of the ball."
"I can't believe it. Draco's gone soft. I've never seen him like this before. Like, he was flirting. Like actual flirting!"
I laughed, "so you're not mad?"
"No! If you're happy, then I am too. I just can't believe you're dating the Draco Malfoy, I mean you hardly know him!"
"Yeah, I was surprised too if I'm being honest, but there's something about him. He's mysterious, and different."
"Your babies will be adorable," she gushed.
"Okay, that's enough. You're sounding like Ollie now."

Later that day, I made my way to potions when I was stopped by Olivia.
"Hey Liv, what's up?"
"Mcgonogall wants to see you in her office for some reason."
"Uh okay, thanks."
A few minutes later, I knocked on the door of McGonogall's office.
"Come in!"
I walked in, and took a seat in a chair.
"You wanted to see me, Professor?"
"Yes, thank you for coming. Please forgive me for this dear," she said apologetically.
All of a sudden, everything went dark.

I sat in potions, anxiously waiting for Elizabeth to show up - but she never did.
The second Snape dismissed the class, I stormed out of there searching for her.
"Draco! Baby! What's the rush?" I heard someone call out behind me. I already knew exactly who it was though. Pansy Parkinson.
"Seriously, leave me alone."
"But Draco!"
I spun around, "go away! I have a girlfriend," I sneered.
She looked shocked.
"Draco!" she cried, stomping her foot.
I turned around. I was not in the mood for dealing with an insane bitch right now.
"You come back here right now!"
I chuckled as I walked away. I had never heard someone act so childish.
"Draco!" another voice called out.
I groaned, and turned around. Stupid interupptions.
It was Oliver.
"Have you seen Elizabeth?" I asked.
"You haven't?"
"Well that's why I was asking," I jeered.
"Jeez. Calm down lover boy. She's probably with Ellie or Ced."
"She never came to potions."
"Well maybe she's not with them then," he said, sounding a bit panicked.
"She's probably not feeling well is all. Maybe she's at the Hospital Wing," I said, trying to be hopeful.
"Yeah, let's go check."
We walked through the halls, and to the hospital wing, only to be stopped.
"Ollie, have you seen Lizzie?"
It was Cedric.
"No, that's who we were looking for though," Oliver responded. Cedric raised his eyebrows, and I felt my face heat up. No way Oliver was that stupid. "Oh . . . well I don't know why Malfoy is here," he said quickly.
"I know you like her, and I assume she likes you too. I'm not happy about it, but I won't say anything. Just don't hurt her," Cedric said.
I was taken aback. Cedric just gave me his blessing.
He then walked away, and I turned to Oliver who was laughing.
"You looked like you were about to shit yourself!"
I flipped him off, and started to walk off.
"Ugh, stop being a drama queen," he said as he ran up next to me.
"No."
"Look, let's go back to the common room. She probably just had something come up. Besides, there's no way she would miss a task, so we'll see her tomorrow."
I sighed, "Fine."
