Dad- I went into kitchen and saw that the dishes hasn't been washed. "Allyssa get down here. Now"! I said loud enough where I knew she would be able to hear me.
(No response)
Dad- "Allyssa"?! I said a bit louder
(No response)
Dad- I sighed then I headed to the living room and up the stairs to her room. As I was walking to her room I could her music blasting. No wonder she didn't hear me or respond. Ever since she got her door back from sneaking out in the past, I made a rule where she isn't allowed to have it closed except when she is changing. Other than that it has to stay open.
-Lissy Room-
Dad- I go into her room and turn the music off
Lissy- "What the heck Dad"!
Dad- "You didn't just say heck to me. Because the last time I checked you weren't allowed to"
Lissy- I rolled my eyes and replied "sorry"
Dad- I raised my eyebrows at her
Lissy- I knew that look and it meant watch it.
Dad- "I was calling your name to come downstairs
Lissy- "I didn't hear you"
Dad- "No wonder. Your music is blasting"
Lissy- "Well if I was able to close my door then it would shut off some of it"
Dad- "Well if you didn't sneak out you wouldn't have that problem"
Lissy- "Well you were the one who made that rule. I didn't"
Dad- "Drop the attitude and turn down the music"
Lissy- "Is that why you came up here? To yell at me about my music"?
Dad- "I'm not yelling at you because of your music. I'm just telling you that you need to turn it down"
Lissy- "Fine. I will" I said turning it back on also lowering the volume"
Dad- "Turn it off"
Lissy- "Why? I turned down the volume"
Dad- "Because I said so"
Lissy- "Fine" I said turning it off
Dad- "There is something that we need to discuss"
Lissy- "What now"?
Dad- "First of all, lose the attitude, and second of all, dishes"
Lissy- Shoot! I was supposed to do them. "What about the dishes"
Dad- "Didn't I tell you that I want you to wash them"?
Lissy- "Yeah and"?
Dad- "I want you to do them"
Lissy- "Why can't you do them or why cant we put them in the dish washer. That's what the dish washer is made for"
Dad- "Because I asked you to do the dishes"
Lissy- "Can't I do them later"?
Dad- "No. Now please go do the dishes"
Lissy- (no response or movement)
Dad- "Go do the dishes"
Lissy- I just stood there looking at him
Dad- "Allyssa go do the dishes. I won't ask you again"
Lissy- I ignored him
Dad- "You either do the dishes now or you can do it with a sore bottom"
Lissy- "You seriously going to spank me for not doing the dishes"?
Dad- "No. You will get a spanking for disobeying me and being disrespectful"
Lissy- "How am I being disrespectful or disobeying you"?
Dad- "You didn't do the dishes the first I had asked you earlier this morning, I asked you multiple times now, and you are being disrespectful by giving me attitude about doing it. So you do the dishes with or without a sore bottom"
Lissy- "I'll do it without a sore bottom"
Dad- "Good"
Lissy- "whatever" I started walking out of my room when I felt a sting to my bottom.
Dad- "That's is your last warning for your attitude. Do you understand"?
Lissy- "Yes Sir" I replied as I went downstairs to the kitchen.
-20 minutes later-
Lissy- My stomach has been bothering me all day! I went to the bathroom and when I went to use it I realized that I had my period. No wonder I was moody and grumpy. I opened one of the bathroom drawers where I keep the feminine products and I quickly changed my underwear and put on a tampon. I finish up in the bathroom and went to find my Dad.

Dad- "In the garage"! I yelled back
Lissy- I went in the garage and found my Dad fixing my grandpa old car.
-Garage-
Lissy- "Hey Dad"?
Dad- "Yeah Lissy"?
Lissy- "So you know who I was rude, moody, and grumpy earlier"?
Dad- "Allyssa we already discussed. No need to bring it up again"
Lissy- "Well I can tell you why I was like that"
Dad- I nodded
Lissy- "I started my period" I said
Dad- "I understand Lissy. I will be lenient with you but that doesn't mean you will get away with everything"
Lissy- "Okay Dad and I'm sorry"
Dad- "I forgive you"
Lissy- "Thanks Dad"
