Just like Derek promised he showed up in my bed every Friday night and every Friday that lead to the holidays which is what I enjoyed the most, but as two years went by I was worried about when I start college because then what would happen, It was Friday and I was scribbling random patterns on a piece of paper as time went by just thinking about it "you're still up" I swiveled in my chair meeting Derek's gaze "what's wrong?"
"Nothing it's just" I stared at the floor "can we go for a run I'm just worrying to much"
"Sure" Derek holds his hand out to me and I take it as he leads me down and out the back to the preserve
I first shifted to my little fox form climbering out of my clothes and Derek doing the same shifting to a large black wolf instead his top not quite surviving the shift, I yipped at him before zooming off through the trees knowing Derek is right behind me, we just ran before I slumped down exchausted and Derek curled around me "I just don't want things to change" I mumbled in my fox form turning to bury my face into his fur
I fell asleep, when I woke up it was morning and I was back as a human butt naked in bed and alone, I frowned staring at Derek's empty spot on the bed listening to see if I could hear him in the house, he was downstairs and it sounded like Cora and Laura was here talking to him, I slip outta bed tuning out of listening not wanting to stick my nose in their buisness and quickly go shower and get dressed "Morning Sti" Derek greets as I get downstairs "breakfast in the kitchen"
I smile and wave at Laura and Cora before heading to the kitchen to eat, I just finished and started washing up when Derek came in "thanks Der" I said with a smile as he sat down on a stool
"Stiles" I stopped and look at him he only says Stiles now when hes worried or serious about something "can we talk"
I didn't like that, wanting to talk and him being all serious about it "okai" I practically whispered out moving over to sit next to him "what's wrong Der?"
I could smell how nervous he was when he bit his lip "Stiles I.... I'm moving house and.... " I didn't let him finish when I stood up and quickly made my way for the door "wait Stiles" I heard him call before darting into the preserve
Derek's POV
He darted out the back door before I had a chance to finish and Laura came in hearing me call for Stiles name "Der"
"He ran before I finished" I mumbled and got up from my seat looking at her with a frown "after what he said yesterday it was kinda making me nervous to want to talk to him about this
"Then go after him idiot" Cora said practically face palming, I rolled my eyes and darted after Stiles
It was never easy to find Stiles, he was always good at hide and seek it usually took me a few hours to find him then and mow he doesn't exactly want to be found but the trail off sadness helped, however he wasn't hiding he was just running I managed to catch up with him since he was slower then me "Stiles wait!" I shouted to him and he shook his head
"No! He shouted back
"Stiles will you just stop and let me finish" I grabbed his upper arm pulling him to a hault as he struggled to get free, he was strong but I was stronger "Stiles stop" he shut his eyes tight shaking his head frantically as he tried to still get free that was until I pushed him onto the floor sat on him and held him down "Sti please listen to me" I said with a sigh
"I don't want you to leave me" he cried out as tears started to fall "I don't want things to change"
"I know Sti, I know" he still shook his head and so I released his arms to grab each side of his face "tell me exactly what you want Stiles"
He sniffled and stared up at me "I want to stay with you, I don't want you to leave I don't want things to change with us, I want to go to college but I don't because I don't know what will happen with us and I don't want that to change I want to wake up every morning in your arms and fall asleep at night but what if you find some pretty girl and bring her home and no longer need me I don't want to loose you"
I stared at him for a moment before letting out a soft chuckle "I won't bring home a pretty girl because I won't be looking, I will always need you and you can stay with the waking upto me in the morning and sleeping at night, if you let me finish what I was saying you would see that Sti, I want you to move in with us, your dad and Melissa need their space they don't need two fully grown men lounging around the house, but I will always need you"
He snuffled and looked up at me rubbing at his eyes as I stroked the tears from his cheek "even when I go to college"
"Even if I have to sneak into your dorm" I chuckle and get up off him pulling him to his feet "when you said you didn't want things to change I thought you meant about living with your dad so i got really nervous in asking you" I stroked his cheeks and pulled him into a hug wrapping my arms tightly around him and he did the same
After a few weeks later after I finished college me and Stiles where packing our things, Stiles took a box downstairs and Noah walked into the room "you know Derek, you and Stiles are always so close it's as if you are married already"
I chuckled "you know I like him?"
He raised his eyebrow to say as if that wasn't obvious I don't know what was "like? you shared a room with him since you were kids, cuddled with each other every night even though you had a room across the hall, you never had a girlfriend and you put Stiles first in almost everything you do, I'm surprised you are not already married, let alone the fact you are not even dating him yet, it's not hard to see how much you love him, I mean I get not being married since he's still to young but Derek you should know I trust you with my boy more then anyone in the world"
"Thanks Noah" I smiled at him and gave him a quick hug before taking some of the stuff downstairs, I smiled at Stiles as he chatted to Cora outside before they both stuck their tongues at each other "ready to go" I asked raising a brow at Cora and Stiles
"Why does he have to come" Cora pouted folding her arms
"Cora! You know why he's coming" Laura said shaking her head as she pouted and stormed back to the car with Laura
Stiles smiled up at me before we got in his jeep that his dad gave him, saying it use to be his mothers and as soon as that was said I knew Stiles would cherish it with his life, when we got there Scott was outside woth his boyfriend Isaac and so was Lydia her boyfriend Jackson and Paige, "Still Jealous?" I questioned after watching Stiles deflate at the sight of Paige
"I was not and still not jealous" he puffs out at me and I just chuckle again and watch as Laura gets out the car greeting the others before planting a kiss on Paige's lips, a smirk crossing my face at Stiles gaping "Paige is with Laura?" He asked snapping his gaze to me
"Yeah so still Jealous of my gay best friend?" I questioned again getting an eyeroll and a playful punch to the arm before he shot out of the jeep
