Joker a Killer Clown and his Queen Harley Quinn, a mad scientist stood in their home after they decided to let their daughter: Y/n M/n Quinn to become the new Queen of the Gotham City of Halloween after their millennia years of ruling the holiday. They kept their daughter away from the citizens until it was her time to rule for the young woman was beautiful like her mother yet scarier than her father, the only people who knew of her existence in the outside world was Harley's best friends and the girl's godmothers along with their own sons; Selena Kyle/ Catwoman: A Werecat, Pamela Isley/ Poison Ivy: A monster venus flytrap given human form with her succubus powers along with the girl's lone friends Samuel Kyle/Wayne or Catlad: A werewolf and werecat mixed breed and Patrick Oak Isley or Poison Oak: A monster flytrap incubus in human form. Catlad and Poison Oak sat in the Halloween Princess's bedroom as the girl worked through her plans on her own dream of the perfect Halloween as she studied jars filled of Human organs and their fears. "No, no, no, no!! Ugh!! Werewolf Ass!!" The princess yelled out loud before throwing a knife at her bedroom door only for her father to catch the blade in his hand's tight grip as blood fell onto the gray matted rug. "Now, now my precious little princess, you'll be horrible at this. Your Momma and I know you'll succeed in your first Halloween for you've studied for years." He said smiling widely before licking the blood from his bleeding palm. "Your Daddy is right, Honeybun. Your ready to become the new Queen of Gotham City and rule over Halloween!!" Harley said as she skipped towards her daughter and hugged her tightly til the young woman groaned while looking out of her window walking the citizens walk along the streets. "Let's show every creature their new queen then." She said as Samuel and Patrick smirked widely as the two young men hugged their friend. "Let's get this show started then, our dear princess or should we say dear queen." Samuel said before the two men opened up the window and jumped out of the house then began rallying the citizens for a crowning celebration.
A Few Hundred Years Passed By
Creaks and bumps filled the air around the City of Gotham as the Citizens began singing and talking. Matter of monsters, creatures and killers smiled mischievously as well evilly.

Harley Quinn and Joker dragged a fake hynea into the square with a normal looking human on it looking terrified at everything their eyes laid upon.

The human looked over at the center of the square seeing a huge vat of bubbling chemicals before sneaking away from the clown and mad scientist only for Poison Oak and Catlad to capture the poor thing. The two men dragged the human through the crowd full of monsters, creatures, freaks and killers as they all smiled and laughed as the citizens parted for the trio.
(Poison Oak and Catlad)- Won't ya please make way for a very special girl, Our girl Jester is Queen of the Pumpkin patch. Everyone hail to the Halloween Queen, now!
The two men placed the human on top of the bubbling chemical vat and smirked at human only for a insane smile to spread on the individuals face before diving into the chemicals. The citizens cheered out as the human disguise melted away as the 'human' climbed out of the vat showing a young woman with Joker's green hair and h/c streaks, bleached white skin of the killer clown and mad scientist along with unstable e/c eyes then a insane laugh rang throughout the night air as the woman stood between Poison Oak and Catlad wearing red, green and purple leather with her lips stained blood red in a smile fitting a killer Clown before she jumped down from the vat and tore off her face thus making it bleed in front of the citizens and roared out scaring the crowd before the Queen placed her face back on then bowed smiling insanely.

A reanimated man looked at The Queen of Halloween through his blonde hair with a lovesick smile on his face before placing his goggles on his head to hold his hair back as he tended to the Queen's pet hyenas named after famous deserts of the human world, Sahara and Sienna. This reanimated man was brought back to the living world by The former Queen of Gotham City, Harley Quinn: the mad scientist gave him life once more when he had died back in the human world in 18th century from being shot dead in the heart during the civil war for treating patients on the battlefield. Harley showed Joker and Jester the dead man upon returning back home after a successful Halloween so the mother and daughter got to work on autopsy removing the bullet from his heart then dumped his body into chemicals that made his once fair yet lightly tanned skin become bleach white, his dark blonde hair to become a bit lighter and messed with his brain before Harley shocked the newest addition to the town in the chemicals back to life. The man was once formerly named Dr. Harrison Hale and he was Harley Quinn's old assistant and fellow scientist in the matters of mad science and odd creations under the new name of Harry Diamonds. Harry had been watching Jester from afar in his own laboratory/home or even when he would visit the Queen in her own private home to help Jester bring her ideas to life all while he followed her every step and order. Harry sighed softly while he petted the hyenas in a Harlequin like outfit of blood red and slim green yet at times he coughed up blood when his heart beated at a fast pace along with his autopsy stitches opening up. "Oh Jester I wish I could tell you that I love you so, I would gladly die again for you then let you rip out my heart while it was still beating." Harry spoke to himself as his friends Poison Oak and Catlad walked up to him quietly hearing the man's confession. "HARRY!!" the duo scared the reanimated man so that he coughed up blood onto the grass before glaring at the other men with insane blue eyes then stitched back up his open chest cavity. "What?!" Harry growled harshly at them as they laughed before slapping the Harlequin mad scientist's back, making the Harlequin fall face first into the cold dirt. "You should really tell Jester how you feel about her, Funny boy unless you want one of us to take her in marriage and become her King of Halloween." Samuel said as he looked at his claws, Poison Oak nodded slowly as he fed the hyenas fresh elk meat. "Indeed Harry, Jester is a lovely rose that needs a man to serve her every needs as a person and not just as a Queen." Patrick pulled Harry off of the ground and said in his incubus voice into Harry's ear. "Imagine it Doctor, Jester on her bed in a corpse bride wedding dress waiting for her new husband to tend to her private garden and the husband is you.~" Oak could feel the lust rolling off the male mad scientist feeding on it as Harry screamed out and ran off into the cemetery to think while Jester managed to slip away from her citizen's praises and complaints of her leadership and from the balchoer monsters wanting to her hand in marriage until Poison Oak and Catlad scared the other men off.

Jester frowned sadly while she walked through the graves and up to some tombstones not knowing a pair of blue eyes were watching her. Harry carefully followed after the Clown Queen before hiding behind a tombstone labeled 'Bud and Lou' as Jester stopped in front of the grave and patted her knees softly making two ghost hyenas could out of the ground laughing while Jester leaned against a column of stone it's surface was littered with cracks and dead vines. Jester looked around her space seeing no one before sighing softly before opening up her mouth.
"There are few who'd deny, at what I do I am the best.
For my talents are renowned far and wide, When it comes to surprises in the moonlit night." Jester sang softly as she run her hand down the stone then walked forward while popping up behind the many tombstones. "I excel without ever even trying, With the slightest little effort of my ghostlike charms, I have seen grown men give out a shriek!" Jester smiled widely in remembrance of her first hundred years of ruling as Queen, scaring humans young and old, becoming a fabled tale to be told on all hallow's eve under the harvest moon by fire's glow. "With the wave of my hand, and a well-placed moan, I have swept the very bravest off their feet!" Jester shouted out in triumph til her ears picked up a sudden snap.
Jester looked over her shoulder after hearing a snap of a twig then noticed nothing as she walked forward up a huge yet barren hill where the full moon shadowed her body while the young woman frowned sadly. "Yet year after year, it's the same routine. And I grow so weary of the sound of screams....And I, Jester, the Halloween Queen!...Have grown so tired of the same old thing" She sighed as she wiped forming tears away from her eyes as she clutched where her heart lied. "Oh, somewhere deep inside of these bones. An emptiness began to grow? There's something out there, far from my home...A longing that I've never known..." Harry looked over at Jester as she sang out her complexion of feelings from sadness to pride then a longing deep within her beating heart for something, anything new in her life.
"I'm a mistress of fright, and a demoness of light
And I'll scare you right out of your pants, To a guy in Kentucky, I'm Miss Unlucky and I'm known throughout England and France." Jester said with an insane smile on her face then ripped off her face showing an abyss of darkness that could show anyone's truest fear and terror. "And since I am Clown, I can take off my face to frighten children and adults all over the world!" Jester placed her face back on easily with pleased smile thinking back when she was training with her Daddy to become the next queen. "No animal nor man can scream like I can with the fury of my recitations!" Jester laughed insanely until an sad frown set itself on her face once more while she looked back over at Gotham and her people as they celebrated the successful Halloween they created in the human world. "But who here would ever understand? That the Halloween Queen with an insane grin would tire of her crown, if they only understood....She'd give it all up if she only could. Oh, there's an empty spot deep within my heart, That calls out for something unknown. The fame and praise come year after year, Does nothing for these empty tears." Jester sang out clear and crestfallen as tears slide down her face before she wiped them away and placed a smile on her face while walking back to her home. Harry watched his beloved Jester walk back into town as he followed after her quietly then looked up at the large glass windowed room on the second floor knowing it was her bedroom from being called to help the Halloween Queen plan out the next Halloween, seeing her shadow against the tattered purple curtains. "Oh, Jester I know how you feel so please don't cry for I understand your heavy heart and the burden upon your shoulders. I love you so much my frightening queen for the years I've known you and I would do anything for you and your gorgeous yet insane eyes to finally notice me." Harry whispered towards Jester knowing that she could not hear him before walking away from the house and to his own laboratory and home which he shared with Poison Oak and Catlad near the forest until his foot got caught underneath a uprooted tree root and rolled into the woods loosing one of his arms and a leg. "Perfect just perfect! Damn autopsy improvements, replacing my bones with steel and basically turning me into a real life Mary Shelley's Frankenstein monster!" Harry snarled as he began hopping throughout the forest looking for his lost arm until he found something far more odd and strange, trees with different shaped doors in them. A heart, a turkey, a shamrock, a evergreen pine tree and lastly a jack o lantern pumpkin. "Jester is going to want to see this but first to put myself back together." Harry said to himself as he hopped away and reattached his limbs to his body then entered his home only to draw up the odd trees with doors onto paper while it was still fresh in his brain.
The next morning Jester awakened to her hyenas alive and dead licking her face laughing as she sat up from her bed yawning widely that her jaw unhinged showing multiple sharp fang like teeth and a long pinkish red tongue. "Okay, okay I'm awake." She said while dragging herself out of bed and into her bathroom to wash up then got dressed in her regular clothes before spraying nightshade and cupcake perfume onto her wrists while lightly patting the scent behind her ears. She looked in the mirror seeing a frown etched on her face making her sigh and pull her cheeks out. "Smile why don't ya smile!" She said to herself as she walked out of her bedroom with her pets following after her barking and laughing til the Queen stopped dead in her tracks smelling a delicious scent so she creeped towards her kitchen holding a bat tight in her hands waiting then as the intruder walked out of the doorway, Jester swang her bat into the person's face so hard that they flew back into the kitchen dropping a tray filled with a plate of sunnyside up eggs, a bacon fang smile and 'meat' sausage cheeks. A tiny bowl of strawberry muffins and a glass of chocolate milk onto the floor which the Clown luckily caught in time and set the serving tray onto the dining room table then picked up a folded note by a vase holding a blood rose then read it out loud. "To Jester, I hope you enjoy the special breakfast I made for you. ♡ Your Harlequin Mad Scientist, Harry ◇'s." Jester dropped the note and looked into the kitchen seeing Harry Diamonds on the kitchen floor with his right leg twitching along with a bright red mark on his face from where the bat hit his face. "You okay Harry?" Jester questioned as she walked into the kitchen and knelt beside the Mad scientist while Harry raised his hands and gave her a thumbs up until his stitches ripped open again. "I could be better, Jester um could you help me out with my stitches?" Harry asked with a smile on his face as he made the Queen laugh truly without a fake smile on her face at the Harlequin's silliness before she carefully picked him up then began stitching him back together as her e/c eyes noticed tattoos here and there on his skin of red and green harlequin diamonds. "Sorry for bashing your head in, Harry." She said honestly while putting Harry's lab coat back onto his shoulders. "It's fine Jester at least the breakfast I made for you is not damaged." He said as he looked over at the Halloween Queen and gave her a sweet smile that made her pristine white cheeks blush bright red. "Ahem, yes thank you for the meal Harry also why are you here at this early hour of the morning?" She questioned while standing up from the floor and walked into the dining room eating her breakfast quitely as Harry walked into the room and explained what he had stumbled upon in the deepest parts of the woods late last night. Jester listened to her mad scientist and friend as her e/c eyes widened with curiosity and intrigue at these doorways before setting her silverware aside. "Harry show me where you found these?" She squealed with importance and a keynotes of wonder as the Halloween queen and her Harlequin mad scientist ventured into the forest.
