Well, that's because I wanted to save this scenario to commemorate my day of birth [aka. my birthday] 🎉✨! NOTE: This scenario is pretty long - as always haha - but it's extra special since in this one, half of this scenario is for you guys to experience interacting with the other characters like Midoriya and the rest of Class 1-A more. You guys will notice it once you read the scenario so thank you for your time :D

Weekend (6:45AM)
"Morning, (Y/N)-chan~!!"
*POOF*
I gasped at the popping of confetti that came out of nowhere and the figures that appeared before me at my dorm room doorstep are Asui and the rest of the girls.
"W-What's with the confetti?", I asked and before taking some confetti from my face.
"Well, it's your birthday, silly!", Ashido said and flashed a bright smile.
Hagakure looked at all of the girls - based on her gestures since I can't see her eyes - and said, "3...2...1, tada~!".
With that countdown, they presented me lovely and cute gifts and what really caught my eye among those is the gift of Asui which is a Gudetama plushie.
Asui's birthday gift to you (A/N: I actually want one of these huhu T_T)
"We know it's really early to greet you first thing in the morning...", said Asui and gave her gift to me, "But happy birthday, kero!".
"Happy birthday!!", both Uraraka and the rest of the girls greeted in sync and did the same thing like frog girl.
I automatically smiled and gave them a big group hug.
"Wow, thank you so much!", I said and almost feel like crying from their morning surprise, "I'm happy that you guys remembered".
"No problem, girl!", said Ashido and nudged me with her shoulder.
...
"SURPRISE!!"
*POOF*
"W-What the?! More confetti?", I said and removed more strings of confetti from my hair.
After getting up from bed until the moment I stepped outside the elevator from the girl's dorm, once again I'm witnessing another blast of confetti poppers.
Only this time it was from the boys.
"Kirishima! Kaminari! We're in charge of the confetti when she wakes up!", Ashido exclaimed and huffed.
"Haha, too late!", Kaminari laughed which resulted him getting a punch in the shoulder by Jirou, "Oww, okay okay! Besides, it was Kirishima's idea".
"H-Hey! I just want to brighten up, (Y/N)'s mood, alright?", said the red headed boy and laughed awkwardly, "Although, we did made a mess".
"It's totally fine but thank you so much for that, Kirishima", I said and removed the last bits of confetti from my hair.
The red headed boy gave me a toothy grin and ruffled my hair.
"Here's the cake!", said Sato as he carried a large cake that everyone could share after exiting the dining area.
'They even prepared cake just for me?', I thought as I felt touched from all that's happening right now.
"Hey, (Y/N)!", Midoriya said and popped out of nowhere with his cute smile, "Happy birthday! Here's your-"
"Oi, let me give my present to her first, Deku!", Bakugou interrupted the freckled boy as he came out from the elevator of their dorm.
Midoriya frowned and said, "H-Hey, this isn't some competition, Kachan!".
"Well, it is now!", he finished it off and ran towards me including Midoriya following him behind.
"G-Guys!!", said Uraraka with panic.
"Huh? Bakugou has a present for you?", Hagakure questioned with a hint of surprise.
"Goodness...", Yaoyorozu commented with a heavy sigh, "Everything is a competition to him, huh?".
"I could say the same", I replied and just smiled awkwardly.
Geez, even in giving presents.
Oh well, that's what makes himself the explosion king murder of our class.
But then again, this is very rare too.
I never thought I would ever receive a gift from the toughest and overly ambitious student in our class.
I wonder what made up his mind though? Like I never seen him being this "nice".
The race between the two became to an end but the winner was -
"Oh, looks like you both won", I said and laughed, "Thank you for the gifts.
Bakugou glared at poor little Midoriya before both of them gave them gifts to me at the same time.
"I'm actually unsure what to get you even though we've been friends since we were kids", Midoriya said and laughed nervously, "...but happy birthday!".
"...happy birthday, nerd", Bakugou greeted half-heartedly and the way he looked at me was mixed with friendliness and menace.
Okay, maybe "half-nice".
"Oh, wait. Isn't Todoroki suppose to be giving his gift to her first?", Ojiro questioned and looked at me while his furry tail is waging.
"Well, suppose to be but he said he had errands to run", said Iida before pushing the grid of his glasses, "And according to him, he might be back either at the afternoon or evening".
Their conversation hit me as I noticed that all of them are inside the room except for my dual-haired boyfriend.
I got my phone from my pocket which was there for the whole time and opened to see if he left me a message but so far, there is none.
"Any message from him?", Kirishima asked, looking a bit concerned.
I shook my head and felt a bit disappointed knowing that my own boyfriend never appeared with their birthday surprise just for me.
"I am sure he wouldn't forget my birthday, right?", I said and looked at all of them.
"Of course, he's your boyfriend!", said Yaoyorozu with encouragement.
"Plus he said that errand is kinda important", Jirou commented and gave me a reassuring smile.
Important? Don't tell me it has got to do with his father again.
I shook the feeling away and not let it get to me because this is between him and his father so I mustn't intervene just in case.
"Don't worry, he's just late", Kirishima said and patted my shoulder.
"Well, too late if you ask me!", Bakugou made a side comment and huffed.
"K-Kachan, calm down...", Midoriya said quietly before hedgehog boy will punch him or something.
I smiled and nodded before thanking each and everyone for throwing a surprise just for me by giving them some big hugs for the girl and high fives for the boys except for Bakugou who isn't interested (A/N: I am sorry '^^).
TIME SKIP (Mid-Afternoon)
"Damn..."
I never thought I would receive presents from 1/2 of Class 1-A excluding Todoroki - since he's still not around - and unwrapping them all here in the common room was tiring.
So far, only Midoriya, Iida, Sero, Kirirshima, Bakugou (still shocked that he actually gave me a present which is mysterious), Aoyama (A/N: Yes, you and french boy are good friends), Ojiro (A/N: You guys are good friends too), Tokoyami (A/N: Surprisingly, yes. You and bird boy are good friends too which is already hinted in "When You Blush"), Uraraka, Ashido, Yaoyorozu, Jirou, Hagakure, and Asui (A/N: Of course, all the girls xDD).
The rest, who didn't gave me anything, didn't have time to get a gift for me and just put there efforts on helping Sato with the birthday gift instead.
'Good thing Mineta didn't give me a present...', I thought to myself with relief, 'It would be very unsettling of what could his present be if ever he'll give me one'.
The gifts I received so far from the boys are simple gifts but Midoriya and of course...Bakugou...
"Woah! Izuku, really?", I said to myself as I examined freckled boy's gift which is an All-Might hoodie, "This is always sold out back, but thanks!".
Then the last present which is unopened was Bakugou's and I still can't seem to move on from it.
I opened it right away swiftly since his gift was pretty small and it revealed to be a keychain of All-Might.
'An All-Might merch...from explosion boy?', I thought to myself and shook my head, 'Okay...then. Is Bakugou changing or maybe it's just my imagination?'.
Whatever his intention may be, I'm quite intrigued or maybe this is like an apology gift for all the times he yelled at me or when we had our small arguments which is unnecessary.
Who knows in explosion boy's world, so many questions indeed.
Going back, here I am still wondering where could my boyfriend gone to and my heart is feeling a bit heavy for not appearing earlier's surprise.
I started thinking positive thoughts and decided to go to my room and keep all the gifts there so the common room wouldn't be so messy.
...
The moment I entered my room, there were a trail of pink and red petals scattered all the floor then it lead to my bed sheet which is also covered in petals.
There were even pink and white balloons floating and some are attached on my bed.
(This is an idea on what it looks like but the trail of petals doesn't look that many)
'W-What...this wasn't like this before lunch', I thought to myself and blinked so many times filled with confusion.
I immediately kept all my gifts inside my closet before examining my bedroom once more.
What caught my eye next was a written message with red petals that says, "Happy Birthday, (Y/N)".
"I wonder put this up? Unless..."
*knock knock*
I can hear something or maybe someone knocking on my balcony door.
When I turned around to check it out, I saw a shadow figure but it wasn't that dark yet it's still a bit visible to see because of my thick curtains.
I decided to approach it but with caution and took a few steps before revealing who ever may be behind the curtains.
As I set aside the curtains, my eyes widened when I saw the person that I've been looking for since this morning.
'S-Shoto?!'
There he was, my dual-haired boyfriend standing on the balcony and he's holding a mini birthday cake.
Except he looks rather different today.
He's wearing his black turtle neck shirt (A/N: For some reason, I'm very fond of him wearing that omg *nosebleeds*) and he's wearing a red ribbon wrapped on his head.
(Basically what he looks like right now xDD)
(Todoroki's birthday cake for you - Note: it looks big in the pic but imagine it as a mini cake, okay? xD)
He looked somewhat embarrassed since he's wearing a ribbon on his head but he was smiling affectionately towards me.
I carefully slide open the balcony door and Todoroki took one step to enter the room.
"Hello, my love", he said and kissed the top of my forehead, "Happy birthday".
I can feel my eyes tearing up all of a sudden but tried not to let it flow down my cheeks.
"T-There you are...", I said and wiped the corners of my eyes, "You mean, you've been preparing this surprise just for me this whole time?".
He nodded and replied, "Indeed, which is why I was absent earlier from the surprise that our class planned".
"I apologize for that since I didn't contact or even talk to you for almost the whole day", he continued explaining and light the candle using his quirk, "Planning made me busy and I guess you could say that I want this surprise to be successful and worth it".
I nodded after hearing his story and slowly smiled.
"Since I am a bit confident in singing in front of you after last time's event...", he said as his cheeks turn a bit red, "...I'm going to sing happy birthday just for you, my love".
My smile turned into a grin and I nodded excitedly.
Todoroki gently placed the cake on the tatami table and both of us sat on the floor.
He took a few deep breaths to prepare himself and looked at me affectionately before he turned his usual monotone voice to melodic one.
"Happy birthday to you...", he sang with a soft and shy tone, "Happy birthday to you...".
I continued smiling as he continued singing with shyness written on his face but he still looking at me with affection.
"Happy birthday, my dear (Y/N)...", he said as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder so he could planted two kisses - one on top of my head and the other for my cheek.
"Happy birthday...to you", he finished the song and finished it off by cupping my face before kissing my lips lovingly.
I giggled as I kissed back and gently caressed both of his soft cheeks with my fingertips.
"Thank you, Shoto", I replied and looked deep into his heterochromatic eyes, "I gotta say, this is the best birthday I ever had in my life because I'm glad to have Class-1 A as my classmates and friends and a very supportive and loyal boyfriend right beside me".
He smiled and kissed my lips again before giving me a hug.
"I'm glad you think so", he said and held me tighter, "Why don't you make a wish? The candle is waiting for you".
I looked over the lit candle that is wavering and after wishing coming from my heart alone, I carefully blew the candle.
Both of us clapped and I kissed Todoroki's cheek afterwards.
"I already made my wish", I said and held my chest.
"Really? What did you wish for?", he asked with curiosity.
I raised a brow and replied playfully, "I don't know if I should say it because it might not come true, you know?".
He softly chuckled and tickled one of my sides just to tease me a bit.
"H-Hey!", I said and tried not to laugh, "S-Stop it, haha".
I finally got him to stop - for the first time - and smiled again as I examined the ribbon wrapped on his head.
"Oh, right", he said when he caught me starring at the ribbon, "Since I didn't have time to buy a gift for you because of how much I prepared for this, I decided that I'll be your gift instead".
I can feel my cheeks glowing after hearing it and I automatically giggled before kissing his lips without hesitation.
"You're so sweet, Shoto", I commented, "I even received the greatest gift of all, hehe".
He too can feel his cheeks glowing but he wrapped his arms around me again.
"Want to eat a slice of this mini cake?", he asked and after he took a glance of my balcony door, "And I suggest we eat it outside the balcony".
I tilted my head and when I looked outside, the sky was mixed with purple, orange and red like it came out of a painting.
(Here's what the sunset sky - excluding the palm tree lol - look like)
"Wow", I said in awe and my eyes began to sparkle, "That's actually a great idea! Let's go, let's go!".
He adored my excitement and I did the honors by cutting two slices from the cake.
"Here you go, Shoto", I said after carefully serving a slice to my boyfriend.
"Thank you, love", he said and held my hand, "Shall we head to the balcony?".
I nodded and both of us went outside the balcony so we could watch the sunset together while eating our slices of cake.
