I don't own One Piece

.........................................

Arisu looked me up and down, then sighed. Her eyes glaring down at my bare feet. I responded by wiggling my toes.

"Can't you at least wear shoes to our last art show together? You're already called the bare foot artist for gods sake!" She groaned.

My response was simple. I closed my eyes and blew a raspberry.

She shook her head, "Fine. Come on." She looked at the rest of my outfit. "At least you wore a dress this time."

I didn't want to completely upset the woman. Especially since this was our last art show together. Which was why I had put on a long white dress which had a long sleeve and left my right arm bare. It allowed me to fully show my tattoo. My hair was braided and shoved into a big white sunhat with a pink ribbon tied around it. Black round sunglasses hit my eyes from view.

This would be my first time showing my tattoo during an art show. Clearly it would announce who I am. Since we had kept my identity hidden, I was being called Mitsu.

I found it completely hilarious. Since Mitsu is my actual name, but the government only knows me as Katsu.

Arisu called me stupid for it, thinking I was going to be discovered immediately. It only made it all the more funny to me when nothing happened. Especially when it annoyed the woman.

"So, what picture are you uncovering today?" Arisu asked, coming to a stop in front of the museum. While she had gone with me to look over my art a few days ago, she had not actually seen my picture.

I smiled thinking of the image. My last pictures were only landscapes, or just works of nature. I didn't want too many hints going around. My art had been more than enough to get me famous for it. Today was different though.

Today, and from now on, I don't care if they knew who I was. I welcomed it. We were leaving by tomorrow the latest anyway. Today was the day I gave them something more than just nature. It almost felt as if I was going to show a piece of my heart to them.

"Just wait." I said, opening the door for both of us. "You'll see it when they all do." Clicks and flashes greeted us as we walking in the building.

"Arisu-sama! Mitsu-sama! Look this way!"

"Arisu, why won't you take anymore students?"

We walked past the crowd, going straight for the art. Arisu and I had done this many times during the past year and half. She's taught me not to speak to them. It's one of her trademarks. She had never spoken a word to reporters. All she does is reveal her artwork and leave.

She let's her art speak for itself.

And now I do as well.

"Mitsu! Do you care to comment on the tattoo?"

"Are you a Straw Hat supporter?"

"Do you support pirates?"

Arisu turned around, placing her hand on her hip. I could imagine she was holding back an eye roll now.

I smirked, taking off my sunglasses allowing my face to show more. Then, I pulled the sheet that had been covering the picture.

It was a simple picture in my eyes. Two red headed figures. A male and female. Both young, well younger. The woman contained a big laughing smile with her eyes shut tightly as one hand wiped at happy tears, the other held a hat on her head. A very familiar straw hat, which belonged to someone else now. She wore a loose white dress which draped around her gracefully.

The man, though the same age as the woman, still appeared older. His smile wasn't as wide as the laughing woman, and his eyes were fully open to stare at her.  As if he wanted to take in every detail in case he forgot. Even now as he sat on the ground, his black cloak wrapped around his shoulders. Though a baggy white shirt could be seen under the cloak. His head was bare, which helped the red hair stand out more.

The background was a washed out garden scenery, which brought out the two figures even more. Surrounding the woman in a slightly more bold color were white lilies.

There was no romance in the picture. There was love, yes, but a different kind. There was also pain, a longing. While there was pain, there was also a spark of happiness.

They were twins. Though no more were they the same age. One was stuck at a younger age while the other was forced to continue to grow and age alone. They were forced to try and remember.

It was long overdue. My tribute to my mother.

The reporters were silent. Everyone was. They just stood and stared at the picture.

At first I could see smiles form. Then multiple people started forming tears. Though, my attention went to my teacher, my art idol. Her reaction and opinion were what mattered.

When I turned to look at Arisu, my eyes widened. Never before had I succeeded in bringing out any emotion from her. Yet, here she stood with a hand over her smiling lips as tears rolled down her cheeks.

She looked at me from the corner of her eye. In a twitch, her smile widened into a full out grin.

She approved.

I smiled and looked at the picture once more. Everything in me wanted to take it with me,but I knew this was better. This museum was famous for it's marine art, showing many different marines in their victorious battles. Now this picture will stay here, they wouldn't dare burn it or hide it after the amount they paid for it.

This was better. A perfect tribute for my mother, and in the end its us that gets the last laugh. Her picture, and Shanks, will hand high on the walls.

A picture of pirates among a sea of marines.

"Mitsu! The two people in your picture, who are they?"

"Could that be Red-Haired Shanks?"

"What does the Straw Hat mean?"

Flashes were going off again. As were the endless questions. Turning towards the picture, I pulled out my pen and leaned towards it. Before I left, I needed to sign it.

With swirling script, I signed two names. It wouldn't be fair to leave one out, even if that wasn't me anymore.

Mitsu
Under that name I wrote another.
Katsu

Closing the cap, I turned towards Arisu. After sharing a look, we both walked past the sea of reporters that continued their endless questions.

.......................................................

"Katsu, I'm going to the shore." Zoro said, looking at me. "I want to fish, you wanna join?"

I looked up from my sketch and blinked. Then a smirk played on my lips as I leaned towards him. "Can I draw you?"

"Eh?" He frowned in confusion.

"I'm in need of a perfect model, and I can't put those muscles to waste." I bit down a laugh as Zoro's face grew red. "So, can I see you shirtless and draw you, Number One?"

Zoro cleared his throat then shook his head. "Never mind. I'm going fishing. Don't get into trouble, Two."

I couldn't held the laugh that escaped me as I nodded. "As you wish, Number One."

Zoro was quick to stand from the bar and leave. We weren't at Rayleigh's bar, since we had gone to explore, and now I was left alone. Though I wasn't bothered by it as I was left with some alcohol and my sketches.

A hand slammed down on my picture. It was big and kinda stubbly, and overall annoying. Placing my pen down, I looked up with a raised eyebrow.

It had been some woman. She was incredibly tall, I'm assuming seven feet. Her head was round, reminding me of a ball, and it only made her eyes all the more squinty. She wore a red tank top, and blue jean shorts. Her hair was strange. Her hair was long, but only because of hair extensions, and clearly it was dyed red.

"You call that art?!" She snorted, showing off a pair of buck teeth. "I should show you a thing or two."

It had not gone unnoticed by me that the bar was silent now. Though I wondered if it was because of me, or the woman.

"Oh yeah?" I asked, figuring I would humor her. "And how would you know so much?"

The murmuring around the bar grew louder around us. My attention went to the group in the corner, who were busy eyeing us closely. The main man being a large round man with a tattered straw hat on his head and a red vest.

"Me?" The woman cackled, placing a hand on her chest. "I'm Katsu, the Crimson Hurricane! Part of the most infamous Straw Hat Crew!"

She actually cackled. That alone was enough to make me want to laugh. However, that laughter was pushed aside as her announcement.

To make it worse, she pulled down the sleeve on her shoulder. I narrowed my eyes at the drawn bran marine mark.

"See." She smirked, "Clearly you'll know who I am." She leaned towards me, her small nose almost touching mine as her breath hit my face. "You're kinda a wanna be, aren't you? With that tattoo of our jolly roger on your shoulder."

I hadn't noticed the two more figures walk in. My attention was solely on the woman in my face. She had yet to cover the mark that I had finally covered.

My hand curled up into a fist. Everything in me screamed to attack her. She was mocking me. Bringing up such a thing was normally enough to set me off.

I took a breath, then slid my sketch book away from her. I wrinkled my nose as I wiped at the page as if to rid her dirt from it. "Well, in that case I'll pass."

"Huh?" She glared, slamming her hand down on the bar. "I don't like rude people. You do know who my captain is right?"

"And I care why?" I rolled my eyes, "Go die somewhere away from me. You're stinking up the air around me." One wrong move and nobody in here is gonna be able to breath.

I calmly took a sip from the sake I had by me as another figure walked to my side. This one must have been the fake version of Franky. It almost made me laugh. He was barely taller than I am. What a joke.

"Listen here, rude bitch." He said through his cigarette.

I huffed. I've been trying to listen to Zoro and stay out of trouble, but I don't think I can hold back anymore. Hopefully he won't be too mad if I get us caught early.

"Special attack: Green Star!"

I blinked as a large plant grew out of the ground and began chewing on both fake Franky and fake me. I snorted, holding laughing as I turned around.

"Hey, you care to drink with us?" I sighed, turning to look at the male that had spoken. I suppose I could suffocate the person if need be.

Then I paused, blinking at the two grinning figures.

"Usopp? Nami?!" I shouted, to which they both nodded.

Nami jumped out from beside Usopp and tackled me in a big hug as she cheered.

"Katsu!" She cheered happily, "I've been worrying about you forever!"

I smiled, hugging the woman back. "I've missed you too Nami-" I paused, actually looking at her. "How the hell did your boobs grow three times bigger since the last I saw you?! Mine only grew a little bigger!" I narrowed my eyes, dropping my tone to whisper to her. "Did you get a book j-"

I stopped as I looked at Usopp. My jaw dropped as I looked at the sniper.

"Holy shit!" I shouted, pointing to the man, who jerked back from me with wide eyes. "You got a shit ton of muscle too!"

"Eh?!" Usopp blinked, his mouth gaping at me.

I looked at Nami, who's eyes were wide and her arms covering her chest. "Something happened in those two years. I think everyone somehow got hotter." I frowned, "Though Franky didn't get hotter, he is cooler though... and I haven't seen Luffy, Robin, Sanji, or Chopper yet..."

"Did you just call Nami hot?" Usopp blinked.

I shrugged, "Well yeah, and clearly you too. Is there some Straw Hat initiation that makes you hot or something? I mean, it works and I'm not complaining, I just want to be aware if there was some voodoo that caused all of this." I guested to them then to myself. "Especially you, Mr. Glow-up." I pointed to Usopp.

"Katsu," Nami smiled, a soft sigh escaping her. "You're being very-"

"Oi! Don't just ignore us! Don't you know who we are?!" Both Nami and I turned to look at the fake Luffy.

"Yes. You're a dumbass." I rolled my eyes.

How anyone believes any of them are us is beyond me. Though the version of us is hysterical. I would love to draw some comparisons later on.

"Come on!" Nami grabbed onto Usopp and I and ran us all out of the bar. "Let's not cause a scene."

"Wait!" The bartender shouted, "You didn't pay your bill!"

I grinned, "Arisu will cover it! Say Mitsu says she's sorry and thanks!"

Now I just need to hope I don't run into Arisu before I leave.

It was only a matter of seconds of walking out of the bar before a loud crack of lightning echoed through it. I took notice of how casual Nami continued walking. No doubt it was her doing.

"I thought you said we don't want to cause a scene?" I snickered, nudging Nami with my hip.

She looked at me and grinned. "Well I had to do something after that fake you was parading around with that stupid mark." I smiled warmly at the woman. "Now I have some questions. First, Mitsu? Second, what's that?" She pointed to my tattoo.

Usopp nodded, "Yeah! And why are you being a little perv?"

I couldn't help the laugh that escaped me, my smile wide on my face. It was hard to believe how happy I was to see my crew. "Well, Mitsu is actually my birth name."

"Oh!" Both exclaimed, looking at me with wide eyes."That's right! Makoto kept calling you that!" Usopp nodded as if the thought just hit him.

"Is that what we should call you now then?" Usopp asked.

I shook my head, "No, I'm definitely Katsu now. Only a few really call me Mitsu, and I don't really think of that as me now. Anyway, it was my cover name since the government didn't know it."

Nami narrowed her eyes blinking at me. "Cover name? Why does every answer bring up another question with you? Don't tell me you were starting trouble."

Quickly I shook my head as I saw the woman place her hand on her hip. "No, not at all! I'm actually a well recognized artist now. I've got art handing up in museums now."

Both Usopp and Nami stopped to stare at me. For a good minute they were silent as they absorbed the information.

"Eh?!" Their eyes widened.

I smiled, looking down at my tattoo. "As for this. Do you like it? I want to show who I really am."

Nami recovered first, and looked at the tattoo a little closer. A small smile forming on her face and she nodded. "Yeah. It looks really nice."

"Now my question!" Usopp demanded, pointing at me. Apparently he recovered from his shock. "Why are you being so pervy? What do you want?"

I stopped walking, frowning at him. "Well, I didn't think I was being pervy. Arisu-sama told me to always speak for beautiful things. Sometimes people don't see it and need to be told, so I just thought you two were beautiful."

She also said I could use it as a weapon against the right people. It went a long way. Though I suppose since I regained most of my memories speaking out had become even easier than before. That one was a little problematic.

Nami smiled at my compliment, and I could see it made her beyond happy. Though I was sure she didn't really need to be told that she was beautiful. Usopp, while very happy, almost seemed to gain an ego around him. His arms crossed over his puffed out chest. I had thought Usopp might need to hear it, but now I'm feeling like he's taken it a bit too far.

"Well, of course the great Captain Usopp-"

Yeah, probably should take him down just a peg.

"Ah, but so far the best has been Number One." I nodded, seeing Usopp's arrogance go down a little. "He's grown into a full out Mr. Hottie."

"Katsu!" Nami blinked at me in shock.

"Oh!" I placed my fist in my palm, looking between the two of them. "Who made it here before the other? It's a very important question."

End of Chapter 52!

Alright guys! Here Katsu met up with Nami and Usopp, thoughts on their interactions?

I'm going to do a Christmas special in the next chapter, which might or might not have a slight crossover with my other fanfic. I'll see how I'm feeling when I write it. Unfortunately after the Christmas special, you'll all have to wait until January for my next update.

On another note... Here's Katsu with Sato! Aren't they cute!

This is not edited.
