It's been four days since the last time John saw Alex, and it was driving him insane. He surely wanted to go to his place and apologize for his behavior.
But fuck, he wasn't sorry at all. Every time he considered on talking to him, all those memories went back and he got full of anger.
And everyone that saw this should be probably wondering; why did he care so much? Was he just jealous? Why couldn't he just leave Alex be happy?
And the answer was easy: He cared cause he knew that Alex is in danger. He knows that it's a toxic relationship and that it was about time for Jefferson to fuck up and break Alex's heart once more. And in case you're wondering, yes. He also was jealous that those 'I love you's that he purred on the phone wasn't for him.
So here he was. Laying on his couch, with phone in hand and the guilt rushing through his veins.
Should I text him? What if he doesn't wanna talk to me? I wouldn't blame him. Oh go I hate fucking Thomas. No John, focus, right now all you need is to know that Alexander does not hate you.
All this thoughts made his head ache. He looked once more at his phone screen. His best friend's name shining on it. Okay, it was the only way.
But wait. He could easily ignore his texts and block his number. Maybe a call would be more effective. And so he pressed the green button.
One ring.
Two rings.
Five rings.
When John was about to grow some shame on himself and give up already, the phone was picked up.
"Oh, thank God, Alex, I'm really sorry, I-"
"This is not Alex. "
You can't be fucking serious.
"Thomas? Where's Alex? " John tried his best not time clench his teeth as he sighed deeply.
"Oh, my babyboy? He's taking a shower now. You know, he was feeling a little sweaty and stuff after all our action. " Thomas' chuckle was almost mischievous. John could swear that he was saying all this just to piss him off.
Yes. Thomas knew about his feelings. Don't ask how. Just know that they both went to their houses with some scratches that night.
Even if it was probably just teasing. The thought of it made John want to puke. And now he didn't resist to clench his jaw. And his knuckles were pale. And his breathing became erratic.
"Is he going to last? I just need to tell him something really quick. " He managed to pronounce and not to insult Jefferson.
"Uh, I don't know man, he just got there and I'm planning on joining him. "
That was it. John was furious. He was sad. God, he wanted to punch something. No. He wanted to punch Thomas.
So he hanged the phone. He wasn't gonna stay there and listen to stupid ass Jefferson mock him and teasing him about how he just fucked his friend and how he was planning on fucking him again while he showered. He wasn't gonna stand that.
He had to take it away. So he just started at nothing. He really wanted to beat Jefferson. Right now. But his right hand was kinda screwed since the last time he practiced he didn't use his wrapping up.
Why was he so stupid? He could just forget about Alex. Find someone new. Probably he was way too in love for that anyways.
This was a very stupid way of handling things. He is probably using the wrong way.

"Lame." Thomas murmured to the phone as he placed it back over the living table.
"Why are you insulting my phone? " Alex came from the kitchen with a cup of coffee in hands.
"Oh? Nothing. Just... You know. " The taller boy shrugged.
"No I don't, but okay. " Alex Sat next to him bouncing a little, making the liquid spill a little over Thomas's jeans.
"Fuck! Dammit, be more careful! " He stood up, raising his voice.
"I-im sorry, babe, I didn't mean to-"
"Shut up! Sorry ain't gonna fix this! That was fucking hot and the stain is not coming out easy. God, don't you know how to do anything?!" He now took Alex's cup from his hands and threw it.
A loud crashing sound was heard, making the small boy shrink in his spot. His breathing was erratic and his heart was racing. Jesus, he was scared.
"You're pathetic. " Thomas spat. He walked to the door, slamming it behind him as he went out.
Alex started sobbing. What was he doing? Is love supposed to be this this way?
