So, yesterday we had a blacklight pep rally. It was awesome!
CS got a pocket trumpet and it is ADORABLE! I got to play it. It's so loud!
I wore a snow camo sweater to the pep rally. I was the "whitest" person in the band under the black light lol. We had fun. The cheerleaders and some of the people in the audience had glow sticks. The cheerleaders did a routine with white uniforms on.
We played through music from our halftime show and stood up when we played the trumpet feature/solo in Make Me Smile.
Who knew that Mom has known how to ride a unicycle for two years!? He was going to ride it in the pep rally but he didn't get a chance to :'(
So what was really freaky was I heard Rosanna on the radio. I thought,"Wouldn't it be crazy if September came on, too?" Well...it did! That was 2/3 of our half time show! XD
There's exactly three weeks left until all Region. I'm not sure how ready I am. I guess I'll see.
