Charlottes pov:
"I'm just going to the bathroom I'll be one sec" I said standing up and leaving my phone on the table. "there just upstairs sweetie" pattie said as I left. I followed her instructions and went upstairs. I walked down a long Hallway with lots of different doors leading to different rooms one including the kitchen but I finally found the girls bathroom. I done my business and washed my hands but as soon as I stepped out of the bathroom I was stopped by that annoying waiter. "Hey gorgeous how are you tonight" he said that annoying smirk playing on his lips. "I'm fine now excuse me I need to get back to my family" I said not making eye contact. his arm snaked around my waist as he pinned me against the wall. "I don't bite gorgeous.. well I do if you want me too" he said whispering the last part in my ear sending shivers down my spine- and not the good type. i tried to wiggle out of his grasp but he only held my closer. His lips tried to touch mine but I quickly turned my head. Before I knew it, I had been dragged into a dark room. "HELP" I screamed as I heard the door close behind us. "See you should have just been nice outside and this wouldn't have happened" he said tying my hands together. "JUSTIN" I screamed hoping he would hear me. "HELP" I screamed once more as I was pushed against a wall, my legs were tied together which I didn't realise until I tried to run and tripped over, I hit my head and I felt blood trickle down my face. "please" I cried on the floor helplessly as my dress began to get pulled up. this was the third time something like this had happened. first Ian, then Ryan now this waiter. his hands traveled up my legs. "stop!" I screamed wiggling my body as much as I could. "keep still you stupid bitch" he laughed while punching my twice in the stomach. I groaned in pain as I decided I wouldn't move any more to save my pain. I lay there screaming as his hands roamed my body. before I knew it, he had penetrated deeply into me, it wasn't special like justin, it wasn't even nice. I cried in pain still screaming. i felt drowsy as pain pulsates through my body. "get off her!" I head someone yell before pain took over my body and my eyes shut.
