*junior year*
Its been 2 months since dylan and I have been dating. The best 2 months of my life. Kyle has been nicer to me, but sadly not so much mom. "Katie! Get you're ass down here right now! Breakfast is ready!" She screamed. "I'm coming!" I scream back. When I put on a list of jeans and a white shirt, I walk downstairs to eat breakfast.
"You're coming home right after school!" She says as I get ready to walk out of the door. "What! Why?"I say. "Because." She says. I roll
My eyes and walk out the door. Because my ass.
When I got to school, dylan was waiting for me. "Hey." He says kissing me in the head. "hi." I say back grabbing his hand. Then we walk to class together.
After school, the January air nipped at my face as I walked to Dylan's car. Just because my mom wants me home, doesn't mean I can't get rides home from my boyfriend! I love using the word. "Thanks for the ride." I say with a smile. "You're welcome." He says leaning in for a kiss.
When he left, I walked inside and put my bag in the kitchen so I could start in my homework. "Good. You're home. Now go clean the living room." My mom said cooking dinner. "But I have homework." I protested. "I don't care. That living room isn't going to clean itself." She says shooing me away.
After I cleaned the living room, and the bathrooms, don't forget the dinning room. I went upstairs to finish my homework. After my homework I went and took a nice hot shower. "Katie. Kyle! Supper is ready." Mom screamed. Great. I'm in the shower. I turned the water of and went into my room to change into my pajamas. When I got downstairs I took a seat and filled my plate with chicken. "Good supper mom." I say trying to make conversation. She just rolled her eyes and finished her dinner.
When I cleaned my plate, I went upstairs to my room. I sent dylan a quick goodnight text and went to bed.
