A/N: Okay so I was listening to What Comes Next? (from Hamilton) and I realized you know who would kill the role of a psycho leader who doesn't want their colonies revolting? Lana Parrilla. But obviously she couldn't play King George, so I continued thinking and I came up with an OuaT/Hamilton AU.
What if, instead of King George, there was a personification of the UK, played by Regina? And then, to extend it, what if the personification of the UK sang her songs to a personification of the US, who was played by Robin? And then I proceeded to attempt to figure out who the other OuaT characters would play while keeping Lin and Pippa as Alexander and Eliza (because how can you replace Lin and Pippa?)
And obviously, Regina and Robin would be in love behind the scenes and they'd be engaged or married or something and then Regina finds out she's pregnant and so eventually, Regina and Robin have to step back from their roles and during their last bow, Robin pulls Regina into a kiss.
OR they aren't engaged, and then during their last bow, Robin proposes to her.
And that's a summary of how my mind can take one song that's not even two minutes long and turn it into an Outlaw Queen AU of some sort😂😂
