Your POV
I circled my room, my hands shook as I pulled on my hair, it had gone frizzy from the rain, but I really didn't give a fuck right now.

All I could think about was Justin.

It was all too much of a coincidence.
First, he magically shows up to save me from getting attacked by those two rapists.
Second, he drove the exact same car that had been following me.
Thirdly, he drove me home without even asking for my address.

There must be a logic explanation, maybe I told him my address without realising?
I couldn't help myself. I grabbed my phone and scrolled through the people who had recently texted me.
My thumbs tapped at the screen quickly as I shot a message to the person who had been stalking me.
'It's you, isn't it?'
I tapped send and waited anxiously for the reply I almost got straight away.

'What's me?'

I rolled my eyes, either Justin was trying to confuse the shit out of me or I had completely overthought everything.
'You're the one who saved me tonight.'
My hands shook violently as I sent another message to the unknown number. My phone pinged as I received another text.

'You must be confused, Darling. You've had a rough night. Get some sleep ;)'

'Were you watching me again?!' My heart thumped even faster.

'Oh, baby. I'm always watching you ;)'

I turned off my phone and threw it onto my bed. I wanted to burst into tears, the fear consuming me as my hands shook violently.
I didn't know what to do. What if the person was watching me.
Right here.
Right now.

I grabbed it back and scrolled through the contacts on my phone until I reached Ellie; she was my best friend, and would definitely know how to handle a situation like this.
But she was probably still at the party, drunk out of her mind, probably kissing a guy she had met ten minutes ago.
I rolled my eyes and scrolled down to Bella's contact; another one of my best friends.
She hadn't dared to come to the party, she avoided alcohol and drugs like the plague, she wouldn't even go near them, too scared her parents would smell it on her clothes and get mad.
I called her number and she picked up after the first ring, despite the fact it was 3am.
"Bella! I need you to come here right now." I yelled into the phone.

"Y/n, are you crazy? Check the time." She groaned.

"I know, I know. But I had a horrible night. I need to be with someone right now." I choked back a sob.

"Oh my god, are you crying?" I heard her shuffle awkwardly on the other end of the line.

"Close to it. How quick can you get here?" My voice quivered.

"Ten minutes. Take deep breaths, Y/n. I'll be right over."

And with that, the line went dead. I crawled into my bed, still wearing Justin's black hoodie. It smelled a lot like his cologne and was far too big on me, but for some reason, I didn't want to take it off.

I burrowed under the white sheets until there was a knock on the door. "It's open!" I called.
What the fuck is wrong with me?
I leave the door unlocked after being attacked and invite whoever was waiting on the other side to come right in.
I was relieved when Bella rushed into my room, her dark hair was messy and her sleepy blue eyes were filled with concern.

She took one look at my tear-stained cheeks and gasped. "Y/n, what's wrong? What happened?" She flopped onto the bed and wrapped her arms around me.

"I- I don't even know. I broke up with Chris and-"

"What? Why?" She looked stunned.

"He slapped me," I didn't want to go into it. "And I got lost on my way home..."

I told her everything.
Everything.
I even told her about the text messages and the black mustang that had been following me.
Her eyes flickered with fear as soon as I finished.
"Did you ever consider the one texting you is this Justin guy? Like... it seems kinda sketchy." She mumbled.

I shook my head frantically, tears rolled down my neck. "I asked if it was him but-"

My phone pinged.

My heart thudded in my chest as I reached for it.
A message spread across the screen and I felt like vomiting.

'Aw, you're telling your friends about me. I feel special :')'

----------------

It was the day my parents flew home from Europe.
I was so relieved.
I knew I needed to tell them everything, but I didn't know how.
My mom and step-dad wouldn't know how to handle this situation any better than I would.

I hung around the lockers, I decided to miss my class.
I was too distracted.

It was three days since Justin had saved me, and there was not one moment when I didn't think about him.
I know I should just forget about it, it was just something that happened.
But I couldn't.

A voice cut me off from my thoughts. "Y/n..."

I spun around and collided with Chris's chest. His emerald green eyes flecked with gold stared down at me, they were sad and lost. He opened his mouth to speak, but couldn't find the words.
I moved back quickly, but he caught my wrist. "Please don't go." He whispered.

"Don't touch me." I snapped, ripping my hand away from his grasp.

His eyes clouded with hurt and confusion, he ran a hand through his messy brown hair. "Listen, Y/n... all I can say is that I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you."

"I don't care. You can't change what happened," I felt the backs of my eyes burning. Everything we ever had suddenly seemed fake, like it was all just a dream. "Now leave me the fuck alone."
As soon as the words left my lips, I was slammed up against the locker.
Before the other night, I had never seen an aggressive side of him, I wondered what had suddenly changed.
"GET OFF!" I screamed.

"Y/n, you can't walk away from us." His voice cracked, tearing me apart.
The moment I opened my mouth to speak, my phone pinged.
And my heart thumped faster.
He looked at me with confusion. "What's wrong? I can practically hear your heartbeat." He mumbled.

I pushed him off me and reached for my phone which was buried deep in the pocket of my white skinny jeans.
A message flashed on the screen.

'What the fuck does he think he's doing? You're mine and only mine.'

I looked around frantically. There was no one in these halls except Chris and I.
"What are you looking for, Y/n. You're scaring me." He whispered.

My phone pinged again.
'He should be scared.'

Something inside me snapped. "WHOEVER YOU ARE, LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE. YOU FUCKING CREEP." The anger in my voice rippled off the walls, making Chris jump back in shock.

"Holy shit, Y/n. Tell me what's wrong right now." Chris's fist clenched at his side.

I couldn't stop shaking, I could barely catch my breath. This was too much.
I ran for the door.
I needed to get out of this goddamn school.
I needed someone to wrap their arms around me and tell me it was going to be okay.

----------------

It was beginning to get late.
And I was still walking.
Again.

What idiot could make the same mistake twice in the same week?
I had blocked the mystery number about an hour ago...
Something I should have done before it started messing with my head and upsetting me.

I had also called Chris to apologise for my sudden outburst, I didn't mean to frighten him. But something wasn't right.
I had called Chris nine times, left seven texts and three voicemails.
His phone was never far from his hands.

And not once did he pick up or reply.

I found myself walking towards a public basket ball park, occupied by five boys.
The sound of their laughter was the only thing to be heard.
They looked a few years older than me, tossing the ball through the hoop, rolling it around their waists and their sneakers squeaking against the new tarmac.

I entered the court nervously, I had no idea where my conscience had gone.
I fiddled with my thumbs as the five guys noticed me.
They instantly exchanged knowing looks.
The one who had the ball sent me a smirk. "You alright, Sweetheart? Here for some business? I got a ten dollar bill in my back pocket, I could really do with a blowjob." He said as he bounced the ball, before laughing to his mates.

I sent him a disgusted look. "Do I look like a goddamn slut to you? I just got lost and I was wondering if you could tell me where I was." My voice was quiet and I wasn't even sure he heard me.

He raised his eyebrow at me, he had darkly tanned skin and dark hair, covered by a SnapBack. He had high cheekbones and full lips. He bounced the ball in one hand as he stepped towards me.
I flinched back quickly, I had completely lost all my trust in strangers since I was attacked.
"You got lost?" He smirked.

Fuck, why is this happening again?

My eyes drifted to the side of the road where a black mustang was parked. I felt sick to my stomach.
The fear building up in me even more.
I squinted my eyes to try and see who was sitting in the driver seat, but the windows were completely blacked out.
"Eyes over here, love." The boy said.
He had moved a lot closer now, his dark brown eyes shining with amusement.

I backed away further and my back hit a chain-link fence.
Fuck.
"Who does the black car belong to?" I blurted out.

"It's mine, you into sports cars?" He stepped closer, his chest pressed against mine.

"Get off." I laid my palms against his chest and tried to push him, but he wouldn't move.

He chuckled. "You're gonna have to try a little harder than that, Babe." He spoke in a thick, cockney accent.

"Are you the one who's been texting me?" The anger rose in my voice. "You've been driving me fucking insane." I snapped.

He pressed his chest harder against me and I whimpered.
Looking around, his friends had completely vanished.
I never even saw any of their faces.
Where the hell did they go?
This had been the worst week of my whole fucking life.
"Please get off." I whispered, choking back a sob.

"Aw, you don't want to come back to my house and have some fun?" He winked.

"Get off! Please." I said again, desperately trying to push him.

A fist suddenly collided with the boys jaw and he fell the the ground, clutching the side of his tanned face.
"SHE TOLD YOU TO GET OFF, YOU FUCKING PRICK." The guy who had just thrown the punch hovered over the other.

I instantly recognised his chiselled jaw and his dark, angry eyes.
"Justin?" I said in shock.

Justin looked up at me, his brown eyes flaring with anger. "What the fuck are you doing here, Y/n?"

"I got lost... again."
My eyes found the ground.
God, you sound so dumb right now.

Justin sighed and kicked the guy in his stomach. "Stay the fuck away from her, do you fucking understand me?" He spat.

The guy coughed and spluttered in response, clutching his stomach and groaning. "You asshole." He managed to blurt out, only to receive another hard kick from Justin.

"I would just fucking kill you now if the girl
wasn't here. I guess you got lucky, I don't want to frighten her anymore than she already is." He spat.
Justin suddenly spun around and rubbed his hands up and down my arms. "Let's get you out of here." He said, reducing all the anger from his voice.
I let him take my hand and pull me out of the basket ball court. "Is this gonna turn into a regular thing? Because if it is, I'm gonna have to hire a personal body guard for you. I'm too busy for this." Justin muttered as we headed towards the black mustang.
Damn, I hated that car.

"Of course it's not gonna turn into a regular thing. I just got unlucky." I snapped as Justin pulled on the car door handle, he gestured for me to get inside and I slid into the black leather seat once again.
I sighed and threw my head back against it as Justin walked around the front of the car and climbed in.
I confronted him the second the his door shut closed.

"How the hell did you know where to take me home on Friday?" I tried to speak with confidence, but my hand let down the whole look with the fact that they were shaking too bad to be controlled.

Justin noticed and his eyes flickered with concern, he rested his hand over mine to try and stop them trembling. "Stop overthinking, Y/n."

I shook my head. "I'm sorry, I'm just so scared and confused. I don't even know what just happened, or why it did."

"How did you get lost again? I don't know many people who throw parties on Monday night." A playful smile curled on his perfect lips as he started up the engine and began to drive, with one hand on the black wheel and the other squeezing mine tightly.

"I was on my way back from school. And so much was on my mind... I guess I just wasn't paying attention." I slid my hands from under Justin's and pressed my fingers to my eyes.

There was a moment of silence as Justin rolled the mustang down the road. "Hey, don't your parents get back tonight?" He asked.

I raised an eyebrow at him. "Tomorrow morning, actually. How come you remember?"

"I would never forget anything that came out of that pretty mouth of yours." A smirk played on his lips and he winked.
It had been three days since I had first seen Justin, and by now, the faded hickeys on his neck had completely vanished.
His patience tattoo ran down his neck smoothly, each letter was now clearer, and far more beautiful without the purple love bites shadowing over them.

"I like your tattoos." I blurted out, feeling heat instantly spread to my cheeks.
Oh my god, I make myself cringe way too much.

Justin chuckled and rubbed his hand over his arm, the sleeves to his leather jacket were rolled up again, revealing the perfect, ink images, joined together in a dizzying pattern. "Thanks, babe." He smirked.

----------------

"Thanks again." I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly as I stood in my doorway.
Fuck, he must think I'm doing this on purpose.

"My pleasure, Sweetheart." He rubbed his bruised knuckles as he stood before me.

"Have a nice night." I gave him a tired smile and began to close the door, but he quickly caught it and opened it back up.

"I'm not leaving," he pushed past me and entered my house without another word. He instantly made his way to the  refrigerator and opened it up. "You got any beer?" He called.

"Justin? What the hell, you can't just invite yourself." I said.

He shrugged, his back still facing me as his eyes scanned everything in the refrigerator.
"I just did."

Dickhead.

"You have to go." I groaned, throwing my head back in annoyance. Who did he think he was?

"Shut the door, babe. It's getting cold in here." He completely ignored my comment.

I scoffed. "Yeah, because you've got your head stuck in my refrigerator, going through my food."

Justin chuckled and finally found his desired can of beer. "Someone's a little possessive," he shut the door to the refrigerator and held up the gold tin can. "Mind if I take one?"

"Yes I do mind, now get out." My patience began running thin as he flicked the top of the can open and he slouched down onto my couch, taking his phone out of his back pocket, rolling his eyes at the notifications and then throwing it onto the coffee table in front of the sofa.

"I'm staying here whether you like it or not. Just till your parents get home... y'know, to keep you safe." He winked before taking a sip of his beer.

I rolled my eyes and shut the front door with a huff. "I can't win with you, can I?"

"Nope, now come sit. I want to talk to you." He patted a space next to him on the couch.

I raised my eyebrows at him. "About?"

He rolled his beautiful eyes impatiently. "Sit down and I'll tell you."

I sighed in defeat and shuffled over to sit next to him in the dim light.
My shoulder pressed up against his and I instantly let go of some of the tension I didn't even know what there.
I shrugged. "Begin."

"What?"

"I said begin. Tell me what you want me to know."

Justin cleared his throat, a sudden nervous side of him took over. Not what I would expect from someone like him. "I need to tell you the truth, I-" he took a shaky breath and he looked for the right explanation. "Those guys who attacked you on Friday... they won't bother you again."

I tensed. "What did you do..."

Justin tensed too, and he ran a hand through his perfectly styled hair, messing it up slightly. "Got rid of them..."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"It just means I got rid of them, okay? You don't need to worry about them anymore." His tone sounded suddenly harsh.

"But do I need to worry about you? It kind of sounds that way, Justin."

"No, you don't. I may be a criminal but I wouldn't ever hurt you." His voice was soft again, and so were his eyes.

I knew he was a criminal from the start, but it felt real the moment the words left his mouth.
I rubbed my hands over my face and groaned. "It's been an awful week. I can't wait for my parents to get home so everything can go back to the way it was."

Justin shifted uncomfortably beside me. "Uh, yeah... Hey, do you have a bathroom?"

I raised my eyebrows at him. "No, in this family, we do our business in the backyard." My tone dripped with sarcasm.

Justin rolled his eyes. "Very funny," He heaved himself off the couch and wandered into another room. "I guess I'll just have to find it myself," He called. "But if I somehow end up in your bedroom and find all your lingerie, it won't be my fault."

I rolled my eyes and leant back against the soft pillow, trying to analyse everything that had happened within the last few days.
My thoughts were distracted when Justin's phone pinged and a message spread across the screen.

I shouldn't read other people's messages, but I just couldn't help myself. My eyes flickered to the tiny white writing.
The message was from a guy called Matt.

'Dude, you swore you wouldn't actually hit me. Bro, you fucking owe me so bad. I'm covered in bruises. Btw, Y/n is so much hotter up close ;)'

What.
The.
Fuck.

Was it all staged? My mind raced back to the events that happened not long ago.
It all seemed so real... or was that me being delusional?

I picked up his phone quickly, my hands trembling. I swiped across the screen and his phone unlocked.
What idiot doesn't have a password on his phone?
I went onto his messages and typed back a response.

'What are you talking about?' I hit send and hoped I would get an answer before Justin came back.

Another message popped up on the screen. 'Lol, bro has she made you loose your memory already? Remember the plan?'

My heart rate spend up, the way it always did whenever I texted someone I didn't know. I didn't want to make it obvious that Justin wasn't the one texting this guy. 'It's late and I've had a few drinks. Remind me?'

'Dude, we've planned this for months. Don't fuck it up now.' This guy always replied so quick, damn why can't everyone?

'I won't, but just remind me what's going on.' I heard Justin's footsteps upstairs in the room above. I assumed he still hadn't found the bathroom, since he was wandering around in my step-dad's office.

'You're acting so weird, whatever bro. Kidnap Y/n, does that ring a bell? You've been talking about it none-stop since God knows how long lol'
The message came through and I brought my hand to my mouth.
My heart thumped hard in my chest, I quickly scrolled through his contacts, and found one which said 'mine'.
I clicked on the contact details and my eyes welled up.

It was my number.

Justin was planning on kidnapping me? I scrolled through every conversation we had had as if I had never seen it all before. I must have been reading them for a while, because I didn't even hear the footsteps coming down the stairs.

Justin's phone was suddenly ripped away from my hands and tossed onto the coffee table. "Find anything interesting?" He snarled, his eyes were dark and full of anger.
Without thinking, I jerked up off the couch and bolted towards the front door, he was quicker than me, and he managed to reach the door before I could, standing in front of it so I couldn't get by. "I don't think so, Princess."

I staggered back, completely stunned. "I-I don't understand, please don't hurt me." Tears rolled down my face. I had no idea what to do.
There was nothing I really could do.

"Sweetheart, no one else will get hurt if you cooperate with me." His voice sent chills down my spine.

No one else?

How the hell did he go from being nice to being fucking insane within a matter of minutes?

"Why are you doing this, Justi-"

"My names not Justin."

"What? Who the fuck are you then!" I screamed, my eyes burned as I looked at him through the blur of my tears.

"My name is Jason. Jason McCann."
