Game 34 - Emma must never know
"I won't say a word to anyone." Ron said and hung up the phone. He put it down the table and picked up his glass of scotch. Andy just called him to tell him what happened and Caleb would maybe go to him to ask about the past. To ask about what really went down that time.
Hindi naman niya masisisi si Caleb kung gusto nitong malaman ang nangyari kay Emma at Andy lalo't ngayon na girlfriend nito si Emma at kaibigan nito si Andy. Kung siya rin naman ay hindi siya mapapanatag na siya lang yung walang kaalam alam sa nangyari kay Emma at Andy pero minsan kasi may mga bagay na mas mabuti pang ibaon nalang sa limot kaysa balikan ito.
He took a sip from his scotch and looked over the view right out of his penthouse suite. He stood up and walked over the window.
"Hindi ka na babalik sa kwarto?" narinig niyang tanong ni Regina sa kanya.
Nilingon niya ito, dahil sa tawag ni Andy sa kanya ay nagambala nito ang ginagawa nila kanina ni Regina. "Mabuti pang umuwi ka nalang ngayon, darating si Caleb. And I'm sure he wouldn't want to see you here."
Regina smirked. "I don't really mind it so I'll just stay here" she said and sat down on the sofa and poured herself a glass of scotch.
"Well I mind. I'm still Caleb's friend so off you go." Ron shooed her.
Regina scoffed as she stood up and walked back to the master's bedroom. After a minute, Regina came back wearing her clothes. "I'll see you next week I suppose." she said. She turned towards the elevator but stopped and faced him again. "Is he still with Shiloh's mom?"
"Yeah but I doubt they'd last. He found out about Andy and Emma." Ron answered.
"Oh that must have been awful for him. To know that his friend slept first with his girlfriend." Regina said grinning as though she was amusing herself.
"They never slept together." Ron pointed out.
Regina smiled at him. "Oh the things vodka could do." she said. "Andy told me a pretty interesting story back in college. Best thing to vent out your anger is sex do you know that?" she asked. "You know, the best thing in life is the one you can't always have." she said and took off.
Regina was right, the best thing in life is the one you can't always have, Andy had tasted that bitter medicine, the medicine that woke him and Emma up from the fantasy. Well Emma woke up.
Ron stared back to the view and sipped his scotch. His mind wandered off back to that time. The time when everything changed.
"Hi Eponine!" Andy shouted. He and Andy were at the back of the cafeteria and Emma just walked in with the usual Elena, Anya and Angelo posse.
Emma turned and looked at their direction. She smirked and waved at them. "Back at you Andres!" she yelled and turned back to her friends, Elena said something that made the three of them giggle and Angelo snicker.
Ron and Andy watched the four order their lunch. "Gonna ask her out?" Ron asked.
Andy smirked. "I will. Alam mo ba yung chismis sa Section A? Angelo's gonna court her."
"You got the advantage dude."
"I know." Andy smirked still watching Emma. Ron knew that Andy had always had a crush on Emma, who wouldn't? Emma was one of the prettiest girls in their batch and in school. And unlike Elena who was the Miss Perfect Student Council President and Anya who was the Miss Princess, Emma was pretty wild.
She liked to party unlike her two best friends, Elena liked to study and Anya liked to train herself to be a princess, those two were always proper, Emma wasn't always. She liked to play around and that was most guys wanted.

"Kayo na?" tanong ni Ron nang nabalitaan niya na sinagot na ni Emma si Andy.
Tumango si Andy at inakbayan si Emma. Parehas itong nakangiti at mukhang masaya naman ang dalawa, napatingin si Ron sa ibang tao na nakaupo sa table, sila Elena at Anya mukhang masaya rin para sa kaibigan pero dun napansin ni Ron na may kulang, wala si Angelo.
Bakit nga ba naman sasama si Angelo at pagmasdan ang babaeng mahal niya na nasa braso ng iba?
"Hindi parin ako makapaniwala na sinagot mo si Andy, Ems." Anya said laughing.
"What's wrong with me? I'm the hottest guy in campus!" Andy boasted.
The three girls laughed at him. "Ralphe is the hottest." Elena commented.
"Uy crush niya si Ralphe." Ron teased.
They all laughed. Pretty much it was a good day. Ron just felt it, their senior year would be the best year ever.

"Ron, I messed up." sabi ni Andy na hindi parin mapakalma ni Ron haggang ngayon. Kanina pa siya nakarating sa bahay nila Andy at paikot ikot si Andy sa living room. He didn't know what happened but Andy looked like a mess.
"Ano bang nangyari?"
"I slept with Sadie." Andy confessed. Si Sadie, isang second year college student sa school nila, nakilala nila ito nung Foundation Day ng school, si Sadie yung isa sa mga runner up sa pageant na ginanap. Maganda ito at kamukha ni Emma. Blonde rin ang buhok dahil katulad ni Emma Fil-Am ito.
"What?" he asked, sounding more shocked than ever.
"Nasa frat party ako, nandun siya. We were drunk and one thing led to another." Andy explained, he sounded tortured. "Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko Ron. Mahal na mahal ko si Emma, hindi ko kayang mawala sa akin si Emma." umupo ito sa sofa at binaon ang mukha sa palad nito.
"Asan si Sadie?" tanong niya rito.
Tinignan siya ni Andy. "Iniwan ko dun. Nagising ako at iniwan ko siya."
"Gago ka ba? Bakit mo iniwan!?"
"Anong gagawin ko? Nag panic ako. Nandun sila Carter! Nakita nila ako kasama si Sadie!"
"Kausapin mo bukas si Sadie, mag sorry ka. Alam mo naman yung mga babae, ayaw na tinuturing silang mga one night stand baka ikalat niya na nag sex kayong dalawa at malaman nga ni Emma." Ron said to Andy. "Carter can be kept shut, I'll do it tomorrow."
Tumango si Andy at tinignan nito si Ron. "Emma must never know."

"Ron, I messed up." Andy said. Just like 3 months ago, they were both in the same situation, Andy was not calming down and he looked like a mess. He called Ron and now they were in the living room, Andy was still pacing.
Andy must have slept with someone again this time. Buti nalang dati ay natago nila yung nangyari, buti nalang madaling kausap si Sadie ayaw din naman pala nitong malaman ng iba. Hindi alam ni Ron bakit na naman inulit ni Andy yung mali niya ngayon.
"If you slept with someone again Andy, I swear to God, I'll tell Emma myself." he warned.
Andy stopped and looked at him, he looked torn. Like his life shattered into million pieces. "Sadie's pregnant, Ron."
Nagulat siya sa sinabi ni Andy, mas maganda pa kung nakipag sex nalang ito sa iba, mas madaling linisin iyon kaysa sa nakabuntis ito. Hindi niya alam kung paano tutulungan si Andy ngayon.
"The condom broke?"
"Hindi ako gumamit ng condom." pag-aamin ni Andy. "Anong gagawin ko Ron. Paano na kami ni Emma?"
"Bakit kasi hindi ka nag-iisip!" hindi maiwasan ni Ron na mainis kay Andy dahil kaibigan din niya si Emma at alam niyang masasaktan ito ng sobra pag nalaman na nito na nakabuntis si Andy. That girl who swore off love because of her parents just fell in love with someone. What would happen to her?
"I was drunk! And I didn't even think that Sadie would get pregnant!"
"Pregnant?" parehas silang napatingin sa nagsalita. Laking gulat nila nang nakita nila si Emma. "Nakabuntis ka?" tingin nito kay Andy. Agad naman na lumapit si Andy kay Emma pero lumayo lang ito. "Don't go near me." she said to Andy, her tears were already falling.
"Emma."
"How could you?" her voice broke.
"Please Emma, don't. Mahal kita. Hindi ko ginusto to." Andy pleaded. "It just happened."
"I TRUSTED YOU!" she yelled. "Angelo never liked you, he said you just wanted to get to my pants. Pero ang tagal na natin at hindi mo naman ako pinilit na makipag sex sayo, kaya I believed you really cared. Did you got tired of waiting that you just slept with someone else?" she said. "If you wanted sex, I would have gladly given it to you."
"Emma please. Listen to me." Andy begged. "I was drunk!"
"That doesn't give you the excuse to sleep with some slut! I was your girlfriend!"
"Was?" Andy asked. "You're not breaking up with me, please don't. Gagawin ko ang lahat ng gusto mo. Kung ayaw mo nung bata, ipapa-abort natin yun. Just don't leave me."
Emma slapped him real hard. "Abort? That baby didn't do anything wrong. What you're going to do is you're going to take the responsibilty. You're going to tell that girl whoever she is that there will be no talk of abortion. Sasabihin mo sa parents mo to at sila na ang bahala na magtago nito." she said, pinunasan niya yung mukha niya at tumayo ng diretso. "I'll be going." tumalikod na siya at nagsimulang maglakad palabas.
"Paano tayo?" Andy asked. "I won't marry her Emma. Ikaw lang ang gusto kong pakasalan. So please don't ask me do marry her. I'll give my name to the child but I won't marry her. So please."
"I need to think."

Ah... ayaw ko sanang mag back to the past eh, gusto kong ikwento nalang kaso naisip ko mas maganda kung isulat ko nalang yung past. Anyway, hindi pa diyan natatapos ang nakaraan. Next chapter na yung continuation.
