"I will be back to pick you up, and don't forget to wear something casual." Caius said, then left.
I waved after him. I went to my closet and picked a blue shirt with bluejeans, and my boots.
Then Caius came through the door.
"Ready??' he asked, I nodded.
"Great let's go."
He led me towards the woods, then started to run.
"Um, Caius I can't run. Remember?" I asked.
He smiled "Now I do" he said, and picked me up and ran.
I almost screamed when he picked me up a minute ago but, now I didn't.
He stopped a few minutes later, and put me down.
We were in some woods I didn't know.
I looked at him. as in 'Where are we?.'
"We are in the woods I love, its not too far away from Volterra. And then there is another reason I brought you out here" he said, to change me? I wondered.
'Why?' I asked through mind.
He shook his head and whispered "Its a surprise"."
I growled, and let him take my hand and lead me.
"Close your eyes and no peeking." he said, and ,just t be sure, he put his hands over my eyes.
Fifty six minutes later we stopped.
He went behind a tree and said "I will be right back."
I shivered, I hate it when people say that.
I heard some birds.
"Back" he said, a few minutes later, holding something, something black.
He held it out to me.
It was a black cat.
"Awe!" I said, and took it out of his arms.
"His name is midnight" he said.
"Midnight? midnight it suits him." I said and petted his head.
Caius smiled "Yeah, I found him in the woods, and I thought you would like him."
I smiled "As long wait ain't a dog, when I was, is, human I am very allergic" I said, he nodded.
And then we took midnight to my room.
