55: The night of the Fireworks [Part 2]
Geurim.
My feet was in pain after I stand for an hour inside the bus. I can't believe that i'm going to the festival alone.
'Yoona ,you will really gonna be dead to me later.'
Now where should I go? I am now here in the front gate of the venue and good thing Yoona gave me the ticket before the bus runs earlier.
I walk towards the gate and gave the ticket to the guard.
and Now that I am here, where should I go? This place is so huge and seems unfamiliar to me and wherever I look or wherever I walk , I only saw a couples and booths of different kinds of lanterns.There is also different kind of rides that look likes in carnivals but this is more unique. There's many bands singing too in the mini stages .Childrens dancing traditional dance.
People are obviously enjoying tonight because of this amazing event. Even KPOP artist are here to celebrate the Star festival and the fans are taking pictures with them.
"Woow."
I gasped with amazement. This place is really cool and it's obvious that they really prepared for this event.
I stop infront of the booth where they sell different kinds of miniatures and souvenirs.
"waaah neomu gwiyeowo!"
This mini Lantern is so cute, this mini ferris wheel too ,and this little korean girl. "How much is this?" I ask the ahjumma who sells this cute souvenirs. I will really going to buy all of it If I have a lot money
"5 thousand won each but it will become 3 thousand won if you buy 2 of each as a package."
it's not so expensive as what I expected and i'm really in good timing because Blaze gave me allowance.

"I'll buy two." I Pick the two mini Korean dolls. One girl and One boy. I'm planning to keep the other one so that I can give it to someone who deserves to recieve it.

"Kamsahamnida." I bowed while recieving the souvenirs that I bought. I was about to left but the ahjumma stops me.
"Miss wait." she took something inside the jewelry box and handed me a two silver bracelet with a infinity designs just like what Yoona brought for Sehun but it's more beautiful because of more additional designs and kind of old ,like an antique bracelet.. "Since you are my first costumer ,I will going to give you this. Give the other one to the most special someone in your life. It's not just an ordinary bracelet. It's the legendary infinity bracelet from the ancient China that I kept for may years.."
"Wait Ahjumma ,why are giving me this?" She can give it her Daughter,Grand daughter or anyone in her relativea anyway but why is she giving it to me?
"Because you're the right person who deserves to recieve it." Right person? but we only met just now. Gosh ,This ahjumma is making me curious. "Take it."
"O-okay. Thank you ahjumma." I accepted it thanking her. She smile at me so I smiled back. I didn't stay any longer because Minggi is already waiting because , I remember what did Yoona shouted.
"Bye Geurim!Mingyu is waiting for you infront of the fountain!Let's meet there later"
Ahjumma said something before I left that made me more curious about.
"You will going to find your happiness tonight." I don't what she's talking about but I didn't mind it anymore.May be she thought that I have a boyfriend that's why she said it.
Anyway.
where is the fountain here ?
I look around and in not so faraway ,I saw the dancing fountain since it's really huge and Mingyu is sitting on the bench beside it .He's only wearing a normal attire, a simple black shirt and a ripped jean pants that makes him looks like a cool bad boy.
I hold my chest so suddenly.
Gosh , why do I feel that he became more handsome this day? He always wears School uniforms and tuxedos
and this is the first time I saw him in attire like this.
"Geurim Calm down. Act normal okay?"
I took a very deep breathe and put the Bracelets and the souvenirs inside my bag before I went towards him. "H-h-hi."
damn this!why am I stammering?
"Finally you came. Come on Moo!There is something I want to Show you."
"B-but..."
He grab me suddenly and runaway.
Wait!What was that? I expected for him to say.
"moo, you look so pretty with that Jeogori."
But it's not the thing happened. Am I assuming that much?
"Minggi where are you taking me?"
he didn't answer me.
We are still running in the middle of the central town . I don't know where is he taking me but I just let him. I wonder what he want to show me to make him so Excited.
I can't avoid to smile while looking at him. I don't know why does my heart beat so fast but All I want to do right now is enjoy the night eveng together with him.
"What are we doing here?"
we stop infront of a mini gate that covers with a Vine plants. He cover my eyes using his hand that makes me feel so nervous.
"I want to show you something so I hope you will like it. Let's go inside
Minggi is making me tense.I'm really curious now. I want to remove his hand to see it right away but his hand is like a current because it gives electricity to my whole body everytime I hold his hand. Kyaaah I felt like i'm melting now.
"here we are. ."
I rub my eyes after he remove his hand and I was Jawdrop. The water of Lagoon glow with blue light .It is full of floating candles with different designs plus the giant tree beside it is covered with Fireflies. this Place is in kind of dark so I can Actually see the glow of the water anc fireflies and the lights of the floating candles.
"Woooow ." I gasped with amazement again. Oh my Gee! I want to cry now. It's really beautiful. It's my first time to see some amazing view like this. But I wonder how does the Lagoon glow with color blue light.

"I like- I mean I love it!!Thank you for taking men here. " I hug him because I am so thankful because ge tale me here. Star festival is really amazing . If Only I know that this festival is really amazing ,I should have gone here together with aunt and Shashie.
"M- Moo.."
"Yes?"
"I-I can't breathe. hehehe" I released him right away . OMO!I think I over hug him.It's embarassing you know!
"Mianhe. .hehehe" waaaah it's really embarassing! Ground eat me now ,as in now!
"It's okay . I'm glad you like it."
Minggi is so handsome tonight. My feels~
"But i'm more glad to see you smile again."
I stop from thinking stupid things and look at him. My heart beats fast again after I look directly into his eyes.
Why is it like this? Why do I feel so nervous? it's the same feeling when those day that I saw Baekhyun smile and while i'm with him.
why is that?
am I starting to like him?
it's not impossible because Minggi is the one who stayed by my side when the times I need someone.
I don't mind falling for him if he want me to..
"The star festival is about to start." he look up "So many stars. Even the sky wants to celebrate star festival by not giving rain tonight."
I didn't speak,I'm just looking at his sideview and observing him. I can't avoid to smile while looking at him.
he really changed a lot. It's hard to imagine that he was that kid who always visits our mini bakery before.
"Minggi Let's go!!" I grab his hand hyperly. I want to go on rides so I will going to take him there.
"Where are we going?"
"let's go to the festival together." I smile at him before I completely drag him out the beautiful Lagoon.

Yoona's P.O.V
This is so overstressing!I really want to pull Sehun's hair right now.
You know why?
it's because he used stupid shortcuts so the result , we are now lost.
"Sese! It's almost time for star festival! You will be dead if we can't make it!"
"i'm trying okay!"
it's already 7:30 pm and 30 minutes left before the night of the fireworks starts. I already told him not to use shortcuts but he is so hard headed plus he gave the rider to Baekhyun. If he's not just an idiot i'm sure we're already there.
"aha! I remember the shortcut."
"If that so then hurry!" I sigh with relief. I know we can make it. Central town you break my heart. Why are you far to the School?
"Oh damn." I heard Sese whispered.
"What's wrong Sehun? Why did we stop?" I asked with curiousity.
UH oh, I have a really bad feeling about this.
"Boo,the wheel of the car is flat."
"WHAAAAAT?!!!"
oh no it can't be!It can't be! I will not be able to see the fireworks amd the floating Lanterns. What about my wish?
uwaaaah This is so unfair! Baekhyun's stupid car just broke my heart . </3
"what's wrong Sese?"
he became so serious so suddenly while looking infront. "Boo,stay by my side no matter what happens."
what is this guy saying? I don't understand him. I look infront and I think I already got what he's trying to say.
I went closer to him when I saw one of those strange people walk towards our car while carrying a gun.
Gosh i'm already starting to get nervous and scared after they knock on the window. "Sese,don't open it." I warned him but because he's a hard headed one. He didn't listen and open it.
"Get out." the bad guy said.
I felt Sehun hold my hand.
God please guide and protect us. I have a feeling that something bad will happen. "Sese where are you go----"
"Just stay here . don't Come out okay?"
He said seriously before he step out and talk with those guys. They are so far from the car so I can't hear what are they talking about. They just punch Sese so suddenly after a short conversation so I force to step out the car even though he said thst I have to stay inside.
"Sehun!" what are they doing ?!Why are they hurting My Sese. I have to stop them.
"Boo!Runaway now. Warn Baekhyun and Geurim. They are planning to get them." he shouted while holding those three guys to stop them to go near me.
what the hell! What should I do now?I have to tell Baekhyun aout this but I can't leave Sese "Boo!What are you doing. Run now!I can't hold them like this forever."
"No!" I said almost crying. "I won't ever going to leave you."
"But you have to warn them!"
"Baekhyun can take care of it. I know he will protect Geurim no matter what." I smiled at him before I pick the wood
"We will beat them up together."
Sehun smiled.
He kick their head so I runaway towards them while shouting to hit this woods on them.I don't know what will going to happen but I know Everything will be alright .I know Baekhyun will protect Geurim.

Shashie's P.O.V
"Daehyun stop clinging on me!"
"No way. There's too many guys around ."
This guy is really annoying. He already forced me to go in the Star festival with him and now he's clinging on me like I will runaway if he let go of me. Aish!
If Kai oppa wasn't here I would not waste my time comming here since mama is not here anymore.
but Kai seems going out with that blonde girl already. I'm more beautiful than her anyway.
I thought he loves Geurim so why does he have to go out with that Blondina girl?
"Shashie, Hyoyeon and I will have a walk around for a while. Wait for the others here okay."
Blonde girl look at my way and smile. So frustrating!Why is she that cute when smiling? Arrgh i'm so bitter with her.
"Okay."
I took a deep sigh after they left. Tao and his girlfriend went on rides while Blaze oppa together with those three strange idiot girls.Even Mingyu oppa and Geurim is on the Lagoon watching the floating candle while dating. Now the only left here Is me with this another idiot in the bench while sitting.
I wonder where did Sehun oppa and Yoona unnie. I can't contact them.
"Yeey. Shashie and are alone now. So let's have a date too?"
"In your dreams."
I rolled my eyes on him. The hell I would date this guy. He's just like his brother.Both good at the beginning but a heartbreaker in the end.
"You're so mean Shashie.. I just want to enjoy this night with you."
"Sorry but I can't enjoy the night when I'm with you ."
Gosh!Where is Yoona unnie and Sehun oppa right now. I really want to get rid of this guy already
"Whatever Come on!"
"where are you taking me you weirdo?!"
"let's go to the lantern booth and buy one for later."
you know I don't have a plan to go with this guy but because he said he will going to buy lantern ,so why would I refuse? "Okay let's go."
Hihi !I really want to light a lantern and make wish just what i'm doing every year.
"Tsk. If I foundout earlier that this is the only way That I can make you agree to go with me. I should have done it earlier.

"What are you waiting for?let's go!" I drag him excitedly.
I should walk around for a while too while waiting for them. We'll be right back here if they arrive.

Baekhyun's P.O.V
Damn! Why do the times that I have to rush that's the time that i'm out of gasoline already? I should have just use my car.
Good thing there is a gasoline statiom near so I was able to reach the central town.
I have to find Geurim and tell her how I really feel. I have to tell her that she is the one that I really love. She is my life and won't let her lose to me again. I won't let Mingyu have her.
She's mine and always be mine.
This time I want to be selfish! I want to have her alone. I know I've been stupid all this time but i'm willing to correct all my mistakes.
I know she won't forgive me that easily after what I have done. I will do anything to make her forgive me
If I have to kneel down infront of her,I will do it . I will do everything for her.
I don't care what will father do but I can't lose her again.
What Yoona said made me realized that I have to fight for her. The day I left her is the most biggest mistake I ever did.
"Get out of my way!"
Damn this! too many people. I can't use this rider inside.
I decided to park the rider on tge parking lot and just use my feet to run.
"Sir where are you going ?Do you have a ticket?!"
what the hell!
"Shut the f*ck up! I don't have time for you. I can buy all your ticket. Just let me in!!!" I can't avoid to shout now. I don't care.if people are already eye on us. I have to go inside no matter what
"but sir.You can't go inside if you don't have a ticket."
"If I lose my girlfriend because of you.I will not let you reach the morning." I gave him the most scariest glare I have.
I think it was effective because he let me in so easily after that.
but that's not a joke .I will really going to do it if he didn't allow me to go inside.
"Geurim!Geurim! Where are you?" I shouted while running hoping that she will going to hear it. It's hard tp find her because of the people walking around.
"Baekhyun."
Tao is here. Good thing I can ask someone who knows her
"Tao. Have you seen Geurim?"
"yeah. She was with Mingyu. I saw them on the way to the rides a while ago."
"Thank you
I run rightaway. I don't have time to talk with him right now. I have to find the Bee of my life first.
"The star festival begins in 3-2-1!!!" All the people shouted.
What the heck! The fireworks is already starting.
"Geurim!Where are you?" Damn this people! I can't find her because of them.
another fireworks. That's the second and only 10 firewoks left. Damn!Damn!Damn!

Geurim's P.O.V
"Wow!" I gasped with amazement again while filming the fireworks . I am now here inside the Ferris wheel together with Mingyu.
This is my first time to see a heartshape fireworks. Where inside the ferris wheel so we can see it clearly.
all I can say is WoW.
"Sorry Moo. " Minggi suddenly apologize with no reasons.
"Why are you saying Sorry?"
"You should be here with Baekhyun and not me." he smile but his eyesis sad.
"It's okay Minggi. We're already done. You're the one who's here so don't mind the person who is not around." I stroke his cheeks using my hands. "you don't need to say sorry. I want you to be here with me anyway."
"Moo close your eyes."
"okay."
I close my just like what she said. I have a feeling that he will going to kiss.
OH MY Gee! Will he do it?
I open my eyes surprisingly when I felt that he kissed my forehead. That's not what I expected though
Haha.
"Moo ,You know how much I love you but I have to give you up because I know he is the one that can make you happy." The door of the cart open after we reach the ground. He step out first but I before I was able to follow him ,he said something that made me curios before he dissapear.
" Someone will come here for you. Wait for him okay ? Bye Moo. See you again next time. "
that's what he said before he completely dissapeared.
I am now walking all alone while watching the 9th fireworks. 2 more left and the star festival will begins.
I wonder who is that person that Minggi was talking about.
"Geurim!Geurim! Where are you?"
What the...I'm already trying to forget him but why I can still hear his voice?I'm having delusion again.
"Geurim!come on! Where are you! "
it's not a delusion. It's really his voice.
"Baekhyun?" I don't know if it was him but I saw him on not so faraway view. And I confirmed that it was him after I saw the face that I haven't seen for a long time.
it's him!
