Maia's POV
I ran out of there, I'm not exactly sure where I'm going but I had to get out there. I ran to the bathroom and locked the door.
I looked at myself in mirror and gasped. My makeup was running. I sat on the floor and thought to myself. I ran my fingers through my hair and thought. Maybe I should tell, Maybe you shouldn't you'll ruin a marriage by bringing your mom back into your life, But-, No buts Maia! Go back out to the party and keep quiet you won't regret it, Thanks conscience!
I pulled my hand out of my hair and tried to clean my makeup up, I then noticed that my flower crown had vanished. I looked down at the floor making sure it didn't fall out when I was talking to myself?
Oh god, please don't tell my I dropped while I was running. Crap!
I finished cleaning up my makeup and walked back to the Party. Everyone was still the same as I left them. I say down and everyone stopped talking and looked at me.
"Where did you go?" Laura asked taking a bite of cake.
"The bathroom..." I lied
She nodded and took another bite. I smiled falsely and stuck my fork in cake, thinking about the clue I left Raini. I sighed and bit a piece of my cake.
"Did you guys pack to leave tomorrow?" Dad asked breaking the silence
I nodded sadly at the thought of being a popular again. I know some pet would kill to be me but being me isn't always the unicorn island peope think it seems.
I glanced at Laura who had the same look on her face as I did. I know how my little sister feels about being popular. If you hadn't noticed we all have our secrets and Laura, well she's a genius. I can't relate to her but i know i feels to have secret you know you'll get judged for.

Riker's POV
I walked out of the airport gates and the hot air instantly hit my face. Home sweet home, NOT! I don't wanna come back! Vanessa and I had our first legit moments in the Bahamas. I feel like I'm never gonna be able to experience that again. Be I should just-
"Riker? Riker!" Vanessa yelled snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Uh, yeah?" I said looking at her.
"The limos here you've been standing there for 10 minutes" she said chuckling
I brushed my hair out my face, turning red in embarrassment. She rolled her eyes playfully continued walking. I followed her to the limo.
Maybe I'm being a baby. Maybe we'll be just fine. I put my luggage in the trunk while the girls put theirs in the huge truck.
I shut the trunk and got in the limo.

I got out the the limo and looked up at the gigantic mansion that stood before us. I dragged my suitcase behind me as I walked towards to give huge house.
I walked inside and instantly started looking around. Home sweet home. I dropped my luggage on the floor and walked to the staircase.
"Did you know this is were it all started?" I asked all of them.
"Whatcha talking about Blondie? Or should I say brownie" Laura smirked knowing that I bleach my hair.
"Exactly, what you just did, out frenemship started right here." I said
They stared at me with blank faces. I rolled my eyes and continued to speak.
"Vanessa's 9th birthday party, we were all standing here when I accidentally spilled punch on Vanessa and then Laura gave me a wet willy, Ross poured his drink on Laura's head, Ratliff stamped on Ross's foot. Rydel scratched Ratliff across the face, Maia threw her water bottle at Rydel and Rocky accidentally clonked Maia upside the head and Vanessa just tackled all of us and started a huge fight, which left some scars." I looking at the almost invisible punch stain on the floor.
"Tell me about it!" Laura said parting her hair can see a huge red bruise.
"Here, sorry about that" Rocky scratched the back of his head.
"It shall go down in history as the worst first impression ever!" Vanessa chuckled. We all joined in on the laughter
"What are all you giggling about? You should be unpacking, go on" Stormie said shooing us away from the staircase.
We ran up to our rooms and left drifted away from eachother walking towards our rooms. I opened my door and looked around at my room. I sighed and laid on my bed. I grabbed my phones and called all my friends on the group chat

I turned off my group chat and sighed heavily. He looked at the door way to see Vanessa standing g there with a frown on her face.
"Why did you defend us?" Vanessa asked walking in my room
"I couldn't just let them insult you like that, your my sister now." I replied
"Yeah," she said sitting on my bed "bit you might not have any friends if you keep doing that."
"In a big family like ours, family always comes first" I smiled at her
"Aw, Riker" she said hugging me, I didn't even hesitate to hug her back.
She pulled always and looked at me. Our faces were inches apart. She instantly snapped out of it and leaned back. She ran her hand through he hair and stood up
"Well, I gotta go help Luna and Ryland pack, is wrong I secretly ship them?" She chuckled.
"Not at all, I do too" I smiled
"Um..see ya" she said walking out of my room. She waved and left.
I sighed and started unpacking my things. Maybe things will be different but not on a bad way. More like and illegal way (AN: If you didn't know its illegal to date your step sibling that's what makes this story fun)
Maia's POV
I walked up and down my bedroom thinking about Raini and mom. Why would they know eachother? Whats going on? Did mom send her to spy on us? I looked at my laptop and smirked. I typed in Raini's name and googled her. Hey, if it worked for Laura it can work for me. I read through her facebook. Just quotes about karma and all that junk. I came across a post that made me very suspicious
'Today's The Day, I Get Everything Back' I raised my eyebrow and clicked on the next post 'It Really Sucks When People Ruin Your Plans Doesn't It' and tagged with the post was a picture of MY flower crown. I shut my laptop and stood up and covered my face with my hands
"Merda" I muttered in Italian
"Maia you busy?" Rocky asked walking to my room
"Knock much?" I folded my arms
He put his hands up in defense and walked back to the door and way and sarcastically knocked.
"What do you want?" I asked him
"We were gonna go and get some lattes from starbucks with our friends. Wanna come, you'd be the only Marano present though" Rocky said brushing the bag of his head
"Wow, sure I'd love to hang with you ALONE with you whom i have nothing in common with, nice idea Rocky." I said being sarcastic and rolling my eyes.
"I'd be fun!" He tried to persuade me
"Dude, be serious, what if one of my friends saw me? I'd be a social outcast. I know being seen with cliques is okay now. But if they see me HANGOUT with you guys, they'll asked question which i don't have the answer to, so nah." I said making my very logical excuse.
"Um..okay, I thought you'd wanna come see Jurassic World with me and then after get some ice-cream. I guess I'll go asked Vanessa." He said walking away slowly.
"WAIT! What time does it start?" I asked him
"25 minutes" He smirked
" I'll take 10, I'll meet you down stairs"
"Agreed" He smiled walking away
I got a text from someone i instantly read it.

I rolled my eyes and put down my phone
"We live together smartie pants.." Laura said standing in the door way
"GET OUT!" I yelled at her
She chuckled and left. Remind me to to mentally scar her one of these days. I walked to my closet and looked for something to wear. I grabbed something random and threw it on. I fixed my make up and did my hair
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. Flawless. (AN: AFTER I SAY THIS DO NOT JUDGE ME MY SISTER AND OUR BESTFRIEND MADDUX (He's homo) HAS MADE ME HELP HER/HIM PICK OUT OUTFITS! JUDGE ME IF YOU MUST XD)
I wore a ying yang crop top with my black jeans with my black and white Nike sneaker wedges. I wore my ying yang watch with my black beanie, My make up was a basic Kylie Jenner make up, with my brownish, peachish I shadow with my black winged liner and my lips wear a basic brownish peashish color as well.
I walked out of my room and was instantly ambushed by little sister standing in my way and smirking.
"Isn't that my Ying Yang crop top? AND My make up! You only borrow my stuff when your trying to impress. Who you trying to impress Maia?"
"Bye Laura!" I walked away.
"Remember what I told you!" She called after me. I rolled my eyes and walked down the stairs.
"Ready to go? Ms. Ying Yang?" He smirked
"Yep!" I said walking to the door and leaving with Rocky.
I glanced back up seeing Laura looking down on me form the roof. Yes, we can go on the roof, and easy way to commit suicide when your siblings annoy the crap out of you. She waved at me and smiled. I rolled my eyes and threw Rocky the keys to my mustang.
'AWWW You made him drive' Laura mouthed to me
'I hope you fall!' I mouthed back to her
She chuckled and climbed back in the window.
I got in the car took a deep breath. Lets do this.

We were somewhere on the highway when we came to a stop. Something was in the road and it was big. Rocky and I got out the car and walked towards it. Rocky instantly jumped back. I looked at him like he's crazy I looked down at the thing and almost screamed. I covered my mouth and looked at a completely dead body. I have no idea what of. But it was dead.
I looked down at it a bit closer and noticed something in graved on the groud. 'See what I did to this bear? Keep your mouth shut and wont happen to you.' I slowly raised myself to normal height and looked back at Rocky
"Just a bear. Lets go" I said nonchalantly
I must have looked really spooked because Rocky looked at me from head to toe and raised his eyebrows.
"Maybe we should go home Maia your shivering its not even cold outside we should go home" Rocky said trying to persuade me to come
"No, Jurassic World waits for no one! Lets go" I said trying to sound peppy
"Okay, lets go" Rocky said walking back to car
I looked back at the the in graving on the floor and ran back to the car. I guess I'm going on a PLL trip. Ya know how they say if you eat so much of something you'll turn into 1. I think this the same situation.
