Exhausted and in need of a little time to yourselves, you and Eisuke decide to take some time out and go on a date. However, someone would have to watch over the little ones, Hikari and Kioshi. The seven year old twins had never been away from both of their parents before so this would be their first time.
Standing before the elevator in the penthouse lounge, you and Eisuke say a few last words to the twins before heading out.
You knelt down, "Be good now." and hugged Kioshi. "But... I want to come with you, mummy." He whimpered, tears in his eyes. While next to him, Hikari was clinging to her father.
"Don't go! What will I do without you?" She looked up at Eisuke, giving him the puppy dog eyes.
Sighing, Eisuke softly smiled and leaned over, ruffling her hair, "You will be fine because you are daddy's girl. We will be back tonight. So be strong for me, okay?" Seeing Hikari nod, Eisuke gave her a quick hug before standing up. Hikari still looked deflated but she tried to be strong for her father.
Eisuke then focused his gaze on those in the room, "Make sure you keep an eye on them at all times. I don't want anything happening to them while we are away. Is that clear?" He stated in a clear, firm voice.
Everyone in the room sighed in resignation, their shoulders slumped.
"Since when did we become babysitters?" Ota whined. While next to him was Soryu looking disgruntled, "I don't get paid enough for this."
"Ya don't get paid at all." Mamoru chimed in. However, Baba was just smiling despite everyone else's frustration, "Don't worry, nothing will happen to them. You two go enjoy your date. Your kids are in safe hands." The smile on his face growing as he chased you and Eisuke to the elevator.
Once in the elevator, you looked at your kids one last time before the doors closed, "I hope they will be okay..." You turned your gaze to the floor when you felt something warm grab your hand. You looked up besides you to see Eisuke smiling at you warmly.
"They will be fine. If anything it is the guys we should be worried about." A devilish smile flashed across his lips as he thought about the trouble the bidders might go through watching over the twins.
You relaxed into a smile yourself imagining it, "Hehe, yeah, you might be right. I hope they are still in one piece by the time we return."
And with that, the two of you set out on your date.

Back in the penthouse, Ota stared at the twins, "So now what?" He asked, looking between the other bidders. Mamoru shrugged and looked ready to fall asleep, while Soryu had engaged in a staring match with Hikari.
Noticing the intense stares, Baba started to laugh, "You two look like a couple of clowns." But Soryu didn't even flinch at his words as he kept staring down Hikari until she finally gave in.
"Awww man..." Hikari looked totally bummed out to have lost while Soryu stood up with a victorious smile, "I never lose in a staring match." He proudly boasted. "Yeah because your face is so scary that it gives them nightmares." Ota chuckled.
Soryu turned to him with a deathly glare, "What did you say?" Pulling a gun out of his jacket.
Seeing the gun, Ota's face went pale, "Whoa! Put the gun away!" Shaking his head, he waved his hands wildly in front as he slowly stepped backwards. But then Mamoru interjected, "Put the gun down, did ya forget we have the little ones to look after?" He said in a slightly serious tone.
Remembering about the twins, Soryu quickly put his gun away and looked towards where they were moments earlier, "They are gone?!" Everyone in the room gasped, the color draining from their faces. They were so caught up in their own business they completely forgot about Hikari and Kioshi.
Jumping into action, Soryu quickly ordered everyone in the room, "Everyone spread out, we have to hurry and find them!"
Ota felt chills run down his spine as he remembered the look Eisuke gave him before leaving, "He will kill us if we don't. If they even have one scratch..." He gulped.
Everyone immediately bolted in all direction in search of the twins. They knew they had to be somewhere in the penthouse, but where... Ota scoured the penthouse lounge while the rest all went up to check the rooms.
However, it turned out they didn't go far at all, in fact they were still in the penthouse lounge. It wasn't until Ota heard the sound of laughing that he pinpointed their location.
"Found them!" He called out, looking under one of the tables that the twins secretly hid away under. The bidders all returned to the room relieved to have found them. While Hikari and Kioshi were disappointed to be found out so soon.
"I'm bored..." Hikari whined. "Me too..." Kioshi added, starting to tear up. The bidders were at a loss on how to entertain them.
"You take care of them. I have had enough." Mamoru shrugged them off and went to lay down on the couch.
Watching him go, Ota's eyes widened, "Huh." He started to panic seeing that they had one less person helping, "You can't sleep now!" He yelled but Mamoru didn't budge.
Seeing the look on Ota's face, Baba started to laugh, "Nothing we can do when he wants to sleep." Then he turned to the clock on the wall, "Hmm, It's lunch time."
"I'm not hungry!" Hikari shook her head, looking rather stubborn with her nose upturned. While her brother's eyes lit up at the mention of food, "I want something to eat."
Baba left to make something to eat while leaving Soryu and Ota to watch over the twins.
Hikari, still being a little rebel, sat on the floor with her arms folded, refusing to listen to them.
"How about we get creative and draw some pictures?" Ota suggested. Hikari looked up at him with pursed lips and a mean stare, "I don't want too." She said and then turned the other way.
Sighing, Ota's shoulders slumped, "Ouch... Why did Eisuke and ___ have to have twins... It's just double the trouble."
"More trouble than it's worth if you ask me." Soryu responded, a little smirk on his face after seeing Ota be turned down from Hikari.
While they weren't watching, Hikari had stood up from where she sat and wandered over to where Mamoru was currently sleeping. Interested in what his sister was doing, Kioshi joined her. The pair of them stared at the sleeping man with mischievous grins.
"Mmm..." The pair started to poke him in various places but he continued to sleep. While Soryu and Ota looked around for them, when they spotted the pair near Mamoru they decided to just watch and see what happens.
Seeing as their light pokes weren't having much effect as they were only getting very minor movement out of him, they decided to bring it up a notch. Kioshi slowly got up onto the couch from behind along with his sister and in the next moment the both of them thrusted their bodies down on him in full force, all the while Soryu and Ota watched with amused looks.
"Oooof!" In a flash, Mamoru was wide awake and clutching onto his stomach after the twins had impacted on him, "What are ya doing?!" Mamoru winced in pain and then looked to Soryu and Ota whom couldn't hold back their laughter, and his brows started to furrow, "Why didn't you stop them?" He didn't sound happy.
"It's not our fault you decided to sleep now." Ota responded through his laughter.
Now fully awake, Mamoru pursed his lips while shaking his head and stood up from the couch; still rubbing his sore tummy.
"Food!" Kioshi called out excitedly when he saw Baba finally return with food in his hands. Baba smiled and instructed the pair to sit at the table but Hikari refused, "I don't want too. I only listen to my daddy." she folded her arms, being unruly. But in the next moment, Soryu had picked her up and held her under his arm.
"Let me go!" She screamed and kicked her legs but Soryu didn't let her go until he placed her on the seat at the table. Baba placed the food in front of her and her brother but she still refused to eat.
"I'm not hungry. I only eat what my daddy or mummy cooks me." She scrunched up her face and turned away but in the next moment a 'rumble' sound echoed in the room, "Oh..." Hikari jumped when she realized it was her stomach, a tiny blush spreading over her cheeks.
Everyone in the room started to laugh.
"She is definitely Eisuke's child." Soryu chuckled. Smiling Baba spoke, "Now go and eat."
Deciding it was futile to resist any longer, Hikari gave into her stomach and ate her meal. Once they had full bellies they were bored once again.
Looking at the twins, Ota spoke, "What do you propose we do to entertain them?" He looked mentally exhausted. Soryu shrugged, "I don't know. I have never had to entertain children before." While Mamoru looked disinterested, "Beats me, taking care of kids is tiring work. I'm not suited for this..." He sighed, images of a nice warm bed floating through his mind, wishing he could sleep on it.
As they debated on what to do, Kioshi had tottered over to Soryu and clutched his leg with tears in his eyes, "When will Mummy be home? I miss my Mummy..." Soryu's eyes widened seeing the little child on his leg, he looked completely helpless on what to do, "They will be back in a few more hours." Soryu responded, hoping it would calm him down.
"Really? I'll wait then." He visibly brightened up at that and Soryu looked relieved.
Smiling, Baba spoke, "How about we play some cards?" He pulled out a deck of cards. Hikari looked at him with disinterest, "No thanks. I am not interested in cards." She turned away. At that Baba cracked just a little, still keeping his smile he walked up to Hikari, "Hey, don't touch me!" She squealed with irritation. Baba had grabbed her arm and forced her to sit,"We are going to play cards now. C'mon everyone gather round." Everyone did as he said and they formed a circle on the floor.
Hikari didn't look too happy about being forced but she went along with it.
By the end, they were all smiling and laughing and Hikari's mood seemed to have improved drastically, "Maybe you all aren't so bad after all." She smiled, "It was fun beating you guys."
Everyone leant back with tiny smiles on their faces, exhaustion washing over them.
"Wow I am tired." Ota said with a slight chuckle.
"I have been tired from the start..." Mamoru yawned.
"Watching kids is harder work than being boss over the mafia..." Soryu sighed in exasperation. While Baba grinned, "I think they are cute." As he said that both Kioshi and Hikari had stood up and jumped on him, "Whoa!" He was surprised by the sudden attack and fell backwards on his back. The twins both hopped on top of him, laughing.
"Hey, guys...A little help here...!" Baba couldn't avoid the onslaught of the twins as the engaged a full out attack on him via tickles and pokes.
The others just looked on with amusement.
"You'll be fine." Soryu responded. Ota chuckled, and added, "Yeah. After all, you thought they were cute."
"Deal with them yourself." Mamoru gave him the cold shoulder and returned to the couch from earlier.
After that the twins gradually slowed down as they became tired after using up much of their energy and the bidders.
Later that night when you and Eisuke finally returned, you both were surprised to find the twins passed out on the floor amongst the other bidders whom were also sleeping soundly.
"How cute." You smiled.
Eisuke smirked knowingly, "We will be hearing about this tomorrow." He turned towards you, "Our kids sure are something to wear out those guys."
Grinning, you rested your head on his shoulder, "That's why we needed a break after all. I truly love our children but getting to spend time alone with you is a very precious moment for me." You spoke quietly, after having the twins you hardly got to spend time alone and this being your first moment in a long time it was indeed very special to you.
Eisuke nodded, "I feel the same. You all are very dear to me but the time I spend alone with you is the most precious time in the world."
