Author's Pov
After getting Ishika's call, all of Isharth's family rushed to the hospital. Their hearts filled with hope and eyes with unshed tears.
In the hospital.
Ishika was surprised to see both the families standing there with tears in their eyes. A few tears left her eyes as well. While everyone was in the room, her eyes were looking for someone specific. Everyone blessed her and asked her to take care.
Karthik went to her and hugged her.
"I hate you bhabhi, how could you do this to me? If you had fought with bhai, so should have told me. I would have punched him. Why did you leave the house in anger?" The family was awed at the bond these two shared.
"I am sorry. I promise next time I'll call you." Ishika said with a cute pouty face, melting everyone's heart.
"I'll warn him that there better be no next time," Karthik said with fake sternness.
"Achha Karthik, you will defeat bhai? Remember he is trained in martial arts and karate.?" Radhika mocked Karthik. Everyone laughed, lightening the gloomy atmosphere.
"Don't worry bhabhi, I'll also train for you," he told to Ishika.
One by one everybody vacated the room except for Samrat.
"Bhaii" Ishika said with puppy eyes knowing very well her brother would be angry at her.
"Ishiki, Baat mat kar mujhse. Jaan sukh gyi thi hum sab ki in teen din mi." Samrat admonished her.
"Sorry na bhai, maine jaan kar thori na kara yeh sab. Aapko pata hai mere hath mi kitna pain ho raha hai." She said innocently.
"Jyada dard ho raha hai kya? Let me call the doctor," he said little panicked. All his anger vanished listening to her pain.
"Nothing your Jaadu ki Jappi can't heal," Ishika said grinning and stretching her uninjured arm. Samrat quickly when to her side and tightly hugged her with tears in his eyes.
"Wese jisko tumhari aankhe doondh rahi thi, woh bahar hi hai." Samrat said while sitting on the stool near her bed.
"Achha Inaya bhahar hi hai. I was really missing my baby."
"Achha bhai se hoshiyari. I don't know ki tumhare aur Sidd ke beech mi kya baat hui. But I'll suggest you both to talk things out. In teen din mi sabse jayada disturbed wo hi tha. Always remember Ishki Business ho ya relationship, communication is the key for success and growth. Siddharth is blaming himself for your fight, that's he was reluctant to come inside with others. I'll send him in now. And always remember Ishki if things ever go south, remember I am always on your side."
"I love you Bhai." she said to Samrat. He kissed her forehead before leaving the room. Conveying all different emotions in that peck.
He left the room and found Siddharth standing on the side, quietly wiping his tears. Samrat went to him and put his hand on Siddharth's shoulder.
"Bhai, how is she?" Sidd asked him.
"Go and see for yourself, Siddharth. See needs you the most." Samrat said to him.
"No bhai, why would she need me? I am responsible for her sufferings and pain." Siddharth said blaming himself.
"Shut up Siddharth. Stop blaming yourself. You guys need to sit and calmly talk to each other, keep your point of view and clear the air before things go haywire. Both of you are suffering in silence and hurting each other even more. Bachho jesi harkate hai dono ki." Samrat said exasperated by their behaviour.
Shocked by Samrat's outburst, Siddharth nodded his head and went to Ishika's room.
