'Depression is being color blind and constantly told how colorful the world is!'

.....

As Taehyung and Jimin pulled into the college parking lot, their eyes widened in surprise at the sight that greeted them – Jungkook and Eunwoo, seemingly engrossed in a lively conversation as they entered the college together. The unexpected scene sparked a mixture of emotions in Taehyung – surprise, concern, and an underlying fury.

He turned to Jimin, his voice edged with frustration. "Jimin, do you see that? What's Jungkook doing with Eunwoo? He's the college pin-up , and you know how he is."

Jimin nodded in agreement, his gaze focused on the unfolding scene. "Yeah, I noticed. Eunwoo is a total jerk, and we know what he's capable of. We should talk to Jungkook, make sure he knows what he might be getting into."

Taehyung clenched his fists, a mix of protectiveness and frustration surging within him. "Let's go talk to them. Jungkook needs to know what kind of person Eunwoo is. He might be playing with Jungkook's feelings."

As they approached, Jimin couldn't resist teasing Taehyung. "Tae, you seem more bothered by this than just a friend's concern. Are you sure there's not something else going on?"

Taehyung's cheeks flushed, a defensive retort on the tip of his tongue, but he chose to ignore Jimin's comment. "Let's just talk to Jungkook. We need to make sure he's not being fooled by Eunwoo's charm."

Jimin chuckled knowingly, recognizing the unspoken feelings Taehyung harbored for Jungkook. Nevertheless, they both shared a determination to protect their friend from potential heartbreak.

Approaching Jungkook and Eunwoo, Taehyung took a deep breath to calm the storm of emotions within him. "Hey, Jungkook, can we talk for a moment?"

Jungkook turned, a bright smile lighting up his face. "Oh, hey hyung. Umm yup we can."

Taehyung glanced at Eunwoo, his eyes narrowing slightly, before shifting his focus back to Jungkook. "Can we talk in private for a bit?"
This made Eunwoo smirk.

Jungkook's brow furrowed in confusion, but he nodded. "Sure, let's go over there." They moved to a quieter corner of the campus, away from prying eyes.

Jimin, casting a wary glance at Eunwoo, decided to follow them. Taehyung took a moment to collect his thoughts before addressing Jungkook. "Jungkook, I just wanted to tell you to be careful around Eunwoo. He's not what he seems, and I don't want you to get hurt."

Jungkook's expression shifted from confusion to concern. "What do you mean, Tae hyung? Eunwoo has been really nice to me."

Taehyung struggled to find the right words, torn between revealing his own feelings and protecting Jungkook. "Look, Eunwoo is the college heartthrob, and he's known for... not being the most genuine person. I just don't want to see you get hurt, okay?"

Jimin interjected, trying to ease the tension. "Yeah, Kook, Tae is just looking out for you. We care about you, and we don't want to see you getting involved with someone who might not have the best intentions."

Jungkook's gaze shifted between Taehyung and Jimin, a mixture of confusion and gratitude in his eyes. "Thanks, hyungs. But Eunwoo has been really nice to me. I appreciate your concern, but I think I can handle it." By saying this , he moved back to where Eunwoo was.

As they parted ways, Taehyung couldn't shake the unease that settled in his chest. He felt torn between revealing his true feelings for Jungkook and protecting him from potential heartbreak. Jimin sensed Taehyung's internal struggle but chose to keep his friend's emotions a secret for the time being.

Taehyung couldn't shake the image of Jungkook and Eunwoo together. His protective instincts clashed with the realization that his feelings for Jungkook ran deeper than he had acknowledged. The unspoken truth lingered in the air, hidden beneath layers of friendship and the complexities of unrequited emotions. He still didn't get why he's getting this much involved with the younger.
The only motive is to protect the younger but why he feels jealous whenever the younger is someone which is not him.

As Jungkook continued his interactions with Eunwoo, Taehyung and Jimin observed from a distance, their concern grew with each passing day. The secrecy surrounding Taehyung's true feelings became a heavy burden, adding another layer of complexity to the delicate dance of emotions unfolding within the close-knit group of friends.

In the shadows of unspoken desires and unacknowledged feelings, the dynamics between Taehyung, Jungkook, and Eunwoo became a tapestry woven with threads of friendship, concern, and the silent yearning that lingered just beneath the surface. The chapters of their college journey unfolded, each moment carrying the weight of unexplored emotions and the inevitable collision of tangled hearts.

...

The days at the college unfolded in a haze of uncertainty for Jungkook. The whispers of caution from his friends, the concerned glances, and the heated conversations with Taehyung weighed on his mind. Yet, the magnetic pull of Eunwoo's charm, the laughter they shared, and the warmth of their growing connection blurred the lines of reason for Jungkook.

One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon and cast a warm glow across the city, Taehyung stormed into Jungkook's room, his eyes ablaze with frustration. "Jungkook, we need to talk."

Jungkook, sensing the tension, looked up from his books. "What's wrong, Tae hyung?"

Taehyung took a deep breath, his voice edged with urgency. "You need to stay away from Eunwoo, Jungkook. He's not the guy you think he is. I don't want to see you get hurt."

Jungkook, his patience waning, retorted, "Hyung, I appreciate your concern, but you and Jimin hyung have been telling me the same thing for days. I can handle myself, and Eunwoo has been nothing but nice to me. We..we are Just friends, there is nothing going on between us. Why are guys not understanding this shit."

Taehyung's frustration boiled over, his tone sharp. "Jungkook, you're not seeing the bigger picture. Eunwoo has a reputation for playing with people's feelings. You're setting yourself up for heartbreak."

Jungkook, feeling defensive, shot back, "Why does everyone think they can control my life? I know what I'm doing, Tae hyung. If I get hurt, it's my problem, not yours or anyone else's."

The room filled with tension as the verbal exchange escalated into a heated confrontation. Jungkook's emotions, a mix of defiance and confusion, clashed with Taehyung's protective instincts. The air crackled with unspoken words and the weight of unexplored emotions.

Taehyung, his fury reaching a peak, took a step forward. "Jungkook, I care about you, okay? I don't want to see you make a mistake you'll regret."

Jungkook, refusing to back down, shot back, "I don't need your protection, Taehyung. I can make my own choices, and I'm choosing to be friends with Eunwoo."

The verbal sparring continued, each word a testament to the brewing storm of emotions within them. In the midst of the clash, the unspoken truth lingered – Taehyung's feelings for Jungkook, a complex undercurrent that added an extra layer of tension to the heated exchange.

As the argument reached its zenith, Taehyung, realizing the futility of the situation, took a step back. "Fine, Jungkook. Do what you want. But remember, if things go south, I'll be here for you."

Jungkook, feeling a mix of frustration and defiance, crossed his arms. " Ohh God!!! I don't need anyone to be there for me, not even you, why can't you get this through your head. I can handle my own life."

And with that, Taehyung left the room, the door closing behind him with a resounding thud. The weight of the confrontation lingered in the air as Jungkook sat alone, a whirlwind of conflicting emotions churning within him.

In the aftermath of the heated exchange, Taehyung found himself sitting in a quiet park, the city lights casting a soft glow on the surroundings. The cool breeze offered a momentary respite as he grappled with the frustration of not being able to protect Jungkook from what seemed like an inevitable heartbreak.

Jimin, sensing Taehyung's turmoil, joined him in the park, sitting in silence for a while. Eventually, breaking the silence, Jimin asked, "Tae, what's going on? Why are you being so protective of Jungkook?"

Taehyung sighed, his gaze fixed on the distant city lights. "It's just... he won't be able to cope up with a heart break. Jungkook is a sensitive person. I.. I know it."

After sometime he spoke again,"His grandmother, my..my bestie used to  tell me about how he used to lock himself in his room whenever he was upset, crying himself to sleep. I..I  don't just feel pity for him; I want to protect him, shield him from all the harsh realities he's be..been through."

Jimin nodded in understanding, the gravity of Taehyung's feelings sinking in. "Tae, it's okay to care about Jungkook. But you have to realize you can't control his choices. People make mistakes, and sometimes they have to learn from them."

Taehyung ran a hand through his hair, frustration evident in his voice. "I know, Jimin. It's just hard to watch him willingly walk into something that might hurt him. I want to be there for him, but he won't let me."

Jimin placed a comforting hand on Taehyung's shoulder. "You've done what you can, Tae. Let him make his own choices. Just be there for him when he needs you. And who knows, maybe Eunwoo is not as bad as we think."

As they sat together in the quiet park, the complexities of emotions, unspoken desires, and the difficulties of friendship formed a collection of memories that would continue to unfold in the chapters of their college journey. The night embraced them with its calm stillness, offering a temporary postponement from the loud emotions that echoed within the hearts of friends navigating the delicate dance of friendship and unspoken feelings.
