December 31st
There was a New Year's Eve party at the Parkinson's and me Draco and narcissa had been invited.
The attire was formal so I was wearing a floor length black dress with long sleeves and a slit down the side.
Draco had on an all back suit which he looked amazing in.
And narcissa was wearing a long black dress as well.
We arrived at the Parkinson's just after 7pm and we're greeted by Penelope and Richard Parkinson.
We were the first there.
Penelope brought us into the party room where pansy and her younger sister violet were filling champagne glasses.
"Hi pans" I said and her eyes lit up
She ran over wrapping her arms round my waist and pulling me in for a tight hug.
I winced slightly as my hip was still a little sore from my father.
"How was your Christmas?" She asked
"It was fine how about yours?" I asked
"Yeah it was good" she replied
The doorbell rang again and Penelope left to answer it.
Pansys little sister came up to me.
"Hi y/n!" She said with a smile
"Hi violet! Did you have a nice Christmas?" I asked her
"Yeah I got lots of presents!" She exclaimed
She was only 8 and very sweet.
Penelope Parkinson came back in followed by the nott's and zabini's.
I saw Theo walk in and rushed to see him.
He hugged me but it wasn't as tight as pansys so it didn't hurt.
"How's my favourite lady?" He asked
"Alright I guess" I replied
"What's up?" He asked
"My father the arsehole" I replied
"I'm sorry" he said
"It's not your fault Theo" I said
"I know but that doesn't mean I like knowing it's happened" he replied
I gave him a soft smile and we made our way to Draco, pansy and blaise.
Blaise was busy talking about his family's trip to Spain.
Draco wrapped his arm round me and kissed my cheek.
"Um did we miss something?" Pansy asked noticing
"Oh right we're back together" i replied unable to hide my smile.
"Really! That's amazing!" Pansy squealed
"Thanks pans" I replied.
The greengrasses were the next to arrive and daphne and Astoria came straight over to us.
"Astoria can we talk?" Draco asked her and she nodded
The two of them left the room.
I knew he was going to talk to her about getting back with me.
I didn't know how she would take it as I knew she liked him even if Draco didn't see it.
The averys and yaxleys were the last to arrive.
Alina joined the rest of us and Leo and his sister Amelia went over to violet and nia zabini.
Draco and Astoria returned and I could see by the look on Astorias face she wasn't happy.
The Parkinson's turned on the music and their elves came round with drinks and canapés.
The adults mingled at one side of the room whilst we all hung out on the other side.
We all decided to play never have I ever.
We sat down on the chairs and pansy started it off.
"Never have I ever kissed someone" she said
Everyone sitting here put a finger down.
"I've got one, never have I ever gotten drunk" theo said
Me, Draco, pansy, Blaise and Theo put a finger down.
"Never have I ever had a one night stand" Blaise said
Me, Theo and daphne put a finger down.
"Never have I ever gotten into a fist fight" daphne said
Me, Theo, Astoria and pansy put a finger down
"I only have 1 finger down someone do one that I've done!" Alina exclaimed
"Fine, Never have I ever cut my own hair and think it looks ok!" I said
Alina put a finger down
"It genuinely looked ok In the mirror!" She insisted
"Keep telling yourself that" pansy laughed
We played a few more rounds before pansy suggested we play beer pong.
Blaise and Theo set up the cups whilst pansy snuck fire whiskey from the wine cellar.
She poured some into each cup and 'accioed' a ping pong ball.
We split into two teams me, Theo, Alina and Astoria vs Draco, pansy, Blaise and daphne.
Draco and Theo did rock paper scissors to see who went first.
Theo won and he bounced the ball down the table, it didn't go in.
"Rubbish!" Blaise called out
It was Dracos turn now, he got the ball in and Theo drank the contents.
I went next and got it in, pansy drank.
Next was pansys go and she didn't get it in.
Alina went next getting it in, daphne drank.
Daphne went next not getting it in.
Astoria tried and failed.
Draco got it in again and Theo made me drink the cup.
I went next getting the ball in again making Draco drink.
We continued going until it was 5-5 the next point wins and it was my go.
Pansy and blaise were chanting 'miss! Miss! Miss!"
I bounced the ball and got it in.
My team won.
Our team cheered whilst the others 'booed'
"1 minute till new year!" Evelyn zabini called out
Everyone joined together in the centre of the room to count down
"3, 2, 1 happy new year!" We all yelled and a confetti cannon went off.
We all stayed to chat for about an hour longer before it was time for the younger ones to go to bed.
"Il see you tomorrow yeah?" I said to Theo
"Absolutely" he said hugging me again
"Bye pans, Alina!" I called out
"Bye!" They called back
Draco narcissa and I stood outside and apparated back to the manor.
"I better get to bed, it's late you two should do the same" Narcissa advised
"Alright night mother" Draco replied
"Night cissy!" I said
"Goodnight!" She said walking up the stairs.
"Well that was a nice night" I said as me and Draco headed to the kitchen
"Best in a long time" he agreed pouring us both a glass of water.
"Let's get up to bed" he said handing me my glass and wrapping an arm round me.
We walked upstairs to my room where I changed into a pair of pyjamas and Draco stripped to his boxers.
We both climbed into my bed and cuddled close with my arms around his head and his round my back.
