With our main mode of escape bursts into flames, Loki and Sylvie found themselves sitting on a rock once again as the world around them continues to fall into chaos..
Y/n: "This is gonna be great..."
Loki sat across from Sylvie with a solemn look on his face as he stares into her eyes.
Loki: "I'm sorry..."
Sylvie watched the falling meteors in the night sky, watching as it crashes into civilization, all while having a blank stare, looking to be processing the situation we find ourselves in.
Sylvie: "...I remember Asgard. Not much, but I remember. My home, my people, my life"
Loki sat straight, immediately being invested into Sylvie's tale.
Sylvie: "The universe wants to break free, so it manifests chaos. Like me being born the Goddess of Mischief. And as soon as that created a big enough detour from the Sacred Timeline, the TVA showed up, erased my reality, and took me prisoner"
Sylvie: "I was just a child...I escaped. Stole a TemPad and I ran for a long, long time, which really sucked. Everywhere and every-when I went, it caused a nexus event. Sent up a smoke flare. Because I'm not supposed to exist"
Sylvie: "Until, eventually, I figured out where to hide. And so that's where I grew up, the ends of a thousand worlds. And now...this is where I'll die"
Loki then looks to Sylivie's view, catching the sight of a meteor shower as several fires illuminate the otherwise dark planet.

Y/n: *whisper-yell* "Not now, Spidey sense! It's getting good"
Sylvie: "Not long now...Do you think that what makes a Loki a Loki is the fact that we're destined to lose?"
Loki: "No..."
Sylvie then looks away from the falling meteors and Lookis into Loki's eyes.
Loki: "We may lose. Sometimes painfully. But we don't die. We survive. I mean, you did. You were just a child when the TVA took you, but you nearly took down the organization that claims to govern the order of time. You did it on your own. You ran rings around them. You're amazing!"
Sylvie then reaches for Loki's hand and holds it tenderly.

In the distance we see a meteor explode into a large column of fire, prompting me to pull out my Tempad.
Y/n: "Okay, time to go!"
I maneuver through the HUD before activating a door to the TVA, causing a widened shock to come out of Sylvie and Loki.
Sylvie: "You had a Tempad this whole time!!?"
Y/n: "Yeah"
Loki: "Well why didn't you say anything?"
Y/n: "You never asked me"
Sylvie then stood up from the rock, unknowingly pulling Loki up with her.
Sylvie: "Come on!"
Y/n: "I need to remind you though, this will lead us straight into the TVA. Who knows what's waiting for us on the other side"
Sylvie and Loki looked amongst each other, seemingly weighing their options.
Loki: "Well you did say you want to go back to the TVA"
Sylvie: "Then there's no turning back"
I then stepped aside. Allowing the two to step through the Time door first.
Y/n: "Couples first~"
Sylvie and Loki looked confused before looking down, seeing their hands remaining interlaced with one another, prompting the two to pull away slightly flustered.
Sylvie: "We shall not speak of this again"
Loki: "Agreed"
Sylvie hastefully walked through the time door as I stop Loki for a brief moment.
Y/n: "Well done, God of Rizz"
Loki: "Rizz? What's that suppose to mean?"
Y/n: "It's a long story, let's go!"
Gwen: "We're done!"
I was then slapped across the cheek, the sound crackling across my bedroom before Gwen turns on her heel, grabs her bag, and storms out of my room.
Y/n: *sigh* "You'd think my face would get numb at this point"
A knock was then heard from my door as I rub a collar that was around my neck. The knock on the door then grew louder, gaining my attention.
Y/n: "Come in!"
The door then swings open, revealing Gwen as she enters the room before shutting the door behind her.
Gwen: "I've been trying to call you for hours, you weren't answering"
Y/n: "How many times have we done this?"
Gwen: "i don't know, how many times have you consistently never show up to the gigs?"
Y/n: "Don't you think it's a bit repetitive?"
Gwen: "Yeah. Wait, what are we agreeing to?"
Y/n: "You know I hate this just as much as you do. Being trapped in an endless cycle by a seemingly omnipotent being"
Gwen: "Okay...If you're trying to philosophize your way out of this, it's not going to work"
Y/n: "I'm not trying to get out of anything. In fact, what I'm trying to do is get out of this cycle we keep finding ourselves in"
I shoot out of my bed and grabbed Gwen by the shoulders, much to her surprise.
Y/n: "Gwen, you don't deserve this. You deserve better, not be preset in code"
Gwen: "So...you're telling me I should stop doing the same thing over and over again?"
Y/n: "YES! You're getting it!"
Gwen then frowns before bring her palm across my cheek in a hard slap.
Y/n: "OW! What was that for!?"
Gwen: "Taking your advice. I do deserve better, you're never there for anything! Never there for me during practice, never there during the show, anywhere! It's like I'm the only one trying"
Y/n: "Gwen-"
Gwen: "We're done"
Gwen then turns on her heel, grabs her bag, and storms out of the room.
Y/n: "Damn...it was worth a shot"
As i nurse my previously slapped face a Time door opens behind me, however, instead of having a mild yellow tint, the door had a menacing red tint.
A person then walks through the red time door, revea;ing a middle-aged man in a suit and goatee.
???: "Wow, gotta say. You're the first one to almost break the cycle. Almost"
Y/n: "Who are you?"
???: "The name's Mobius. I'm tasked with checking up on the variants that escape"
Y/n: "Don't you have an intern for that?"
The man, known as Mobius, merely looks at me confused.
Mobius: "We don't have interns in the TVA"
Y/n: "Then who's the kid with the lab coat and a notepad"
Mobius only raises his brow.
Y/n: *sigh* "It's not important. So why are you here?"
Mobius: "Well..."
Mobius pulls up his pants slightly over his ankles before sitting down on my bed.
Mobius: "It has come to my attention that this has been not first, not second, but FIFTH offense against the sacred timeline"
Y/n: "Here we go..."
Mobius: "And I'm not just talking about a different variant of you, but YOU the same you that had violated against the sacred timeline before, it's like you relived the day all over again"
Y/n: "Well, I did"
Mobius: "But that's just not possible. The sacred timeline predetermines your life, your beginning, your journey, even your end-"
Y/n: "And I'm getting tired of people trying to dictate what my life should be!"
Mobius then places his leg over the other, getting comfortable, before prompting for me to take a seat. I look over to my desk and web over a chair before sitting in front of Mobius.
Mobius: "You know, what you said back there was pretty clever. Could almost hear that it's meant for someone else"
Y/n: "It was. I figured someone was keeping tabs on me"
Mobius: "But why do this? Why struggle so much? And for what?"
Y/n: "So I can get this over with, that's why"
Mobius raised his brow, intrigued.
Y/n: *leans closer* "Do you know, what lies beyond the end of time?"
Mobius: "Nothing? I mean, it's the end of time"
Y/n: "Oh, but there's more, much more. More than the TVA is leading you on"
Mobius: "...The Variant said something similar. Said something that 'We were all variants' and 'The TVA is lying to you', something to that effect"
Y/n: "With everything going on...I wouldn't put it behind you"
Mobius leans over, our eyes staring deep into one another.
Mobius: "You're trying to start a cou' aren't you?"
Y/n: "No..."
I lean over to Mobius's ear and whisper deeply.
Y/n: "Just stalling for my escape~"
In one quick motion, I swiped his Tempad before jumping back and shoot a web to his chest, encasing him into my bedroom wall.
Y/n: "Our chat's been fun Mob, but I need to get going"
Mobius: *struggle* "What do you think you're doing!?"
I open a red time door, but before I walk through, I turn my head to face Mobius slightly.
Y/n: "All will be explained in due time"
With those parting words, I leave Mobius in my time loop as I walk through the red time door and arriving back to the TVA.
Y/n: "Now to find myself a Loki"
Through that door
I look over and saw a door down a small flight of stairs.
Y/n: "Neato. Thanks voice"
I skip over the stairs before walking through the doors, being met with a distraught Loki leaning over a desk.
Y/n: "Sup, alligator"
Loki jumped slightly before whipping his head over to my direction.
Loki: "You...what happened to Mobius?"
Y/n: "Oh, just having a chat with my ex. Lovely person, mean slap"
I walk over to Loki and sat beside him.
Y/n: "What's got you so down?"
Loki: *sigh* "it's Sylvie, she got pruned"
No, she didn't
Y/n: "No, she didn't"
Loki: *shocked* "How would you know? Did you see her?"
Y/n: "Hmm...Call it a hunch. I mean, come on, is she really the type of person to just be pruned that easily?"
Loki: "When you put it like that...No, she wouldn't"
Y/n: "Then wipe that stupid frown on your face and let's go!"
After Loki recomposes himself, we began to make our exit, pushing past the door and up the stairs, only to be met by the judge along with a few Minutemen.
Judge: "Going somewhere?"
Y/n: "Oh great, it's little miss Stuck-up Princess"
Judge: "It's Judge Ravonna to you, Variant"
Y/n: "Whatever you say, Rihanna"
Seeing her visibly upset amuses me as she, along with the minutemen, arm their prune staffs.
Ravonna: "My orders were to take Loki to the Time Keepers. But they said nothing about taking you"
Ravonna points her staff to me.
Y/n: "I'd like for you to do your worst"
Ravonna glares in my direction before smirking, slowly beginning to walk over with her staff in hand.
Y/n: "Uhh...voice? I think she's dead set in killing me"
Oh relax, you'll be fine
Y/n: "Says someone who isn't about to be disintegrated"
Think of it as Teleportation, your atoms are vaporized before getting reanimated in a new location
Y/n: "That still sounds very painful-"
Before I could finish, Ravonna thrusts the tip of her staff to my chest causing a burning feeling to spread across my body before my vision fades to black.
Y/n: *groan* "Am I dead?"
My eyes start to flutter open, being met with a cloudy green sky. This caused me to sit up from the ground, looking from either side of me and be met with grass and greenery.
Y/n: "The heck is this place? Purgatory?"
Standing up, I noticed a city in the distance along with a building that resembled The Avengers Tower.
Y/n: "Okay...where the hell am I?"
