Y/n can be seen at the dining table of the L/n residence, scarfing down every food on the plate given to him by his mother.
Mr. L/n: "When I said 'for a bite' I didn't mean eat the entire pantry"
Y/n: *gulp* *burp* "Sorry, Dad. I guess fighting crime worked up an appetite"
Symbiote: "Among other things~"
Inconspicuously, Y/n punches his gut, hunching over in pain. Hoping it would hurt the symbiote in his body.
Mrs. L/n: "Are you okay, sweetie?"
Y/n: "I'm fine, Mom. Just...can I use the bathroom real quick?"
Mrs. L/n: "Sure. You know your way around"
Having gained permission, Y/n jumps up to the ceiling before running to the bathroom.
Mr. L/n: "It's gonna be hard to sweep the ceiling"
Out of nowhere M/n pulls out a robot vacuum from a cabinet and sent it up the wall before beginning to clean the ceiling.
Mr. L/n: "When did you invent that?"
Mrs. L/n: "I figured it was bound to happen eventually, so I built a robot that sticks to walls for when Y/n feels like going upside down"
Mr. L/n: "huh...Neat"
Slamming the door shut behind him, Y/n leans over the sink and stares at his reflection, with the symbiote staring back at him.
Y/n: "Talk. What's your deal?"
Symbiote: "Hmm. Now that I got a closer look, you awfully bear a striking resemblance to my other hosts"
Y/n: "There are more of you?"
Symbiote: "One in every universe. All connected to one HIVE mind...Aha! That's how"
Y/n: "How what?"
Symbiote: "A few months ago, a brethren of mine had assimilated one of the spiders to the Hive mind. An alternate version of you. One that only know, Carnage"
Y/n: *sigh* "Of course I was..."
Symbiote: "They then lets their host go. Gwen Stacy, I think her name was"
Y/n: "Wait, Gwen? Do you know what happened to her!?"
Symbiote: "Talking would be boring. Allow me to show you"
Y/n: "Huh!? Show me how?"
Suddenly a few small tendrils wrapped around Y/n's skull, moving along the veins that connect to his brain before sending his consciousness to the Hive mind.
From there, several images flashed in his head, dozens of what seemed to Y/n as memories. Memories that he flew past with incredible speeds, leaving him no time to fully analyze said memories, until the symbiote brought him one memory, it was of a crying Gwen.
Y/n: "What is this?"
Symbiote: "A memory"
Gwen layed down on her bed, remaining in her super suit, as tears soak her pillow. Sorrow and Guilt remained in her chest, replaying the last text she had sent to Y/n.
Gwen: *muffled* "I just wish things could be different"
A knock came from Gwen's bedroom door.
George's voice: "Gwen? Dinner's getting cold"
Gwen: "I'm not in the mood to eat, Dad"
George's voice: "Okay...If you need anything. I'll be in the living room"
Gwen: "...:"
Hearing no reply, George took this sign to leave the bedroom door. Witha sigh, Gwen turns to lay on her back with her arm covering her eyes. From the ceiling a black symbiote slowly drop to the bedroom floor.
Gwen continues to recall the memory from a different Y/n, reliving the chaos, the emotion that Y/n had boiled up inside, and the animalistic destruction he caused as Carnage.
As she relives every painful moment, the symbiote starts to make its way up her bed frame. With Gwen preoccupied with her memories, the symbiote manages to crawl up Gwen's legs, slowly assimilating her lower body until the symbiote begins to reach for her head.

Suddenly, Gwen's spider-sense warns her of an oncoming danger, prompting her eyes to shoot open, but it was too late, for the symbiote had already began to take over Gwen's body, and the emotion she felt inside surfaced.
In an abandoned warehouse, several thugs can be seen gathered around, some positioned a few feet away.
Thug #1: "Yo, you got the goods?"
Thug #2: *scoff* "You already know. You got the money?"
The first thug pulls out a paper bag from his pocket and tossed it over to the second thug and inspects its contents, seeing a stack of cash inside.
The second thug then kicks over a duffel bag towards the first. Kneeling down, the thug opens the duffel bag to see bags of drugs inside
Thug #1: "Pleasure doin' business wit'cha"
Right as the thugs were about to wrap up, a figure crashed through the ceiling and landing in the middle of the warehouse, causing a cloud of dust to form around them.
Thug #2: *coughs* "Who the hell is that?!"
From the cloud, The thugs began to make out a a hooded figure of an all too familiar vigilante.
Thug #1: "Ah crap, it's Spider-Wo-"
Before the thug could call out their enemy, a tentacle shot out of the cloud of dust, impaling the thug through the chest.
Thug #2: "Holy shit! Smoke her!"
The thugs began blasting their firearms down on Gwen, creating a much larger dust cloud that blocks vision for every thug in the warehouse.
Thug #2: "Anyone got eyes on her?"
The thug looks around expecting a reply from one of his colleagues. Only to be met with silence.
Thug #2: "I said, do you guys see Spider-!"
Thug #3: "Oh god!"
The thug turns to the scream, seeing the flash of gunfire.
Thug #3: "No, stay back! Stay back!"
The gunfire gives a brief light to Gwen's silhouette, seeing her shadow continuing to approach the thug seemingly unfazed by the bullets as tendrils sprout from her back and plunges it deep into the thugs body.
Thug #2: 'Fuck this!"
Grabbing the bag of money along with the duffel bag, the thug begins to sprint out of the warehouse. Ignoring the screams of his colleagues and the gunfire that accompanied it, taking a few detours as bodies land in his way.
The thug manages to spot the door leading out to the warehouse along with the red and blue lights of the police. This earned a sigh of relief from the thug and bursts through the doors, immediately being met with the drawn weapons of the police.
Officer #1: "Hands in the air"
Thug #2: *eager* "Yeah, yeah, you got it!"
The thug instantly drops the money and duffel bag and raises his arms up.
Thug #2: "You guys won't believe how glad I am to see the blue"
From behind, silhouettes of tentacles appear from the shadows.
Thug #2: "Spider-woman's gone crazy man. Started killing peo-PLE!!!"
The tentacles then shoot out of the shadows and wrap around the thug. Screaming, the thug tries to pry off the tentacles, only for one to trip him over, forcing him to gravel on the ground, dragging his fingers on the hard gravel.
Thug #2: "Help! Please, help me!!!"
A tentacle then wrapped around the thug's head before successfully pulling him back inside the warehouse.
Another police cruiser pulls up to the scene, stepping out to reveal Captain Stacy.
George: "What's the situation?"
Officer #1: "Suspect said something about Spider-woman killing people..."
Officer #2: "Captain, what's the plan?"
George: "...Get your torches ready, we're going in"
Grabbing a flashlight from his belt and pistol froim his holster, George led the search inside the warehouse.
When they got inside, several police officers quickly felt disgusted, seeing mutilated corpses of criminals all across the warehouse. In the center of it all, a silhouette is seen through George's flashlight, immediately distinguishing Gwen's silhouette.
George: *mutter* "Gwen...No..."
Hearing footsteps behind her, Gwen turns away from her pray to turn to her father, giving him a good look of what's become of her.
Gwen: "Enjoying the Show~?"
Gwen then lunges at her father as the memory ends.
Back in the bathroom, Y/n gasps for air after living through the memories of the symbiote.
Y/n: *gasp* "Holy shit...That was-"
A knock on the bathroom door brought Y/n back to his senses.
Mr. L/n's voice: *muffled* "You okay in there, bud?"
Seeking answers, Y/n swings open the door to come face-to-face with his father.
Y/n: "What happened to George?"
D/n was taken aback by Y/n's question, but quickly regains his composure and gave his son a somber look.
Mr. L/n: "How about we call it a day? Talk more about this once we're well rested?"
Y/n: "I don't have...time"
Y/n then collapsed in his father's arms, feeling a wave of exhaustion wash over him.
Y/n: *groan* "What's...happening?"
Symbiote: "Connecting to the Hive mind seemed to have taken a greater toll on you that I first initialized"
Y/n: "So that's...why. Stupid...parasite"
Y/n then slipped to a sleep state, leaving D/n holding to his frame.
Y/n is seen laying down on a bed in his room. From across the hall, M/n stares at her son sound asleep as her husband stood by the window while on the phone.
Mr. L/n: "Uhuh...yeah, he's here...No, not yet...Trust us...We'll call as soon as we can...Tomorrow yeah...Goodbye"
Once he ends the call, D/n puts his phone on the nightstand before joining his wife overlooking their interdimensional son.
Mrs. L/n: "She asked you about where he is, didn't she?"
Mr. L/n: *sigh* "She did..."
Mrs. L/n: "...This feels wrong. He's our son, D/n"
Mr. L/n: "I know. I'm just as conflicted as you are M/n. But I just can't help but be sure about our decision"
Mrs. L/n: "I just hope he doesn't despise us at the end of the day"
D/n then wrapped his arm around M/n in an effort to soothe his wife's nerves.
Mr. L/n: "Me too. Let's just hope tomorrow goes smoothly, and we'll go from there"
Morning arose, and Y/n is seated at the back seat of the family car as they take a drive to visit George. While en route, Y/n couldn't help but look out the window, seeing dozens of checkpoints built by S.I.L.K in an effort to catch Y/n.
Y/n: (When can I just get a normal day in New York? Who am I kidding, this IS a normal day in New York)
Parking the car in the parking lot, Y/n and his family stepped out of the car and see that the location that they arrived in was the hospital.
Y/n: "Oh no..."
Leading his family inside the hospital, D/n went up to the nurse at the reception.
Mr. L/n: "We're here to see George Stacy"
Nurse: "He's in the same room since you last visit"
Mr. L/n: "Thank you"
D/n began leading Y/n to George's room, taking an elevator up to a few floors before arriving in front of a door.
Mr. L/n: "After you"
Taking a deep breath, Y/n steeled his nerves before walking inside. What he saw next was George laying on the hospital bed, I.V bag strapped to his arm as a heart monitor is connected to his chest to monitor his vitals.
Mr. L/n: "A few weeks ago, George got badly injured while on the job. Nearly cost him his life. Thankfully, surgery was a success, but it'll be a while 'til he wakes up"
Y/n: "And Gwen did all of this?"
Mrs. L/n: "That's what we had thought at first. But then a few days had past and even New Yorkers are exhibiting the same tendencies"
Mr. L/n: "When we investigated, we saw that an alien goo was controlling the kinds of the people. Taking over from the inside, like-"
Y/n: "A symbiote..."
Grabbing on to the railing, Y/n presses his head against the cold metal, contemplating. D/n took this time to look over at M/n, sharing a nod, before walking out of the room.
Mrs. L/n: "...I heard from MJ, about what happened between you and Gwen"
M/n walks over to Y/n and pulls him back from the railing before sitting him down on a chair that's close by.
Mrs. L/n: "You're a good boy, Y/n. And knowing you, I feel as if you're blaming yourself for this situation, however small that reasoning may be. But it's not, it's-"
Y/n: "S.I.L.K's. I get it now"
M/n sees Y/n grip onto his pants tightly as he stares at George.
Y/n: "They're the reason behind all of this. And picking them off one by one isn't gonna do a thing"
Mrs. L/n: "Y/n, what are you getting at?"
Y/n stood up from the seat and walk up to the window where he could see S.I.L.K tower in the distance.
Y/n: "Only way to stop this is by heading straight to the source"
Mrs. L/n: *worried* "Y/n..."
Y/n: "I'm sorry, Mom. I know this isn't what you wanted it to turn out to be. But you and I both know there's no other choice"
Tears then start to flow down M/n's eyes, feeling a sense of guilt and sorrow for her son.
Mrs. L/n: "I'm so sorry, Y/n"
Y/n quickly walks over and hugs his sobbing mother, to which she reciprocates the gesture as she cries into his chest.
Y/n: "I promise I'll stop all of this. And maybe one day, we can have a nice dinner together"
Y/n looks down at his mother with a smile before he and M/n exit the room together right as D/n finished his call.
Y/n: "How long till they get here?"
D/n looks over at his wife, giving him a reassuring nod, before looking back at Y/n.
Mr. L/n: "They'll be here in a few minutes"
Y/n: "Enough time to say goodbye"
He then goes over to his old man, giving him a loving hug, to which he reciprocates tenfold.
Mr. L/n: "We Love you so much, son"
Y/n: "Me too, Dad"
They then share one last family hug along with a kiss in the forehead from his family.
Mr. L/n: "So, I think knowing you, you have some sort of plan"
Y/n: *shrug* "Bust into the villains lair. Take down a few henchmen. Stop the evil plan. Save the day"
Mrs. L/n: *giggles* "Just be careful, Y/n"
Y/n: "As careful as I can"
Mr. L/n: "Good enough for us"
After taking the elevator down to the lobby, Y/n and his parents walk out of the hospital to be met with MJ and the resistance.
Mr. L/n: "He's all your, MJ"
MJ: "Thank you, Mr. And Mrs. L/n"
Walking up to MJ, Y/n reached both of his hands out to be cuffed.
MJ: "Sorry again for this, Y/n. And with your family nonetheless"
Y/n: "No worries"
Taking the handcuffs from her pockets, MJ cuffs it around Y/n before taking him to their car.
MJ: "Alright, next stop. S.I.L.K tower"
MJ signals for the convoy to head out and take Y/n away as D/n and M/n could only watch the convoy drive away.
Y/n: "Last night, you asked me if I trust you"
MJ: "Yeah?"
Y/n: "I'd like to retract what I said. I trust you completely MJ, only question is. Do you trust me as well?"
MJ: *grins* "No doubt in my mind"
Taking the butt of a rifle directly in the face, Y/n drops to the ground as a S.I.L.K Mercenary met with MJ and the resistance.
S.I.L.K Mercenary #4: "Thank you for your efforts, in exchange S.I.L.K will provide resources to every member of your party"
S.I.L.K Mercenary: "Come on, up you go"
Two S.I.L.K Mercenaries grabbed Y/n by the arms and went to drag him inside the tower. After restraining Y/n in more secure handcuffs, the mercenaries took Y/n inside the elevator before taking him up the tower.
Y/n: "Hey...you're that guy who's afraid of that alien right?"
S.I.L.K Mercenary #2: "Shut up"
S.I.L.K Mercenary: "Yeah, shut up! You don't know what you're talking about"
Y/n: "Of course I do. Come on, look at me, come on~"
Y/n begins to annoy the mercenary, calling him in a sing-song voice until he became fed up.
S.I.L.K Mercenary: "Okay, you know what-"
The mercenary quickly froze mid-sentence as Y/n's mask turn to the symbiote's face.
Y/n: "Boo~"
S.I.L.K Mercenary: "Aaahhh!!!"
Y/n then conjure his tentacles and slams it against the two mercenaries, knocking them unconscious.
Once the mercenaries were taken care of, the symbiote pickpockets one of the mercenaries, taking out a key before setting Y/n free from his handcuffs.
Y/n: "Thanks, Venom"
Symbiote: "Venom?"
Y/n: "Yeah, you don't like it?"
Symbiote: "Venom...I like it!"
Y/n: "Glad you do. D.A.R.C, stop the elevator"
D.A.R.C: "At once"
With D.A.R.C's connection to the system, the elevator stops in between two floors before opening the emergency hatch above the elevator.
Y/n: "If Cindy wants to have a fight, it'll be on my terms"
After readjusting his suit, Y/n zips out of of the elevator before crawling towards an air vent.
D.A.R.C: "What's our primary objective for today?"
From the elevator shaft, Y/n could hear a roar on a floor above them.
Y/n: "What I've already done before. Rescue Gwen Stacy. Then it's fighting the last boss"
Reaching a vent grate, Y/n breaks it off the wall before crawling inside. The sounds of the roar becoming more audible.
Y/n: "Hang tight, Gwen. I'm coming"
