Kita ran towards the bed where Osamu lay, red marks all over him
"He's not breathing" Kita said
"Atsumu what the hell have you done!" Suna shouted, making a b-line towards him
"He attacked me I swear!" Atsumu panicked
"So you admit it!" Suna shouted, swinging his fist into his face
Atsumu stumbled back before clutching his cheek in pain
"No, I didn't mean to, he came at me first"
"Atsumu.." Kita started
"Oh no, please no Kita" Atsumu quivered
"...For breaking the terms of our agreement, death is the only way this can be sorted. For your sake, I hope it's quick" Kita finished
"No Kita, no, I'm telling you, I didn't want to kill him! Osamu started attacking me from nowhere I promise you! I wouldn't want to give up (y/n) because of our terms so quickly"
"There's no questioning it, you killed Atsumu" Kuroo frowned before turning to Daichi and Sakusa and nodding
The two of them made their way towards Atsumu and picked him up. He struggled in their arms, kicking and thrashing, begging Kita to spare him and hear him out once more, but Kita only looked away and dismissed him.
Then Atsumu looked towards you, "(y/n) please don't let them do this"
The whole time you were staring in utter shock at the entire situation
You looked towards Atsumu, tears in your eyes
"Kita please, please spare him"
"He broke the rules, and as per our collective agreement, he must die, otherwise more of us could be in trouble. He betrayed us and most of all his brother, say good bye quickly, we're not showing mercy"
You ran towards Atsumu and hugged him tightly as he remained restrained in Daichi and Sakusa's arms
He leaned closer tears streaming down both of your faces and pressed his lips against you hard, you accepted and continued the kiss for a few more seconds before he was yanked away
"I love you (y/n)" he cried before giving you a smile
You just burst out in more tears as you watched him get taken out of sight
"(Y/n) you must understand he murdered a part of us" Ushijima softly spoken as he stroked your back
"B-but... I know"
"Hey it's okay, come here" he picked you up and carried you to your room, he lay you on your bed and you both stayed there together for the rest of the morning as he stroked your head
- Time skip -
It was lunch time now, so you decided to head down
You tried to sit up, but something heavy was weighing you down. You turn your head to see Ushijima's face right next to yours, a little drool in the corner of his mouth and the thing weighing you down was his arm. How could you get up now, how could someone do big and strong look so cute. You snuggled back down into his chest and fell back asleep in a few minutes
- Time Skip -
You woke up once again and it was 8pm
You turned your head and saw that Ushijima was already awake
"I think it's tea now" he spoke huskily as he gave you a kiss on the cheek
You nodded before you both got up and made your way down stairs
You sat at the dinner table and tea began to be served
A few minutes in, everyone was laughing and joking
It seemed like everyone was happy
Everyone apart from Oikawa, he wasn't participating in any of the jokes, which was weird for him
So you decided to lighten the mood with him
"So..... Oikawa... I personally think you should've gone to Shiratorizawa" you smirked at him
Everyone burst out laughing
"Fuck you (y/n)" Oikawa said before getting out of his chair and grabbing your hair, you yelped in pain
"That's no way to speak to someone who's looked after you"
"I was just making a joke Oikawa what's gotten into you" you said whilst trying to unlock his fingers round your hair
Everyone suddenly tensed up
"After all I've done, all you are is rude to me, ALL OF YOU" He shouted
"After all you've done?! You killed my best friend, your best friend!! YOURE A MONSTER" You screamed back
"That's it, you're coming with me" he picked you up by the hair and started dragging you upstairs
You were crying from the pain
Everyone got up from the table
"Oikawa, get the hell off her" before anything else was said, Ushijima had his fist in Oikawa's face
"Ushijima that's enough, we don't want Oikawa ending up like Osamu" Kita spoke
"But look how he's handling my (y/n)" he clenched his fists
"Ours" Daichi spoke up
Oikawa hissed with pain
"I've had enough, she belongs to me, I should've done this a long time ago"
Oikawa sprints towards the table and grabs a large knife that was used to cut the meat
"Oikawa, dont do something you'll regret, put it down" Sakusa spoke
But Oikawa didn't reply, he ran straight at Ushijima, lifting his armed hand in the air before plunging it towards him
"Guess you've chosen your path then" Kita spoke
💥 BANG 💥
Oikawa dropped to the floor with a hard thud
Half of the group stood in utter shock, the other saw what was coming and began making their way towards his limp body
"Dispose of him" Kita frowned before returning to his room
"Hey, you okay (y/n)?" Ushijima asked
"Yeah, thanks for standing up for me, but why did he have to get shot? Just why does everyone keep dying"
"For you, it's all for you" he replied
"But that makes it seem like this is all my fault, well I mean it always was but even the details seem like it's mine now"
"Hey, don't say things like that (y/n), we all love you, you'll be safe here"
You smiled and hugged Ushijima
"Let's watch a film to take our minds of this hmm?"
"Okay" you smiled
"Count me in" you heard a voice from behind, it was Sakusa
"You're welcome to join us" you spoke
"There's just been so much death recently, the amount of germs I feel lingering is tremendous, I feel so disgusted" he shivered
You and Ushijima just laughed and you all made your way into the lounge before putting on a movie and watching it for the remaining hours of the night, every now and then spying hooded figures carrying Oikawa's body outside the windows, but you tried to pay no attention to it, as you wanted to be able to sleep tonight.
