Luna's Pov
Things were amazing so far, let me start with that.
Hmmm, maybe lets start with the fact that Bree and Nick are engaged.
They're officially engaged. They're no longer girlfriend and boyfriend, their each others fiance.
We're all very much happy for them, truly, we are.
Dad and Douglas were feeling a few mixed emotions, mostly because they think that they're still young to get married.
To be honest, we all felt the same way.
But overall we were still happy for them and if this is something they both want then we're not gonna stop them.
And it's not like they're gonna get married in a few days or a few weeks.
There's lots of planning to do, so it's gonna be a while until they officially become husband and wife.
Me, Adam, Alexis, Chase and Leo were currently in the common area.
Bree and Nick were in the mentor headquarters with Douglas, discussing and organizing things for the wedding.
Dad gave everyone the day off today because of how hot it was.
"Ugh, I am so happy Mr. Davenport gave everyone the day off, because it is way too hot to train" Alexis said.
We all nodded at that as she stopped fanning herself with the magazine she was holding.
"Yeah, well, lucky for you, your boyfriend's a bionic air conditioner" Adam smirked, winking at her.
Alexis blushed at that but smiled, while Chase scoffed and waved his hand around.
"Ugh, Adam, nobody wants your disgusting breath blowing all over-" Chase started but stopped.
Adam ignored what he was saying and used his enhanced lung capacity as an air conditioner.
And can I just say that it actually made us feel alot better.
"Oh, good heavens, that is so much better!" Chase yelled in relief.
We all quickly stood up from the ground and used this as our chance to get rid of our sweating.
"Get my back! Get my back!" Chase yelled, lifting his shirt up slightly.
Adam then stopped as we turned around to see the doors to the hydraloop opening.
We all smiled when we saw dad and Tasha walking out of it.
"Hey, guys" Tasha smiled.
Me and Leo were the first ones to run towards her and engulf her in a big hug.
"Oh, Tasha, it's so good to see you again" I smiled.
"Oh, it's good to see you too sweetie" Tasha smiled.
The three of us pulled away from the hug to let the others hug and greet her.
When we were done dad cleared his throat to gain our attention.
"Ahem! Everybody, I have a very important announcement. I...Donald Davenport...am the first person to create a livable environment on another planet" Dad grinned.
"What?" Alexis asked, confused.
Dad smiled and began walking towards one of the consoles as the rest of us followed him.
"Behold...my very own space colony" Dad grinned.
He pressed a button on the console and the big screen turned on.
We looked at it and a camera view of a planet containing a small glass dome appeared. I saw small paths, some grass and a few other cool things.
"Whoa" Adam grinned.
"Wow" Alexis grinned.
"That's amazing" Tasha gasped.
"You colonized a planet? Why didn't you tell me?" Chase asked, looking at dad.
"Because it was top secret, and because every time I tell you guys anything, you blow it up, burn it down, crack it in half, or sink it" Dad explained.
"Hey, that is not...yeah, it is true" Adam sighed, nodding.
The rest of us nodded because it was true.
"Mm-hmm" Dad nodded.
"Looks cool. Is that Mars?" Alexis asked.
"Please. Mars? Mars is for amateurs" Dad scoffed.
I rolled my eyes while Alexis scoffed and shook her head, clinging onto Adam's arm.
"I colonized a planet in an entirely different galaxy. Oh, by the way, did I mention I discovered an entirely different galaxy?" Dad smugly asked, wrapping an arm around Chase's shoulder.
I looked at Chase only to see him glaring at dad.
"How dare you?" Chase practically growled.
The others looked at him weirdly while I sighed and wrapped my arm around his waist.
"The planet is called Lithios, and this high-tech dome mimics the Earth's environment, providing oxygen and gravity to 50 colonists that I hand-picked for the project. I'm also the honorary mayor of the colony, which I have named Davenportia" Dad explained, grinning at the end.
I'm not even surprised.
"Shocking" I sarcastically said.
This earned a glare from dad while the others laughed.
"Those colonists have been living there for almost a month, and they are loving every Daven minute of it" Dad grinned.
"Are you sure they're not traumatized because they have to see your face and name every day?" Alexis asked, raising an eyebrow.
Dad glared at her while me and the others tried not to laugh.
"Ignoring your comment. Anyways, and pretty soon, you will all get to meet them. That's right. We are going on a family vacation to space!" Dad grinned.
We all gasped at that before smiling widely.
Awesome, we all get to go to space.
"You told me we were going to Greece" Tasha said, glaring at dad.
"Well, Davenportia is the Greece of space" Dad grinned.
I snorted while Tasha rolled her eyes and shook her head.
"Anyways, so it'll be a lot cooler there. It is way too hot here today" Dad said.
"Got that right" I nodded.
"Oh, no worries. I got you covered" Adam said.
He used his lung capacity at dad, but he accidentally blew dad across the room the room.
Dad screamed as he collided with a wall and fell to the ground with a loud thud, making us wince.
"That's gonna leave a Daven stain" Leo said and we all nodded.
"Well, aside from that, where are the engaged couple? I wanna congratulate them" Tasha asked, smiling.
"Oh, they're in the mentor headquarters with Douglas, organizing a few things" Chase said.
"Awesome, I'll go see them" Tasha smiled before walking away.
When she was gone me and the others smiled at each other and shook our heads, laughing slightly.
A Few Hours Later
It was time to leave for the trip and after we filled Bree and Nick on everything they got ready with us.
Douglas wanted to come but he decided to stay at the academy and watch over the students.
Dad made all of us change into these black suits and I had to admit they were really cool.
Me, Bree and Alexis all decided to do our hairs in nice ponytails, in honor of Bree being engaged.
I had my arm wrapped around Chase's the entire time as dad led us to an area below the island and our jaws dropped when we saw a space ship there.
Once we walked inside the ship we began looking around in awe.
"This is it. Welcome to my intergalactic spacecraft; my pride and joy. Isn't she beautiful?" Dad asked.
"Wow! I never thought I'd be jealous of a spaceship" Tasha said.
"Oh, come on, honey, don't be jealous. You don't stand a chance against this thing" Dad said.
This made Tasha glare at him and hit his arm while me and Alexis rolled our eyes.
"Ignore him, Tasha. You're worth way more than this piece of junk" Alexis smirked.
"Hey!" Dad yelled.
"Thank you sweetie" Tasha smirked.
Alexis nodded and wrapped her arm around Adam's waist, snuggling into his side.
"Man, I can't believe this spaceship's been under the island all this time" Adam chuckled.
"Well, that explains why he didn't make us live in the basement" Bree said, shooting dad a pointed look.
Dad sighed and shook his head as me and Chase walked over to him.
"Dad, this is awesome. Really, you did a great job" I smiled.
"Thank you, pumpkin" Dad smiled, kissing my forehead.
"I agree. If I was a nerd, I'd totally be geeking out right now" Chase grinned.
Chase looked around and bit his lip before starting to laugh out of delight.
I chuckled softly at my nerdy boyfriend and kissed his cheek, making him blush and smile.
"Cool. What's that?" Nick asked.
We turned around and saw him pointing towards a metal suit on the wall.
"Oh, that's my high-velocity escape suit. It's made out of an ultra-protective material that will allow me to fly back to Earth in case we encounter any kind of emergency while in space" Dad explained.
We all looked at him in confusion and raised our eyebrows at him in confusion.
"Wait, but there's only one suit. What about the rest of us?" Bree asked.
"Well, it's either for me or Luna. But the rest of you better hope there's no emergencies" Dad chuckled.
Everyone glared at him while I rolled my eyes.
Once again, not surprised, it's dad we're talking about.
I then turned around and saw Adam wearing a helmet that made him look funny.
"I am Zolton, leader of the planet Darkom. Bow to me, puny inferior being" Adam said in a deep voice.
Alexis and Leo were laughing while me and the others were looking at him in amusement.
Well, all of us except Chase.
"Adam" Chase sternly said.
"Who is this Adam you speak of? I am Zolton!" Adam said, once again in his deep voice.
"Adam!" Chase yelled, clearly fed up.
"Zolton!" Adam yelled in his deep voice.
"Give me that helmet" Chase sternly said.
"No, I will not. Zolton does not understand the human language" Adam said in his deep voice.
"Oh, but he speaks it?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at him.
Adam hesitated for a few seconds, trying to come up with an answer.
"Zolton will get back to you when he has an answer for that" Adam said, speaking in his regular voice.
I laughed at that while Chase rolled his eyes as Adam went to go put the helmet back where it was.
Chase sighed before looking at everyone else, sliding his hand into mine.
"Okay, people, listen up. As your mission leader, it's my responsibility to inform you of what to do in case of an emergency. Since we'll be traveling at speeds greater than 186,000 miles per second-" Chase started explaining but got cut off.
"Blah blah blah. I got this" Adam said.
Chase gave him an annoyed look while I rolled my eyes.
"Ahem. Ladies and gentlemen, there are two exits on the aircraft, one in the front and in the rear. In the event of a water landing, Chase can be used as a flotation device" Adam smiled.
"Oh, haha" Chase sarcastically laughed.
I jumped when Adam jumped onto Chase's back and they both started screaming.
The rest of us were laughing while dad looked completely fed up.
To be honest I was too, but you had to admit that this was pretty funny.
"Can you both stop?" I asked, raising my voice.
Chase got Adam off his back and glared at him before walking over to me, wrapping an arm around my shoulder.
"Okay! Bree, Leo, Luna, Nick, Alexis, Tasha, Mr. Davenport, you're all up front with me. Adam, you're in the back" Chase said.
"What? Why am I in the back?" Adam asked.
"Because, you are so immature, you can't even pay attention to my safety directives. And I don't feel like traveling across two galaxies hearing, 'Ooh, what does this button do?' 800 times!" Chase yelled.
I sighed and rubbed my eyes, clearly tired.
"I'm not immature. And for your information, I know what all these buttons do. Like this one right here works the windshield wipers" Adam said.
He walked over to the console and pressed the button.
"Adam, no!" Dad yelled but it was too late.
We all screamed as the rocket took off into space and can I just say that it was fast as hell.
Chase held onto me tightly, Nick held onto Bree, Adam held onto Alexis while Leo held onto Tasha.
"Chase, what do we do in an emergency again?" Adam asked.
A Few Minutes Later
Dad managed to take control of the rocket so we would stop flying at high speed.
Right now we were all currently in the front.
Nick sat on a chair while Bree sat on his lap, smiling and playing with her engagement ring.
I, of course, sat on Chase's lap as he helped dad with the controls while I either played with his hair or his fingers.
Dad, Tasha and Leo sat in their own chairs.
Adam and Alexis were in the back. Alexis sitting on Adam's lap since she refused to let him be alone.
"Wow. Look at the moon" Leo smiled
"Are we there yet?" Adam asked.
"No" Dad sighed.
We passed by another planet as me and Bree gasped.
"Wow. Look at Saturn" Bree smiled and I nodded.
"Are we there yet?" Adam asked, once again, clearly annoyed.
"No!" Dad yelled, getting annoyed himself.
I sighed before smiling when we passed by another planet. They were all so beautiful.
"Are we there yet?" Adam asked, again.
"Adam, babe, I love you but please shut up" Alexis groaned.
"I agree. If you ask 'are we there yet?' one more time, I swear I'm gonna lose it" Chase warned.
"Ok, sorry" Adam mockingly said.
We all sighed in relief before Adam decided to speak again.
"How much longer till we get there?" Adam asked.
I jumped when Chase slammed his fist onto the console before lifting me up from his lap and setting me on the chair.
He tried attacking Adam but me and the others quickly held him back.
"Relax! Everybody relax!" Dad yelled, trying to defuse the tension.
I grabbed a hold of Chase's arm and pulled him back to the seat. I pushed him to sit down before getting back on his lap, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Now that we've left the solar system, we can initiate hyper-speed" Dad said.
"What's hyper-speed?" Tasha asked.
"This" Dad smirked.
He pressed a button and the aircraft speeds forward really fast, causing all of us to scream.
At Davenportia
Finally we arrived at Davenportia and can I just say that this place was absolutely amazing. It was so beautiful.
"Welcome to Davenportia" Dad smiled as we entered the main room.
We were all in awe of the place and smiling at everything. The designs were beautiful, the people here looked like they were having an amazing time and the clothes they wore were cool too.
"Isn't it beautiful? Ah, who needs Greece when you can come here" Dad smiled.
I giggled at that and nodded as I wrapped my arm around Chase's.
"It's lovely. But if you really wanna make it up to me, you should rename it Tashadonia" Tasha smiled.
"Oh, honey, you know I love me more than I love you" Dad grinned.
This made Tasha glare at him while I rolled my eyes and smacked him upside the head.
"Hey, what's this big bubble for?" Adam asked.
We all looked up to see that he was talking about the dome.
"It's not a bubble. It's a dome" Chase scoffed, nudging his arm.
"Don't care. Still wanna pop it" Adam said, making Alexis smack his arm.
"Well, you can't. It protects everything in here from the planet's natural elements. Without that dome, there'd be no oxygen, and all the colonists would die" I explained.
Chase nodded while Tasha looked at dad with wide eyes in worry.
"Donald, that sounds dangerous" Tasha said.
"It is. That's why I didn't tell these guinea pigs until after they signed their paperwork" Dad chuckled.
This made us look at him with wide eyes before realizing that some of his colonists were staring at him.
Dad cleared his throat and send them a small nervous smile.
"Hi. How you doing?" Dad asked.
The colonists just nodded at him before walking away.
"I don't care if you're not the waiter. I want more space pancakes" we heard a familiar voice say from nearby.
We all turned around and my eyes widened and my jaw dropped.
Perry was sitting at a nearby table eating food.
Are you freaking kidding me right now? Why is this woman everywhere?
"Perry?! What are you doing up here?" Leo asked, basically yelling.
"Wherever the bus stops, I get off" Perry shrugged, standing up and walking towards us.
"Forget that, how did you get here?" Dad asked.
"I snuck up here weeks ago with the rest of these bozos. I can blend in anywhere. I spent three months on the South Korean gymnastics team" Perry explained.
She did a weird pose as I shook my head and sighed.
I leaned more into Chase as he wrapped his arm around my waist.
Tasha glare at Perry and walked towards her.
"How dare you sneak up here uninvited?" Tasha angrily said.
Perry rolled her eyes as a colonist walked up to her with a plate of space pancakes in his hand.
"That's Tasha, the one I was telling you about" Perry said, making the colonist nod in understanding.
Tasha gave her another glare before nodding and turning towards us.
"That's a new low. Never been bad-mouthed on another planet before" Tasha said, looking back at Perry.
"Oh, I doubt that's true" Perry chuckled.
This made Tasha gasp and give her an offended look while Perry and the colonist walked away from us.
I rolled my eyes as the others walked away, wanting to explore the place.
I smiled at the main area and spun around a bit, loving the place.
"You must really love it here already, huh sweetheart?" Chase asked with a smile on his face.
"Of course I do. It's beautiful" I smiled.
"It's nice. But not beautiful" Chase shrugged.
"Why do you say that?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at him.
"Because I'm already seeing someone more beautiful right in front of me" Chase smirked, winking at me.
I blushed at that but smiled while fondly rolling my eyes at him.
I walked towards him before cupping the sides of his face and pressing my lips onto his.
Chase placed his hands on my hips and began to kiss me back with the same amount of love.
We pulled away a minute later to catch our breath. We smiled at each other as Chase kissed my forehead.
"I love you" Chase smiled.
"Not as much as I love you" I smiled.
We kissed one last time on the lips before holding hands and walking away.
At The Command Center
I met up with dad, Leo and Nick at the command center and can I just say that it was just as amazing as everything else here.
"The command center is the electronic nervous system of Davenportia" Dad smiled.
We smiled back at him as he walked over to a nearby chair and sat down.
"From this chair, I can monitor all the activity in the colony" Dad said, typing a few things.
"Man, you old people will do anything to just sit around and watch TV all day" Nick scoffed.
Dad glared at them while I snorted as Nick and Leo smirked and fist-bumped each other.
We heard footsteps and turned around to see Adam, Alexis, Bree and Chase walking in.
"Love the colony, Mr. Davenport" Bree smiled.
"Thanks. This is just the beginning. Pretty soon, there will be Davenportias throughout the universe" Dad grinned.
"I don't know if aliens exist, but if they do, they are gonna hate you" Alexis chuckled.
Dad glared at her while she shrugged and wrapped an arm around Adam's waist.
"I have a very important scientific question" Adam said, raising his hand.
Dad raised an eyebrow at him but gestured for him to continue.
"While we're here, is it okay if I eat stuff off the ground?" Adam asked.
"No" Dad deadpanned.
"Ok. Follow-up question. How do I regurgitate stuff I've eaten off the ground?" Adam asked.
We all looked at him weirdly while Alexis just sighed and shook her head.
"You see? This is what I'm talking about. Mature people don't eat stuff off the ground" Chase scoffed.
I wrapped an arm around his waist and kissed his cheek, hoping it would help him relax a bit.
We're supposed to have some fun during our time here, not argue.
"Big D, you better get over here. I think we have a problem" Leo said.
We all looked at him in confusion before walking over to the monitor to see the computer screen flashing 'lost signal'.
"Oh, no. The main communication satellite is down" Dad said.
"What happened?" I asked.
"I don't know. Something must've hit it. Asteroid, space debris. Now we have no way of communicating with the Earth" Dad said.
He sighed before turning to the rest of us.
"I need you five to take the spacecraft out and repair the satellite. Leo, Nick and I will stay here and re-establish contact once it's up and running" Dad explained.
"Lets go" I nodded.
We all began to leave the room but we stopped when we saw Adam picking stuff off his granola bar and throwing it to the ground.
"Adam, he just told you not to eat stuff off the floor up here" Chase said.
"Relax. I got this off the floor at home" Adam said.
We all groaned as Alexis grabbed his arm and dragged him away and with that we quickly left.
In The Spacecraft
Right now we were all in the spacecraft as Chase was getting dressed to head out to Space.
"Alright, we're at the satellite. Adam, help me put on my jet pack" Chase said.
"Sure, but first, there's something I've always wanted to try. Blowin' a bubble in zero gravity" Adam grinned.
He turned off gravity and we all started floating.
I let out a small gasp before turning to see Adam popping his gum and makes bubbles that float through the spacecraft.
"Whoa! Awesome!" Adam grinned.
"That is so cool!" Bree grinned.
"Right!" me and Alexis grinned.
Chase turned around to give the three of us 'seriously' looks.
"Childish...but cool" I shrugged and the girls nodded.
"More bubbles coming up" Adam grinned.
He began to blow more bubbles as me and the girls let out laughs. This was pretty fun.
"Adam, stop. If that gum gets on any of the equipment, Mr. Davenport is gonna freak out" Chase said.
Adam ignored him and continued to blow more bubbles.
"Adam!" Chase yelled, annoyed.
Adam, once again, ignored him and continued to blow bubbles and laugh.
"That's it!" Chase yelled.
He floated towards where Adam was before popping one of the bubbles.
"Hey! You're a black hole of fun" Adam scoffed.
He turned the gravity back on and we all landed safely on the ground.
Can't say the same about Chase. He landed on his stomach and began to groan in pain.
Adam, Alexis and Bree began laughing while I sighed and helped Chase off the ground.
"Seriously? You got gum all over my gloves" Chase groaned.
He rolled his eyes before leaving the room, clearly angry and frustrated.
"Hey, can I turn the zero gravity back on? I just drank a gallon of water, and there's something else I've always wanted to do in space" Adam asked.
Me and the girls looked at him weirdly and shook our heads.
We walked over to the front where the controls were and sat down. A few minutes passed and we saw Chase out in space near the satellite.
"Chase, bubba, do you see anything?" I asked.
"No. I don't get it. There's no structural damage. Hang on, I'll do a scan" Chase said.
We nodded and waited for Chase to do his scan. A few seconds passed and he answered again.
"That's weird. The signal was shut off at the colony. Someone back there must be tampering with it" Chase said.
This made us look at each other in confusion.
"Who would do that?" Bree asked.
"I don't know. This sounds like a job for Zolton. I'll get the helmet" Adam said as he started getting up.
"No" Alexis deadpanned, grabbing his arm and pulling him back in his chair.
"Hang on, I'm coming in" Chase said.
We waited for him to come back towards the ship but he didn't move.
"Uh, Chase, door's over here, bud" Bree said, pointing towards the door.
"I know. Adam's gum jammed the controls. They're stuck. Hang on. I think I got it" Chase said.
We waited for him to come back to the spacecraft but then all of a sudden we heard him screaming.
My eyes widened as I stood up from my seat, the others following behind me.
"Bubba, what are you doing?" I asked.
"It won't stop. Help!" Chase yelled.
"Ok, guys, we have to fly the ship and go get him" Bree said.
"Got it" Adam nodded.
"Do any of you know how to do that?" Bree asked.
"Hell no" Alexis said and I nodded.
"Nope. Ooh, but I bet Zolton does. Now can I get the helmet?" Adam asked.
"Adam, babe, this is serious" Alexis sternly said.
"Ok, fine. Uh, maybe this'll do it" Adam shrugged.
He pressed a button and we looked up, only to see the windshield wipers.This made me and the girls sigh while Adam chuckled.
"Ah. There's those windshield wipers" Adam grinned.
This made Bree shove him out of the way while Alexis smacked his head.
I bit my lip and looked up again, only to see Chase farther away from us.
"Chase! Chase!" Bree yelled in her earpiece, hoping to get a response, but nothing.
"He's not responding. He must be out of range" Alexis said.
"Great. My boyfriend is speeding off into space, and we have no idea how to work this thing" I groaned.
"Way to come unprepared, Luna" Adam scoffed.
This made me glare at him as I tried attacking him but Alexis and Bree held me back.
I stopped when I heard something and by the looks of it the girls did too.
"Wait. There's someone on the ship" Alexis said as her and Bree let me go.
We turned around, only to see Perry walking in while yawning.
"Perry? What are you doing here?" Bree asked.
"Took a nap in the engine room. I find the violent rumble of the rocket engines to be soothing, plus the fumes knock me out cold" Perry explained.
We looked at her weirdly before shaking our heads.
"Ok, we lost Chase in space" Adam said.
"Score!" Perry yelled.
"No, this is serious. We don't know how to fly this thing, and if we don't figure it out, we're gonna lose him forever" I sternly said.
"Score!" Perry yelled, again.
I tried lunging for her but Adam grabbed my arms and pulled me back.
"Ok, you know what? Forget it. I will just figure out how to fly this thing myself" Bree scoffed.
Bree presses a random button and all of a sudden the alarms start blaring.
Bree quickly turned it off and shook her head, walking away.
"Ok, I'm done" Bree said.
"Relax. I used to be an astronaut. I know how to fly this bird" Perry grinned.
"Yeah right" Adam scoffed as he let me go.
"I do! Back in the day, me and my buddy Buck Champ used to ride rings around Neptune, till an unfortunate ejector seat accident" Perry smiled.
I glared at her and walked closer towards her and jabbed my finger into her chest.
"Okay. You know what? That's it! You never had any of these jobs! You were never an astronaut, you never played basketball in Romania, you never knocked out Muhammad Ali. You. Are. A. Liar" I angrily said.
Perry rolled her eyes and shoved me away from her, making me stumble a bit.
"Hey, I don't lie. When you get fired from as many jobs as I do, you gotta whatever you can get" Perry defended.
"Why'd you get fired so much?" Alexis asked.
"For lying" Perry shrugged.
This made us all groan in annoyance while Perry sat down.
We rolled our eyes at her and sat down, wanting to see if she can actually work this thing.
"Ok, T-minus ten to lift-off. Hydraulics engaged. Boosting the vector rates of the orbital thrusters. We are set for maximum propulsion" Perry explained.
"What does that mean?" I asked.
"It means sit back and shut your trap. I'm drivin' this beast!" Perry yelled, grinning.
She made us zoom forward as we all screamed and held onto whatever we could.
A Few Minutes Later
Perry was still flying the spacecraft while me and the others were talking in the back.
"Mitzi, Beef, Walker, Alexis, get over here" Perry said.
We rolled our eyes at her but quickly walked over to her.
"I think I found the vapor trail from Chris' jet pack" Perry said.
"His name is Chase" I said, glaring down at her.
"Call him whatever you want. He ain't gonna be around to hear it" Perry scoffed, making me resist the urge to hit her.
"I think he crash-landed on that planet" Adam said.
"How? He would've burned up as soon as he entered the planet's atmosphere" Bree asked, confused.
"Well, what are we waitin' for? Let's land this baby, grab his bones, and bury them next to Buck" Perry suggested.
"Shut up. My boyfriend isn't dead" I scowled at her, hitting her arm.
On The Planet
Me, Adam and Bree left the spacecraft and put on the suits to get onto the planet while Alexis and Perry stayed inside the spacecraft.
We were using the devices we had to track down Chase but they weren't working.
"None of our navigation devices are working on this planet. How are we supposed to track Chase's location?" I asked, worried.
"This place is creepy. I'm more worried there's something tracking us" Adam said.
We flinched when we heard someone screaming.
"Aliens!" Adam yelled as he ran towards me and tried getting on my back.
"Adam! Get off of me!" I yelled, shoving him away.
"It's not aliens, it's Chase! Come on" Bree yelled.
We quickly ran to where Chase's scream came from and we finally found him.
He was facing down on his stomach, clearly stuck as he was screaming and moving around, trying to get free.
"Help me up!" Chase yelled.
"Bubba!" I yelled.
The three of us quickly ran over to him and managed to help him back up to his feet.
"Oh, thank goodness you're ok" I sighed.
I hugged him tightly as he hugged me back just as tightly.
"How did you survive?" Bree asked.
"My force field prevented me from burning up in the atmosphere and cushioned my landing" Chase explained.
We all jumped when we saw a green substance spraying out of a crater.
"Hey, look, there is intelligent life here. The aliens put their sprinklers on a timer" Adam said.
"Oh, no, they got water on my navigation device" Bree gasped as she dropped the device.
I got a closer look at it but my eyes widened when I realized what it really was.
"That's not water. It's acid. Run!" I yelled.
Bree quickly ran as Chase grabbed my hand and dragged me away.
"We need to relax and enjoy things when we're on vacation. It's always go, go, go" Adam said.
This made me groan as I let go of Chase before running back to Adam and dragging him away.
Back On The Spacecraft
Finally we made it back on the spacecraft safe and sound.
Alexis smiled when she saw us. She gave Chase a pat on the back before she quickly ran to Adam and hugged him tightly.
"Oh, good. You made it back. Two more minutes and I was gonna ditch ya" Perry said.
I glared at her while Chase gave her a confused look.
"How is she...you know what? I don't even wanna know" Chase said, waving her off.
I giggled at that and nodded as we put our helmet down.
"Ah, glad that's over. That place was scary, huh, Chase?" Adam asked.
"Don't talk to me" Chase sternly said.
"What? Why?" Adam asked, confused.
"Because of you, I almost died" Chase sternly said.
"We all almost died" Bree sternly said before walking out of the room.
"When are you gonna realize that your stupid actions have consequences?" Chase asked, glaring at him.
I sighed and opened my mouth to say something but Adam beat me to it.
"Chase-" Adam started but Chase cut him off.
"Don't 'Chase' me. You're always saying you wanna be treated like an adult. Well, here's an idea. Why don't you grow up and start acting like one?" Chase angrily spat at him.
I frowned and looked at Adam and Alexis.
Alexis was glaring at Chase and trying not to hit him.
While Adam looked like he was trying to hold back his tears.
"Until then, we may be brothers, but I am not your friend" Chase sternly said.
He gave me a kiss on the cheek before storming out of the room. Leaving me, Perry, Adam and Alexis.
Perry stood up and walked over to us.
"Aw. You look like you could use a hug" Perry said.
Adam smiled slightly at her and leaned in to hug her but Perry backed away.
"Whoa! I never said you were gettin' one from me" Perry scoffed before walking away.
This made Adam sigh and shake his head while me and Alexis glared at Perry.
I sighed before turning to Adam. I gave him a small smile and patted his shoulder.
"Let me talk to him, Adam" I softly said.
Adam smiled softly at me and nodded and with that I left the room to try and find Chase.
Alexis's Pov
When Luna left the room I turned to look at my boyfriend, only to frown when I saw him trying to hold back his tears.
I walked towards him and held my arms out for him.
"Come here, babe" I softly said.
Adam didn't waste time wrapping his arms around me. I sighed and hugged him back.
I heard him let out a small sob and I could tell he was trying to wipe his tears away.
"Don't cry babe, I'm here" I softly whispered, rubbing his back up and down.
"He hates me. My brother hates me" Adam whispered.
"Adam, he doesn't hate you. He's just disappointed in your actions" I said.
We pulled away from the hug and I cupped the sides of his face with my hands, wiping his tears away with my fingers.
"Just give him time to cool down. And when he does I promise that you'll both go back to being not only brothers, but friends too" I softly said.
Adam sighed before looking at me and I could see nothing but love in his eyes.
"Thank you, baby" Adam softly said.
"Of course, babe" I softly said, caressing his cheeks with my fingers.
He leaned in and pressed his lips onto mine as I began to kiss him back. We slowly pulled away and pressed our foreheads against each others.
"I love you" Adam smiled.
"I love you too" I smiled.
Back At Davenportia
Luna's Pov
Me and the others quickly changed back into our black suits before running back into Davenportia to find dad and Leo.
We ran into the main room and when we saw them we ran over to them.
"Mr. Davenport, the satellite's fine. The signal was manipulated from here" Chase said.
Dad's eyes widened as he looked at me and I nodded.
"What? That doesn't make any sense" Dad said in confusion.
None of us really knew what to say either because we were confused and worried too.
Then all of a sudden we heard footsteps coming towards us. We all turned around only to see a large man walking into the room, his face being covered by a mask.
"It really is Zolton" Adam gasped.
We ignored him as we kept our eyes on the masked man, wanting to know who he is.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"You know exactly who I am" the man said.
Why the hell does his voice sound familiar?
The man pressed a button and his helmet began to slowly unfold. When his face was revealed, all of our eyes widened in shock and disbelief.
It was Krane.
Victor Krane.
My physco, maniac sperm donor.
The guy that tried to kill my father, my best friends and my boyfriend.
That guy that tried to kill me.
And the guy that turned my half siblings into bionic soliders.
He was alive. He was freaking alive after the trio blasted him into space.
"Krane" Dad scowled.
The others immediately tensed up and looked at each other, worried and completely scared.
Chase immediately pulled me closer by the waist, refusing to let me out of his sight.
Bree wrapped her arm around Nick's, making sure he was close to her side.
Adam wrapped his arms around Alexis's shoulders, keeping her close as he glared at Krane.
I held onto Chase as I glared at my sperm donor.
I guess the real fight begins.
