3rd POV
†The Second Day Of Halloween Week†
At the School Store where the Scarabia venue was held, Leona and Ruggie was going there to grab something but what they didn't expect were a bunch of people, crowding around something.... Or a certain someone.
"This is..." The two mumbled out as the people there were erupting with chatter about the Stamp Rally or something else entirely.
"Have you collected all the stamps?" A boy asked.
"I just started collecting them! I wanted to look at the Mystery Shop first." A girl answered the boy.
"All the venues seem fun but... I must go to the place where I can get a souvenir!" Another girl squeled out. The endless chatter of the people made Leona a bit annoyed but he tries to brush it off.
"Why are there so many people here?" Leona muttered out. Mostly to Ruggie who's with him.
"It's so crowded at the School Store." Ruggie added, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the sight. "They are not wearing Uniforms... Are they the visitors of Halloween? But still, there's too many people here...."
"Ah, Leona and Ruggie, Happy Halloween!" Soon enough, Kalim saw the two and went up to greet them.
"Happy Halloween, Kalim." Ruggie said to the male.
"Now you remind me, the School Store is the Venue of Scarabia." Leona mumbled out.
"Yep! I'm in charge of stamping now, after this I'm going to change to the people who are in charge for the night!" Kalim said to the two Savanaclaw students. "Do you guys come to buy things together? You two are so close!" Kalim chimed happily.
"No way." Leona growled out.
"That's right. Leona would always order me to buy things for him, but today is different..." Ruggie said to Kalim. "Plus, he might rather go out with a little owl instead." Ruggie whispered to Kalim, causing Kalim to giggle a bit. Leona didn't heard what the Hyena had said. ""I wanted to buy something to the dorm students of Savanaclaw since they had worked hard."" Ruggie quoted what Leona had said before they went to the School Store. "... That's what Leona said!"
"...." The lion in question just glared at the Hyena.
"I knew he wanted to leave the task to me so I dragged him out by force." Ruggie said, brushing off the glare he's feeling.
"How troublesome..." Leona groaned.
"You should at least do something by yourself. If you keep sleeping, you will become a cow." Ruggie shrugged lightly.
"That's good! Jack has been doing his best as a Halloween Steering Committee too." Kalim said to Leona. "He would be happy if the Dorm Leader Leona is taking care of him!"
"It's the role of a Boss to keep their motivation." Leona said with a proud smirk on his face. "It's easy to have then work again by treating them with some food. I'm glad they're all simple minded."
"Shishishi. You're being too honest." Ruggie chuckled out softly. "... Well, if Leona would have paid for my food money, I'm fine with it."
"By the way... What's wrong with that crowd of meerkats? I don't even want to get close to them." Leona asked, turning his attention to the people crowding around the shop.
"They are the customers of Halloween week." Kalim answered.
"Eh, for real!?" Ruggie yelped out. Both him and Leona were shocked. "No matter how you look at it, the shops are now... Uhm... I can't even count all of them, there are at least 100 people!"
"It has been so crowded before the Halloween of recent years, maybe something had happened." Leona suggested.
"Well, actually. The picture of the Ghosts taken at the Ramshackle Dorm has become viral on Magicam." Kalim said. "Because of this, the Halloween of Night Raven Collage has become the topic of Magicam now. These people must have come to visit here because they saw the picture of the ghosts."
"Hmm, I see. So the ghosts has gone viral." Ruggie muttered out, giving a small nod of understanding.
"They come for that reason? How stupid..." Leona sighed out. The sound of the Shop's doors opening caught their attention, and so did the people there.
"I bought this "Exclusive Night Raven Collage Waffle Of Mystery Shop"." A boy said as he held up a waffle held inside a black and purple paper holder with gold on it's edges.
"It has the shape of the crow on it, how cute! The apple jam in this is tasty too!" A girl, who also got the delicious waffle, added.
"This inside of the shop is scary and cute, now..." A boy muttered out. "The werewolf costume is very well made!"
"I know right! It looks cool and cute, and a bit scary, it looks so nice!" A girl added.
"Ah, there are people who wear the same costume too." Another boy added.
"Hm? Are they talking about me?" Kalim tilted his head to the side, wondering if they were talking about him. One of the boys from the crowd approached Kalim.
"Uhm... May I take a photo of you?" He asked.
"Oh, sure!" Kalim said with a bright smile. "Ah, isn't it better to take a photo together? It will remain as a good memory if you look back at the photo, right?"
"Wah, thank you so much!" The boy bowed as a thank you to Kalim before they take the photo. The boy gave his phone to his friend as he stood next to Kalim.
"Do a pose!" The girl said to the two as she took their picture. "I have a request!" She said. "... Can you do a werewolf pose?"
"Alright! Is this okay?" Kalim asked. He had his hands up, resembling clawed paws of a werewolf. His bright eyes and smile turned to a smirk.
"Wah~ so cool! I'll do the same pose too!" The girl said, giving her phone to the boy for him to take their picture. Soon enough, everyone gathered around Kalim, asking him to take photos with them all for Magicam.
"Those people are gathering around Kalim now." Ruggie gulped. "A lively Halloween... It somehow reminds me of my hometown."
"It's so noisy..." Leona growled out in annoyance.
"Ah, there's another werewolf!" One of the boys shouted.
"Eh? Are there any other students of Scarabia here?" Ruggie muttered out. "... Are they talking about me?!" Ruggie was now in a panic state.
"That's right. Pleas take a picture with us!" A girl said to Ruggie.
"I'm not wearing a costume. And I'm a Hyena, not a werewolf!" Ruggie huffed out with a pout.
"Well Ruggie, don't be like that. It's the same thing, right?" Kalim said, giving Ruggie a pat on the shoulder. "Let's take a picture together!"
"It's not the same thing at all!!?" Ruggie yelped out. "Besides that, I won't volunteer to do a task that earns me nothing... Ah!" Ruggie just had a great idea. "If you want to post the picture to Magicam, there is another person that is more photogenic than me~." Shishishi. He looks powerful and has a nice physique. The one that came from the royal family..." But when Ruggie looked around... "What!? Leona's gone?!" The Leona dipped on his Hyena friend.
"Hehe... How nice, Ruggie. You have become famous." Leona chuckled out as he went into the Shop.
"When did you go so far away... You can't leave me alone!" Ruggie called out to Leona, but it was useless.
"I'll go buy the things I need first. Enjoy your time as much as you like." Leona said with a smirk.
"Wait, just because you don't want to talk with the others, it doesn't mean you can use me as bait!" Ruggie yelped out.
"You are the one who wanted me as bait first. That's what you deserve." Leona said to Ruggie. "Goodbye. Happy Halloween."
"I wanted to take a picture with Ruggie too. Let's take it together after this." Kalim said to the Hyena.
"Pleas make the pose of "GAO!!!"" One of the boys said fo the two.
"Would you guys please stand by side in front of the shop?" One of the girls added.
"Please take a picture with us next!!" And the requests never end.
"I-It has no end..." Ruggie gulped.
"Eh? What's that?" The people's attention was caught onto something else. They caught glimpses of orange and black for a split second before it disappeared.
"Now's your can chance to run." A voice whispered to Ruggie.
"Eh-!?"
"No time to talk, go!"
"R-Right!" Ruggie ran into the shop to catch up to Leona and escape the people. "WAIT FOR ME! MY FREE MEAL!!" Ruggie's mind still wondered...
"Who was that?"
