Chelsy's Pov:
I ran to my car , dodging people in the hallways. I bumbed into a couple of students but I didn't care.
I ran as if my life dependents on it. In which case it sort of was.
I faintly heard Killian yelling me stop but I didn't for I knew he would try to explain.
I didn't want to face him with tears filled with mascara running down my face.
I know what you're thinking. That I'm superficial but the truth is I don't want him to feel pity for me because I couldn't move on as he clearly did and I didn't want to show him how much of an affect he had on me. I just can't and we both know that he has a power over me.
I see my car only a distant away. Phew! I reached my car before he could catch up to me. I get in my red with purple stripes and blue hearts on the doors of my convertible. I know childish but I love my car as it is.
I turn the car on and speed off the school parking lot knowing that he was watching me leave.
I keep driving faster than the 30 speed limit. My eyesight blurry with my tears. My heart full of pain. I know I should slow down especially in my condition but I couldn't turn into a wolf yet, so I have no other way.
Since I'm part wolf and part vampire, I don't have to drink blood I could just eat normal food but I still have my fangs in case I want to drink blood. I did this once but I didn't enjoy the taste much. I don't know how my mom does it. She says she only drinks blood from my dad now because his is sweeter and addictive and that your mate's blood is better than any blood you can drink.
I get to turn into a wolf once my mate bites me or until we mate. But I know that will never happen . So I get to drive my convertible for the rest of my life.
I keep driving and I notice my speed is 59 miles per hour through my tears. I wipe off some tears but they keep coming.
I notice something bright comingu closer until I notice it is a car I try to slow down but it's too late.
SCRRREEEECCCCH!!!!!!
SLAM! Crash!
I screamed as loud as I could while my car kept rolling in the street and glass shattering. Finally, my car stopped rolling but I was upside down. The last thing I thought before I lost conscious was "Thank god I wore my seatbelt".
Soon after I thought this darkness surrounded me.
