In the Botanical garden, the Subtropical Zone, the Heartslabyul residents were all around the area, making sure that the zone looks like an eerie Cemetery with pumkins and Jack-o'-lanterns as decorations. Riddle and the other Heartslabyul residents soon greeted the Halloween Steering Committee, now the inclusion of the Ramshackle residents too.
"Everyone, thank you for coming." Riddle said with Trey and Ace who're next to him.
"Take your time looking at the decorations of our dorm." Trey said to them. The everyone took a good look around the area.
"The theme of Heartslabyul decorations is Graveyard!" Ace said, explaining briefly to them.
"And then, the theme of our costume is..." Cater said as he and Deuce soon reveled the Halloween costumes of Heartslabyul. "Look! It's Skeleton!" Cater chimed, giving a peace sign as he presents his costume.
"It's the ghost that's being revived from the grave!" Deuce added excitedly, giving a smirk as well.
"Skeleton.... So the theme of your costume is bone." Malleus muttered out
"They don't look like boney skeletons to me." Hooty whispered out, taking a better look at the costumes.
"... Oh? But the decorations on your clothes are not bone, it's..." Malleus mumbled out, taking a good look at the costumes himself.
"Yes. It's a white ribbon that looks like Bones." Deuce answered. "The students of our dorm said, "If we decorate the Botanical garden into a graveyard, then our costume should be a skeleton", but... It's difficult to express both the realness and amusement of Halloween." Deuce gave a small sigh.
"Deuce's idea is too bad that I can't even bear to laugh." Ace said, giving a teasing smirk. ""Skeleton should be full of mud!" Indeed, it will look more likely to a skeleton, but no one would like to do so."
"Your idea isn't great either!" Deuce huffed out at Ace with his fist in his hand.
"Those two..." Y/n sighed as she shook her head lightly.
"Ahem." Riddle cleared his throat to catch the attention of the two first years. It certainly did the job since Ace and Deuce went silent and froze stiffly.
"A-At the time, Cater suggested that we should make a cool costume and decorations!" Deuce stuttered out, continuing the discussion of their Halloween costumes. Cater soon took over the explanations.
"For the tea party of our dorm, the improvement of the display gets a lot of Likes in my Magicam!" Cater said, pulling out his phone from his costume's pocket. "Ribbons and laces will make it more photogenic. Then I combine the idea together with Skeletons. Since it's Halloween, it's better if we look like we did revive from the mud. Look, inside the white ribbon rib cage, it's a rose that represents a heart, it's cute right?"
"You take in the idea of the other students, complete the costume in a good sense. Cater is really skillful." Riddle said. "This costume did express the scary and elegant atmosphere of our dorm."
"The costume represent Heartslabyul very well." Y/n mumbled out
"Yep. Halloween costumes should be horror, that is the most important thing to remember." Cater chuckled out softly. "We stick to the idea of these, and then a scary costume is completed! Deuce as the center, the dorm students paint the styrofoam and create a tombstone of it."
"I see! The first year students did a great job. It must be tough by being instructed by your senior." Lilia said, turning to Deace.
"That is actually the result of my daily basis of training..." Deuce muttered out.
"Daily basis?" Lilia asked, curious as to why Deuce had said what he said.
"To put it simply, we have to do the same things when we hold an Unbirthday Party." Deuce answered, turning to Lilia.
"Yeah. Following the rules while making the display look as good as possible, then you have to finish it before the party starts." Trey added.
"Heartslabyul dorm students are used to that." Cater added.
"We didn't have any strange rule on decorating these, it's easier than usual." Ace added.
"I see... As expected from Rosehearts. You have been disciplining your dorm students everyday." Malleus said, turning to the said Dorm Leader.
"Y-You said it like I'm the tyrant of this dorm...!" Riddle stuttered out, flinching a bit by what Malleus had said. He soon regained his composure and straighten his form. "The students of my dorm should be united like the card soldiers, they have to accomplish the mission together, that's what I want. Right? You guys!" Riddle turned to the Heartslabyul residents with a smile.
"Yes, Dorm Leader!" They all answered back with a smile as well.
"Thanks to the training of our Dorm Leader on a daily basis, that's why we could complete this Halloween set!" Deuce said.
"It's the feeling of #ThePowerOfHeartslabyul #LeaveTheDecorationsToMe #NRCHalloween." Cater said, typing it down on his phone.
"The dorm that is based on the spirit of strictness of the Queen of Hearts..." Crowley mumbled out. "You guys finished the decorations while following the rules, very good!"
"Where to next?" Y/n asked.
"The next one is... The Laboratory. The dorm that is in charge is Octavinelle!" Crowley said.

Arriving at the Laboratory, there were different decorations all over. What's most notable was the large tank in the corner of the room.
"Welcome." Floyd said, greeting everyone who has entered the Laboratory. "How? The Halloween of Octavinelle."
"Fgna.... I'm getting goosebumps." Grim said, hiding in Y/n's arms a bit.
"How should I say this.... It's so creepy!" Kalim cheerfully said.
"This is the kind of place that children will cry after entering..." Jack gulped.
"Right?" Floyd said with a smile. "But let's leave the praising for Azul and Jade after you see their costumes."
"Fufufu... The theme of our costume is..." Speak of the devils, Azul and Jade stepped out and reveled their Halloween costumes. "Mummy." Azul said with a smile.
"It would be easy to understand if we say "Mummy Man"." Jade said, chuckling a bit in amusement. "Since me and Azul got chosen as the Halloween Steering Committee this year... And so we decided to dress up as the opposed of a mermaid, a dry mummy."
"We didn't get to dress up as mummies when we're under the sea. I like this idea too." Floyd said, amused with the the idea of mummies.
"But, it's not interesting if we just wrap our bodies in bandages." Azul stated. "Then, we coordinate the image of old fashioned mummy and stylish together." (A/n: I want that black nail polish!)
"The theme of our decorations is... "The Laboratory Of A Mad Scientist"!" Jade said, explaining their theme a bit. "The tank at the back there is based on a culture tank, it'll light up during night. We think it would be more scary if we put a mannequin in it."
"Uwah~ The decoration is so authentic." Kalim exclaimed in surprise.
"As expected from the son of a wealthy family. You catch a good point."
"It's very impressive." Y/n mumbled out softly.
"The costume and the tank, all of it are being finished by a first class trader." Azul said, explaining a bit about the decorations. "Since we have to think of a new Halloween menu of Mostro Lounge... Different from you guys, we're very busy."
"That smug face..." Idia muttered out, shaking his head softly.
"... Uhm? Hasn't all budgets been given the same amount for decorations and costumes?" Kalim asked.
"Yes. It's also a fun thing about managing the money given to you in school life." Crowley said with a soft smile. "Whether to use your pocket money or not, or buying things over budget, or getting the money in a suspicious way..."
"You know a lot about that last one, huh?" Y/n whispered to herself, earning a snicker of chuckles from Grim, Hooty, and Owlbert.
"Don't worry, we have kept our eyes on Jade Leech, who is in charge of accounting!" Crowley said.
