Luna's Pov
After the whole Spike incident and me being sent to the hospital because of what happened things were back to normal.
I was released from the hospital yesterday after being there for 3 days.
I only get a few headaches but other than that I'm perfectly fine.
Chase constantly checks up on me and does nearly anything for me because he still feels guilty for what he did, even when it wasn't his fault.
Adam is the same, he's doing nearly anything for me because he feels guilty, more than Chase.
I continue reassuring them that I'm alright and that I'm not angry at either of them.
Sabrina constantly texts or calls me to know if I'm ok or not or if I need her to bring me anything to make me feel better.
Me and her are great friends and after the incident she's constantly asking if I'm ok or not.
Don't get me wrong I appreciate everyone looking out for me, I really do, but it's getting annoying.
Like I know I suffered some injuries and a bad blow to the head but I survived and I'm doing alright.
That's all that matters.
So right now I was at my locker with the boys as Chase had his arm wrapped around my shoulder.
"So sweetheart, the dance is tomorrow" Chase said.
"Yes bubba, I know that" I said while giggling.
"I promise that this time we're going to go to a dance together. Nothing is going to ruin that" Chase softly said.
I turned my head around and smiled softly at him and kissed his cheek.
"I know. It's going to be amazing, especially since we can finally go to a dance together as a couple" I said.
"And I promise I won't let anything ruin this for us" Chase said.
"I know. I trust you" I smiled before kissing him on the lips and he kissed back.
"No PDA, especially in front of me. Wait till we get home" Adam said in annoyance while gagging.
Me and Chase pulled away and sighed in annoyance.
I just continued going through my locket to get all the things that I need for today.
Once I got all my books out I closed my locker and that's when Bree walked over to us with a huge smile on her face.
"Guys, you will never believe what just happened. Jake Chambers asked me to the winter dance!" Bree smiled.
"Awesome, congrats sis" I smiled at her.
"Jake Chambers! The Jake Chambers?" Chase asked in shock and Bree nodded.
"Yes!" Bree yelled while smiling.
"Who's Jake Chambers?" Chase asked in confusion.
This made Bree roll her eyes while I sighed and smacked his arm.
"The only guy who's even talked to me since people found out we were bionic" Bree sighed while shaking her head.
"Apparently no one wants to date a girl who they think was unveiled at this year's auto show" Bree said.
"That's rude" I scoffed while leaning more into Chase.
He chuckled and kissed my temple.
"Luckily I don't need to ask anyone to the dance, all I need is my beautiful girl with me" Chase smiled.
I smiled back at him and kissed his cheek.
"You know ever since everyone found out we're bionic, the boys here started hating Chase more than when Luna and Chase first started dating" Bree said.
"What, why?" Chase asked in confusion.
This made Bree roll her eyes and Adam shake his head.
"Myabe it's because Luna is the hottest girl at this school that every guy has been wanting to go out with but never got the chance" Bree said.
"It's true, before you three came so many guys have been trying to ask me out but I always rejected them" I said.
"But ever since we came here and you and Chase started dating every boy was shocked, mad and jealous" Adam said.
"I guess I was lucky that I won my girls heart" Chase smiled.
I smiled and kissed him on the cheek.
"Yeah, but every guy hates you because every single boy here has been trying to ask out Luna for years but she always said no. But when we arrive for only a few weeks you catch her heart and you two immediately start dating" Bree explained.
I scoffed and rolled my eyes.
"Maybe it's because Chase is different then those boys. He's the most kindest, sweetest, intelligent, smart and hot boyfriend I could ask for. I wouldn't leave him for anyone" I smiled.
Chase smiled and pecked me on the lips.
"I love you" Chase said.
"I love you too" I smiled at him.
The three of us walked away as Bree made her way to her locker and Jake made his way over to her.
Me and Chase just stood in the hallway together while holding hands.
Then all of a sudden we heard the speakers turning on.
"Attention students: This is your principal, Principal Perry. Please report to the hallway where Bree Davenport is making a fool out of herself in front of the boy she has a crush on" Adam said, trying to imitate Principal Perry's voice.
Everyone huddled around Bree and Jake and started laughing as the both of them looked embarrassed.
"I'm gonna just go" Jake said as he quiclky walked away.
Adam walked out of the office as Bree angrily walked over to him and glared at him.
"Why would you do that?!" Bree asked.
"Hey. If Perry were alive she'd want me to do this" Adam said.
Me and Bree looked at him weirdly.
"She's not dead. She's home with a cold" I said and Bree nodded.
"You don't know that. She could be dead by now, and this is how I choose to honor her" Adam said.
Me and Bree sighed and rolled our eyes at him.
"Well, can't you embarrass someone else besides me?" Bree asked while crossing her arms.
"I could" Adam shrugged.
He turned around and crouched down and pulled Chase's pants down.
Chase's eyes widened in shock as everyone turned to look at him and started laughing. Chase was quick to pull his pants back up while glaring at Adam.
Adam smirked and looked over at me and Bree. Bree was laughing while I was giggling like crazy.
"But I'm better than that" Adam said.
Me and Bree just laughed while Chase looked embarrassed.
Back At Home
In The Lab
After school me, Bree and Chase made it back home as we walked into the lab and to say that Bree was still angry for what Adam did was an understatement.
"Ugh. Adam is such a jerk. I can not believe that he embarrassed me in front of Jake" Bree said as she placed her bag down.
"Yeah. You were doing just fine on your own" Chase smirked while chuckling.
Bree glared at him while I smacked him upside the head.
"Be nice" I scolded him.
"Don't worry, I know the perfect way to get revenge" Chase said as he took out a box.
"I have been working on an upgrade to Mr. Davenport's cybermasks. Now they're cybermasks and cloaks" Chase explained.
"That's not revenge. That's you being a nerd" Bree said, making me giggle and Chase glare at her.
"These perfectly mimic the face and the body of the person you're pretending to be. Now you can impersonate Perry and bust Adam" Chase explained.
This seemed to catch Bree's interest and mine.
"Here is how I redesigned the electrical infrastructure" Chase said but Bree shook her head.
"Yeah, boring, let's get to the pain" Bree smirked and I nodded.
Chase rolled his eyes and nodded as Bree took the cybermask and cloak from him as he made his way to the cyberdesk.
"Okay. All I have to do is download a picture of Principal Perry and enter her height and weight. I got it off the back of her trading card" Chase explained.
Me and Bree looked at him weirdly before he continued.
"She used to play hockey in Croatia" Chase said and me and Bree nodded.
Chase continued typing a few things before stopping and soon Bree transforms into Principal Perry.
My eyes widened in shock when the things had actually worked.
"And voila" Chase smirked as he made his way over to us.
"Wow! I look just like her" Bree said, but it was in Principal Perry's voice instead of her own and her eyes widened.
"I sound just like her too. And I'm not even using my vocal manipulation" Bree smiled.
"I know. Voice modulation is built right in. And if you want to change back to your own voice, just press the other end of the tab" Chase explained.
"I gotta admit this plan to get back at Adam is sure to work 100%" I smiled while wrapping an arm around Chase's waist.
Chase smiled and kissed my temple and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
Bree smiled as she pressed the other end of the tab so she can talk in her own voice.
"This is so cool. This is going to be the-" Bree started but pressed the button to go back to using Principal Perry's voice.
"Best revenge ever" Bree said while talking in Principal Perry's voice.
Me and Chase smiled and nodded and when she was about to give us a hug we pulled away from her.
"Uh! Let's just shake on it" I said and Chase nodded before we all shook hands.
Hey, I love my sis but she's in Principal Perry's body so no thank you.
In The Living Room
After helping Bree set her revenge plan for tomorrow me and Chase decided to head upstairs and watch some movies together.
Well, that's what he wanted to do.
But me on the other hand, I wanted to spend time with my boyfriend while doing something else.
Once we got upstairs we walked into the living room but before we could sit down on the couch I turned around and immediately smashed my lips onto Chase's.
His eyes widened in shock, clearly not expecting that but he didn't mind since he started kissing me back.
I wrapped my arms around his waist as he wrapped his arms around my waist and brought me closer.
The kiss started to get heated as we both started walking towards the couch.
Soon we both fell down on the couch with me laying on my back and Chase laying on top of me.
Honestly it's been a while since we've made out, with everything we're going through we sometimes only have little time together.
But right now we do and that's all I want, time with the most amazing guy in the world.
We pulled away from the kiss to catch our breaths as we were both panting.
Chase smiled down at me and kissed my nose, making me giggle.
"I love you sweetheart" Chase smiled.
"I love you too bubba" I smiled back at him.
We smiled at each other one more time before pressing our lips against each other.
Chase licked my bottom lip but me being me I decided to tease him and denied him.
He growled and grabbed both of my hands and pinned them at my sides, our fingers laced together tightly.
He once again licked my bottom lip and this time I let him in. I moaned when he immediately deepened the kiss.
Before we could continue we heard yells of shock coming from behind us.
We jumped before seperating and looked to see who it was.
We then saw dad, Douglas and Leo behind us.
Dad and Douglas were both giving us disgusted looks while Leo had his eyes covered.
"Nope, nope, nope I refuse to look at you two unless you remove yourselves from that position" Leo said.
This made me scoff and roll my eyes.
"Chase, get off my daughter right now or you're grounded" Dad said.
This made Chase groan while rolling his eyes as he quickly pecked me on the lips and let go of my hands before getting off of me.
I sighed in annoyance before sitting up on the couch.
"What are you doing here dad? I thought you left a few minutes ago" I asked while holding Chase's hand and resting my chin on his shoulder.
"I was just about to leave until we came up here and interrupted your little makeout session" Dad said while fake gagging.
"I sometimes wish you two wouldn't make out all the time" Douglas groaned.
"Hey, we barely makeout like we did before so shut it" Chase said in annoyance and I nodded.
Leo removed his hands from his eyes before looking at dad.
"Moving on. You're looking sharp, Big D. People will almost take you seriously in that suit" Leo said and Douglas nodded.
"Yeah, I gotta go, we're having a big board meeting to discuss the future of Davenport Industries and I want to get there early so I can lower everyone else's chairs" Dad smirked.
"That ego of yours is getting annoying" I scoffed.
This earned snorts from Chase, Douglas and Leo while dad glared at me.
"Fill us in, what's your plans for the future?" Douglas asked while crossing his arms.
"Major changes. But you guys are going to have to wait and find out with everybody else. I'll see you guys later" Dad smiled.
He walked over to where me and Chase were and kissed my head before leaving the house.
"Major changes?" Douglas asked in confusion.
"What's that about?" Leo asked but I just shrugged.
"Don't know and don't care" I said, making Chase chuckle as he pecked my lips and stood up.
"I'll be right back, I need to use the bathroom" Chase said and I nodded as he left the room.
When he left Douglas turned around and saw dad's briefcase and a grin appeared on his face.
"Uh-oh. Looks like Donnie forgot his briefcase" Douglas grinned as he walked over to it and started going through it.
"Hey, what are you doing? You can't look through his stuff. That's unethical" Leo said and I nodded.
Douglas groaned and gave Leo an annoyed look.
"When I gave you bionics, I should have given you a spine too" Douglas said, earning an offended look from Leo as he continued looking through the briefcase.
"Get out of my way" Leo said as he shoved Douglas out of the way and started going through the case himself.
"If you guys get caught I ain't defending you" I scoffed while twirling with a small piece of my hair.
They just ignored me as Leo took out some files from the case and started going through it.
"'Short list for number two'. That must mean Davenport Industries is looking for a vice president. And look, I'm a finalist!" Leo grinned.
Douglas snatched the files and started looking through them and his eyes widened and a grin grew on his face.
"Me too!" Douglas grinned before he frowned and looked at the front door nervously.
"Uh-oh. He could come back at any second. Put this away" Douglas said as he handed Leo the files back and he nodded.
Leo turned around and started putting the files away as Douglas took out his phone and snapped a picture of him.
"Busted!" Douglas yelled while laughing.
Leo turned around and his eyes widened as he realized what Douglas did.
"This competition is over" Douglas grinned as he walked over to the kitchen counter with Leo following behind him.
Chase walked back into the room and walked over to me and sat down next to me.
He kissed my cheek and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.
"What did I miss?" Chase asked and I nodded over to Douglas and Leo.
"Just watch" I said and he nodded.
"Let me see that" Leo said as he held out his hand in front of him.
"With pleasure. It's locked so you can't delete it" Douglas smirked as he handed his phone to Leo, only for him to dump it in a glass of water.
I let out a small bark of laughter as I hid my face in Chase's neck as he let out a small chuckle.
"Hey!" Douglas yelled as he glared at a now smirking Leo.
"Hi, Leo Dooley. Mr. Davenport's new number two" Leo smirked while extending his hand for Douglas to shake.
I just started laughing even more and Chase joined in on the laughter.
Oh, if only those two idiots knew the truth.
The Next Day
It was the next day and we were at school as Adam was still pretending to be Principal Perry.
It was also the day that Bree was going to get her revenge on Adam for what he did yesterday and honestly I'm excited.
"Attention students, it's me again, the real Principal Perry. You know, pantsuits, cats, hate you. Anywho...Even though I'm here sick at home, I want you all to know you make me sick here, too" Adam said in his Principal Perry's voice.
He then walked out of the office as the three of us looked at each other.
"You ready to do this?" Chase asked.
"Oh yeah. It's Perry time" Bree smirked and I smirked back.
She then hid behind a big white pole and transformed into Principal Perry as she walked up to Adam with me and Chase trailing behind her.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing?" Bree said while talking in Principal Perry's voice.
Adam's eyes widened as he stared at her in shock.
"Principal Perry? I thought you were sick" Adam said.
"I am, but I ran out of people to give the virus to, so I'm spreading it around here" Bree said.
This made Adam cringe in disgust while me and Chase were smirking and trying to hold in our laughter.
"I heard you were embarrassing the students. Well, I think it's time to embarrass you" Bree said while pointing at him.
This made Adam smirk as he let out a small chuckle and cross his arms.
"Good luck with that. I've been embarrassing myself for years. It's kind of hard to top the master" Adam smirked.
Alright I've gotta admit that's true but if there's anything I know about my sister is that she's better at getting revenge than anyone.
So let's see what she has in mind.
A few minutes passed and everyone was huddled around Principal Perry's office, waiting for Adam to come out.
"Come on out!" Bree yelled.
As soon as Adam came out everyone burst out laughing.
Adam was wearing the exact same clothes as Chase except the clothes looked a bit small on him. He even had the same hairstyle as Chase but it looked a bit more messy.
It's fair to say that Adam looked embarrassed as hell and a bit angry.
"Okay, you topped the master" Adam said as everyone continue laughing while some were actually taking pictures of him.
"You look ridiculous" Chase scoffed while smirking.
Adam looks at him in annoyance and before he can speak I do.
"Bubba, you do realize he's dressed like you" I said while crossing my arms at him.
His eyes widened in realization and shock as everyone laughed even louder than before.
This made me smirk and giggle as I turned to Bree, who was still in her Principal Perry form, and high-fived her.
Back At Home
After school it was time to head home and get ready for the dance.
Normally I don't really care that much about dances, and I wouldn't really enjoy wanting to wear a dress.
But as long as I have Chase by my side the entire time I won't mind.
Right now me and Bree are in my room getting ready.
I helped Bree with her makeup and hair, right now she's putting on her dress while I'm getting out a few things so I can start on my hair.
I don't think I'll do much with my hair, maybe straighten it up and curl it up a bit.
"Alright, how do I look?" Bree asked as she turned around to face me.
I turned around to face her and smiled at her.
She wore a light red dress with black heels, her makeup was on point (thanks to me) and her hair was straightened up.
"Bree you look beautiful. Jake is going to melt" I smiled at her.
"You really think so?" Bree asked.
"I don't think so. I know so" I smiled at her, causing her to giggle.
"Thanks Luna. You're the best" Bree smiled.
"Anything for my sister" I said.
She flashed me one more smile before picking up her phone to check the time.
"I should head downstairs just in case" Bree said and I nodded.
"Well what are you waiting for? Get out of here and get downstairs to wait for your man" I smirked at her.
She blushed and rolled her eyes at me but smiled.
"And you hurry and get ready so you and your man can leave too" Bree smirked as she opened the door and walked out.
I blushed and rolled my eyes before quickly going to my closet to get out my dress, then I would do my hair and my makeup.
Once I taken my dress and shoes out I quickly got changed into it.
I smiled and walked over to the mirror to see if I looked good.
When I got in front of my mirror I smile and spun myself around just a bit.
This dress is so beautiful, I really like it and it goes well with the leather jacket.
"I hope Chase likes it" I muttered under my breath with a huge smile on my face.
I took out the things I needed for my hair and placed them on my bed and took out my makeup bag that was on top of my drawer.
I quickly sat down on my bed and got to work on my hair and when I was done with that I would move onto my makeup.
In The Living Room
Chase's Pov
It was the day of the dance and I wanted to make sure I look good for Luna.
I also want to make sure that she has fun today and that we're together the entire time.
We've never had the best of luck with school dances.
The first one was my first school dance, but I ended up going with Danielle even though Luna wanted to ask me to the dance but was too late.
That was the worst mistake of my life but also the greatest because we still danced together and that was when I had enough courage to ask her out on a date.
The second school dance was when me and my brothers were stupid to think that ghost were real.
Luna had gone to the dance alone when I should've gone with her but got too caught up in trying to catch a fake ghost.
But today is the day where I actually go with her to the dance.
This day is about me and her being together and having fun.
'I won't let anyone or anything ruin today. Not a chance' I thought in confidence.
Quickly getting into my capsule I changed into some nice clothes, wanting to look good for my amazing beautiful girlfriend.
I stepped out of my capsule and smiled at the clothes I picked out.
I grabbed my phone and quickly walked back upstairs to wait for Luna.
When I got there I saw Bree waiting by the front door but she turned around and smiled when she saw me.
"Hey Chase. Looking good" Bree smiled.
"Thanks. I wanted to make sure I look good for Luna" I said.
"Oh please, she would love anything you wear" Bree scoffed with a smirk.
This made me blush but still smile as I playfully punch her shoulder.
"But anyways. Jake just called. He'll be here in five minutes" Bree smiled and my eyes widened in fake shock.
"Jake? Jake Chambers?!" I asked in fake shock, causing her to glare at me.
"Shut it!" Bree yelled while slapping my chest, making me chuckle and smirk.
Soon Adam walked in and he looked angry but confused.
"I still can't believe Principal Perry came back from the dead to embarrass me like that. Now, call me crazy, but I'm starting to think she's not a good person" Adam said.
This made me and Bree laugh and look at each other.
"Oh, he still doesn't know" Bree smirked and I looked at her in confusion.
"Know what? That's an endless list, could you be more specific?" I asked and she rolled her eyes at me but nodded.
"Well, Adam, a prank is no fun unless you take credit for it. So, I guess I should probably tell you it wasn't Perry messing with you, it was me" Bree said and I nodded.
Adam looked at her weirdly and looked at me in confusion.
"I don't understand" Adam said, causing Bree to sigh.
"Here, let me show you" Bree sighed as she put the thing back on her neck and presses the button and she transforms back into Principal Perry.
"Ain't I gorgeous?" Bree asked while talking in Principal Perry's voice.
"Whoa! Bree?" Adam asked with wide eyes.
"Mm-hmm" Bree nodded while smirking.
"I know I should be mad, but I gotta say, best prank ever" Adam grinned as the both of them high-fived each other.
Bree smiled and pressed the button again to talk in her regular voice.
"Thanks. I'm rather proud of it myself" Bree smiled while I looked at her in confusion.
"Even though it was my idea" I said but all she did was roll her eyes while walking towards the front door.
"You're always proud of yourself. Take a night off" Bree said and I rolled my eyes at her.
The doorbell rang causing all of us to turn around and for Bree to let out a small gasp.
"That's Jake! How do I look?" Bree asked and I looked at her weirdly.
"Like an eastern European swim coach" I deadpanned at her, causing her to look down and realize she's still stuck as Principal Perry.
"Lose the cybercloak" I said and she nodded.
"Good catch" Bree said and Jake starts knocking on the door.
"Uh, be right there!" Bree yelled as she started tapping on the button but nothing happens.
Her eyes widened in worry as she walks towards me.
"Chase, what's going on? And why won't it change back?" Bree asked in worry.
I quickly walked to the other side and tilted her head back to look at the tab. I tried pressing it myself but nothing worked.
I then looked at it and my eyes widened in realization.
"Um, I believe the technical term for this is 'it's stuck'" I said and her eyes widened in shock.
"Stuck? I can't go to the dance as Perry. Ugh. What am I going to do?" Bree asked.
I looked at her nervously and just shrugged as Jake knocked on the door again.
"Bree. Are you ready?" Jake asked.
Me and Bree looked at each other in worry while Adam was sitting on the couch with an amused smile on his face.
"I know I am" Adam said, causing me and Bree to glare at him.
Jake is still knocking on the door as me and Bree are trying to figure out what to do.
"Bree, are you there?" Jake asked.
We both looked at each other and before either of us could speak Adam gto up from the couch and walked towards the door.
"Adam, do not open that door" Bree warned him while getting up from the couch.
"Why would I do that? Oh, right, 'cause it's going to be hilarious" Adam grinned before opening the door to reveal Jake.
"Come on in, Jake" Adam said as Jake stepped inside the house.
He stopped when he saw "Principal Perry" and looked at her in shock but also confusion.
"Principal Perry, what are you doing here?" Jake asked.
Bree quickly pressed the button on the tab to switch her voice to Principal Perry's.
"Uh, yelling, sweating, rifling through their meat" Bree said, making Jake look at her weirdly but nod either way.
"Where's Bree?" Jake asked while looking around.
"She's not here" Bree said, causing Jake to look at her in confusion.
"But I just heard her voice. Is she blowing me off?" Jake asked, slowly starting to get angry.
"No!" Bree yelled, causing all of us to look at her.
"I mean, she's here. She's just not in the room right now. She'll be down in a sec" Bree said.
This made Jake less angry as he nodded.
"Could you excuse us?" Bree asked as she turned around and hit me, making me wince in pain before she dragged me away.
Once we were far away from Adam and Jake Bree quickly switched back to her voice.
"Quick, grab another cybermask and pretend to be me so you can tell Jake I'm too sick to go to the dance" Bree said.
My eyes widened in shock as I stared at her in complete annoyance and rapidly shook my head.
"No, I refuse to be your—" I started but I was cut off by Bree grabbing my arm and superspeeding us down to the lab.
"Aah!" I yelled in shock.
A few seconds later she had attached a tab to my neck and forced me to change into her. Once that was done she superspeeded us back upstairs and shoved me into the living room.
Adam and Jake turn around to face us and Jake smiles when he sees me (since I'm now stuck as Bree).
"Wow. You look beautiful" Jake smiled, which made me really uncomfortable.
"Knock it off, dork" I said in annoyance.
Jake looked at me weirdly while Bree smacked my arm and my eyes widened when I realized I had said that in my voice.
I quickly pressed the button on the tab and changed into Bree's voice.
"I mean, nice sweater. I think I have the same one" I said and he nodded.
Adam looked at us in confusion, like he's trying to figure out something.
"Wait, what's going on?" Adam asked.
Before either of us could say anything his eyes widened in realization and a smug smirk appeared on his face.
"Oh, okay, I see what you did. You know what? You guys keep going, I want to see how this plays out" Adam smirked before sitting back down on the couch.
"Look, I'm so sorry, but I can't go to the dance. I'm real sick" I said as I started fake coughing and gasping, hoping he would believe me.
"Sick? You were fine on the phone" Jake said in confusion.
I quietly groaned in annoyance but before I could speak Adam stood up and walked towards Jake.
"Don't worry, Jake. I see what's going on here. Bree's not sick, she's just nervous. Trust me, she's super into you" Adam said.
"No, I'm not!" I yelled in annoyance.
Soon me and Adam start fighting each other and I jumped onto his back.
"Stop it!" Bree yelled as she tried to stop us.
"Okay, this is weird. Maybe I should go" Jake said as he tried to leave but Bree stopped him.
"No, Jake, don't go" Bree said, still talking in Principal Perry's voice.
Jake looked at her weirdly as she quickly tried to come up with an excuse.
"Bree, tell him what you told me. That you think he's great and that you're dying for him to take you to the dance" Bree said while looking at me.
"I am not taking him to the dance" I said through gritted teeth.
"Could you excuse us for a second?" Bree asked as she quickly grabbed my hand and pulled me into the same place we were before.
She then tapped the button on the tab and glared at me.
"Because of your stupid mask, I'm about to lose the one guy who's not intimidated by me. Go to the dance and stall him until I can figure out how to switch this off" Bree said.
"No way" I said.
"Chase please" Bree begged but I shook my head.
"No way in hell am I doing that. And I'm supposed to be going with Luna. This was supposed to be the one school dance we could go to together without anything or anyone ruining it for us. I'm not going to ruin that for her just because you want me to pretend to be you and go with Jake" I said in anger while crossing my arms.
Does she not realize that this is important to me and Luna?
This was going to be the one and only dance we could actually go together as a couple.
The other two dances were a disaster because of me, Luna didn't deserve that and it makes me look like a terrible boyfriend.
"Chase please" Bree begged once again but I shook my head.
"Bree I can't. I promised Luna that this would be the dance we would finally get to go together. I can't break that promise. I can't do that to her" I sighed.
Bree looked at me for a few seconds before her eyes widened in realization, like she just thought of something.
"Look please just do this. If you do this then I'll change into you and pretend to be you so that way Luna doesn't get suspicious" Bree said.
"That's not going to work. We all know how Luna is" I said.
"I promise that it will work. So please just do this for me and I'll do this for you" Bree said.
I stared at her for a few seconds before sighing and nodding.
"Alright fine, but this better work" I said and she nodded.
"I promise it will" Bree said.
She quickly superspeeded us to the lab and I quickly typed onto the cyberdesk so that she can change into me.
Once I was done she hit the button on the tab and she change into me.
And luckily she wore the same clothes I was wearing before she forced me to change into her.
"Alright now come on" Bree said as she grabbed my arm and superspeeded us back upstairs.
We both sighed before walking back intothe living room, only for both Adam and Jake to look at us in confusion.
"Oh hey Chase. Where's Principal Perry?" Jake asked.
Bree quickly pressed the button on the tab to change her voice so she would sound like me and I did the same.
"Hey Jake. And Principal Perry just left, she wanted to go hang out with her cats" Bree said.
"Hold up what?" Adam asked in confusion.
The both of us just gave him an annoyed look until his eyes widened in realization once again when he realized what we were doing.
"Oh this just keeps getting better and better" Adam smirked.
Jake looked at him weirdly before turning to me, but before he could say anything we heard footsteps coming from upstairs, causing all of us to turn around.
Luna's Pov
After finishing with my hair and makeup it was time to go downstairs, hopefully Chase and the others are still there.
I started walking downstairs and I smiled when I saw that they were still here.
"Hey Luna. You look nice" Jake said and I nodded.
"Thanks Jake" I said as I walked towards him and the others.
"Looking good as always little sis" Adam said and I giggled.
"Thanks Adam" I said before turning to face Bree and Chase.
My smile grew and I started blushing when I saw the outfit that Chase was wearing.
He wore a gray shirt, black jacket, black jeans and black shoes.
Can I just say that he looks so damn hot in this outfit. I mean he looks good in anything he wears but damn, my man looks hot.
"Looking good Chase. I love the outfit" I smiled at him.
"Oh uh...yeah thanks Luna. Love the dress" Chase nervously said while nodding.
I narrowed my eyes at him but what was a bit weird to me was the way Bree was looking at me.
She was scanning me up and down with wide eyes, almost as if she was shocked.
"Woah...you look really beautiful sw-- I mean Luna" Bree quickly said.
I narrowed my eyes at her in confusion and to be honest I was a bit weirded out.
"Uh...thanks Bree. But you already knew what I was going to wear. Why are you so shocked?" I asked.
She cleared her throat and shook her head.
"No reason" Bree said before turning to Jake, who was just as confused as me.
"All right, let's go to the dance, dude" Bree said in a bored tone, causing Chase to hit her in the arm and for me to narrow my eyes at her.
What the hell is going on?
I thought Bree was excited to go to the dance with Jake.
Why is she acting so bored and bummed out?
"I mean, shall we?" Bree asked while doing a small curtsie.
Jake just nodded as Bree started fast walking towards the door with the rest of us following her.
We all walked out of the house but me and Chase stood back as Adam leaned by the door with a smirk on his face.
"Hey, Jake, it's okay if you want to hold Bree's hand" Adam smirked.
This made me let out a small giggle but what surprised me was Bree yelling and running towards Adam and jumped on his back.
She then started hitting him as Adam is yelling and trying to pry her off.
"Uh...what the hell is going on bubba?" I asked while looking at Chase.
"Oh...uh nothing's going on Luna. You know, just Adam being Adam" Chase said with a small smile.
I narrowed my eyes at him before sighing and rolling my eyes.
"Whatever. Come on, let's go" I said as I grabbed onto his hand.
He flinched when I had grabbed his hand, making me more confused and a bit worried.
"Are you ok? Did I hurt you?" I asked.
"No...no, no I'm fine. You didn't hurt me. Your hands were just a bit cold, nothing major" Chase said.
I narrowed my eyes at him but nodded and the both of us walked away with Adam and Bree following behind us.
At School
Once we arrived at school we walked into the gym to see that everything was all decorated, there were lights everywhere, tables, snacks and music.
Everyone was already here and they were all either talking or dancing.
I smiled along with Jake and Adam.
I turned to see that Bree and Chase weren't smiling, instead they both looked worried and annoyed.
Adam then walked over to the D.J and said something to him before the D.J ran off as Adam took the mic.
"Ladies and gentlemen, let's get this party started! Whoo!" Adam yelled.
Everyone starts cheering and clapping as me and Jake join in on the cheering.
I turned to look and see that Bree looking annoyed as she let out a sigh and to see that Chase was just groaning.
"With a slow love ballad" Adam said and soon slow music starts playing.
Everyone starts smiling and picking a partner to slow dance with.
I look over to see if Bree would be happy about this but to my surprise once again she looked beyond angry as she turned to glare at Adam who was just smirking.
Before I could say anything Jake turned to face her and held out his hand for her.
"Let's show them how it's done" Jake smiled.
Bree let out a small groan but gave him a fake smile and grabbed his hand and he drags her to the dance floor.
I looked at her weirdly before rolling my eyes and turning to Chase.
"Do you wanna go dance? Or you wanna get a snack first?" I asked.
"Let's get a snack. I'm getting hungry and dancing isn't something I want to do right now" Chase said.
I smiled and nodded as we walked over to one of the tables nearby and picked up some cookies.
"Hey bubba. Do you know what's going on with Bree? Why is she so mad?" I asked.
"Uh...I'm not sure. Maybe she's tired or something" Chase shrugged.
"I highly doubt that. Plus she was so excited that she was going to the dance with Jake. I don't know why she's acting so mean and bored" I said.
I turned around to see Jake hugging Bree but she looked so uncomfortable.
"It just doesn't make any sense" I sighed in annoyance.
"Don't think much of it Luna. She's probably just tired or not in the mood" Chase shrugged.
"I guess" I sighed in annoyance.
I finished eating my cookie and rubbed my hands together before laying my head on Chase's shoulder, only for him to flinch just a bit.
I raised my head and looked at him weirdly.
"Are you alright?" I asked.
"Oh...uh yeah I'm fine. Don't worry" Chase nervously said.
I just nodded and smiled and leaned in to kiss him softly on the lips but to my shock he pulled away before I could get the chance.
I stumbled a bit and nearly fell to the ground but manage to keep my balance in place.
I then glared at him in annoyance while he gave me a nervous smile.
"What the hell Chase? What did you do that for?" I asked.
"So...sorry Luna, you just caught me by surprise. I wasn't expecting you to kiss me" Chase said while waving his hands around.
I narrowed my eyes at him, that's like the fourth or fifth time he's called me Luna.
Chase doesn't always say my name, he always calls me sweetheart.
'What the hell is going on?' I thought.
After the slow dance was over everyone went back to regular dancing while some went to go eat some snacks.
Jake left to go use the bathroom as Bree had made her way over to us.
"Bree what's going on with you?" I asked while crossing my arms.
"What are do you mean?" Bree asked in confusion.
"Why aren't you having fun with Jake? I thought this was what you wanted" I asked while narrowing my eyes at her.
"I mean yeah it's somewhat fun but maybe Jake isn't the one for me" Bree shrugged.
"Yes he is!" Chase immediately said, making me and Bree look at him.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
He seemed to have realize what he said because his eyes widened in shock and fear as he quickly corrected his mistake.
"I...I just think that maybe Bree is shy because Jake is the only boy that talks to her and doesn't care if she's bionic or not" Chase said.
I looked at Bree who seemed to be glaring at him before she put on a fake smile and nodded.
Alright that's fucking it.
These two are hiding something and I'm going to find out what it is.
Jake then walked back into the gym and walked over to us with a smile on his face.
"There you are" Jake smiled.
"Oh. Hi" Bree said with a small annoyed smile.
"You ready to hit the dance floor again?" Jake asked.
"Yeah, just give me a sec to run to the can" Bree said.
This made me and Jake look at her weirdly as she let out a small smile and started giggling weirdly.
"Uhh...Trash can. In the ladies room. Yep, I am all lady" Bree said as she started laughing awkwardly before running away.
Jake let out a small annoyed but sad sigh and turned to us.
"Why does she keep blowing me off?" Jake asked.
Chase looked at him nervously, for some reason, while I just sighed and shrugged.
"I knew I shouldn't have asked her to the dance. Why would a bionic girl be into a regular guy like me?" Jake sadly said.
I sighed and shook my head and gently patted him on the back.
"I don't know what's going on with her Jake. She was really excited to go with you to the dance. I don't know why she's acting like this" I said.
"Yeah, Jake, I agree with Luna. Bree's into you. She's really, really into you" Chase said in a really weird tone.
Me and Jake both looked at him weirdly and honestly a bit creeped out.
Sighing and rolling my eyes I turned back to Jake and gave him a small smile.
"Hey if you're not happy because of how my idiot of a sister is acting towards you then maybe just leave" I softly said.
Jake looked at me and smiled softly at me and nodded.
"Thanks Luna. That made me feel a bit better and I might take your advice into consideration" Jake said.
"You better, or I'll beat your ass" I joked.
He laughed and threw his head back a bit and playfully punched me in the shoulder.
"Whatever you say. I'll see you later" Jake said before walking away.
I let out a small laugh and rolled my eyes before turning back to Chase.
His expression was different, he looked worried, scared and honestly a bit angry.
I narrowed my eyes at him and crossed my arms.
If I'm going to get to the bottom of this I need to think of something.
But what should I do?
It only took me a few seconds until a plan came popped into my head and a small smirk appeared on my face.
'This should help me figure out what Bree and Chase are hiding' I thought.
"Hey bubba, wanna go dance for a bit?" I asked while holding my hand out for him.
"Uh...sure" Chase said as he hesitantly took my hand and I pulled him to the dance floor.
We were doing small dances, nothing major or crazy and I'll admit I was having fun and Chase did too.
But I could still seem some sadness in his eyes.
Before I could ask him what was wrong I turned around to see Jake telling Bree he was going to leave when Bree shook her head and grabbed his arm.
"Oh, no, you're not going anywhere. Come on, I want to go dance like the girl that I am. Whoo! Yeah!" Bree yelled.
Bree and Jake walked to the dance floor and Bree immediately started dancing like a crazy person.
Jake looked at her weirdly but started dancing as well.
I rolled my eyes and turned back to Chase to see that he was still dancing but kept his eyes on Bree and Jake.
Time to start my plan.
I smirked and made my way closer to Chase, wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me.
"Woah...uh what are you doing?" Chase nervously asked.
"Dancing with my boyfriend. What do you think I'm doing?" I asked in annoyance.
"Well...yeah...I uh know that. But do we really need to be this close?" Chase asked while giving me a small nervous smile.
"You're acting as if we don't touch each other. We always hold hands, hug, cuddle and everything. What's the problem with this?" I asked.
"No, no, no there's no problem with this. It's just-" Chase started but I cut him off by grabbing his hands and placing them on my hips.
"If there's no problem then let's resume" I smirked.
He blushed in embarrassment and stuttered nervously but I knew this wouldn't get him to crack.
So, me being me, I'm going to try something else that I know will get him to crack and I can figure out what's going on.
"You wanna know something" I said.
"What is it?" Chase asked in confusion.
"The dance is fun and all but I'm actually starting to get a bit bored. Maybe we should leave" I said.
"Uh...if that's what you want then sure? But where would we go?" Chase asked.
I smirked and tightened my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to my body.
"How about we head back home? We can have our own fun there" I smirked while gently caressing his cheek.
He shivered at my touch but he still looked uncomfortable and his whole face was turning red.
"I...I...uh I don't think we should do that" Chase said.
I let out a small giggle and smirked even more and gently bit my lip.
"Why not? It wouldn't be the first time we made out. We do it all the time" I said.
Another idea came into mind and I leaned closer to him.
"And I think we can have another one right now, don't you think?" I asked.
Chase started getting more nervous and tried to pry my hands off but I held a strong grip.
I smirked and leaned in to kiss him on the lips when all of a sudden I was gently pushed off of him.
"No, no, no, no. I'm sorry but that's not going to happen" Chase said while shaking his head.
I huffed in annoyance and glared at him while crossing my arms.
"Cut the act, I know something's going on. You and Bree are acting weird and I want to know what's going on" I said.
He tried to come up with an excuse but I glared at him and grabbed him by the collar.
"And if you don't tell me what it is I will not be afraid to light your ass on fire" I warned him and let him go.
Chase looked at me for a few seconds before sighing and nodding as he pressed something on the back of his neck.
"Luna, it's me Bree. It's not Chase, it's me Bree" Bree said.
My eyes widened in shock as I uncrossed my arms.
"Wait hold up what. Bree, is that really you?" I asked in shock.
"Yes, yes it's me. Listen, me and Chase had revealed to Adam about the prank and to show him that we were telling the truth I changed into Principal Perry. I then tried changing back when Jake had arrived but it wasn't working, the thing was stuck" Bree explained.
"How the hell did it get stuck?" I asked.
"I don't know either. But the point is it got stuck and I didn't want Jake to think I was blowing him off or anything so I forced Chase into pretending to be me" Bree said.
Cue my eyes widened in shock once again as I turned around to see apparently Chase, stuck as Bree, being hugged by Jake while slow dancing once again.
"You're telling me that Chase is stuck as you and pretending to be you so Jake doesn't suspect anything?" I asked.
Bree sighed and nodded.
"Look we're sorry for doing this and not telling you. But I had offered to turn into Chase and pretend to be him and go to the dance with you" Bree said.
"Why didn't Chase just tell me what was going on?" I asked.
"Because he didn't want to ruin things for you. This was the one and only dance you two would actually get to go together as a couple. He knew how much this meant to you. He was scared that you would've hated him for not being able to keep his promise" Bree explained.
After hearing that my heart broke and my face softened.
Chase really didn't want to tell me because he thought I would hate him.
I could never hate him. I love him for god sakes. I love him with all my heart.
I opened my mouth to speak when all of a sudden Bree was suddenly turned back to normal.
Both of our eyes widened in shock as Bree looked at herself and a smile appeared on her face.
"I'm back. I'm back. I'm me again" Bree smiled while spinning herself around.
"That's awesome sis" I smiled and brought her into a hug.
We both let out a small giggles before pulling away from the hug.
I heard footsteps from behind me and turned around and smiled when I saw Chase behind me with a nervous smile on his face.
"Hey guys" Chase said.
"I'm going to talk to Jake and explain everything to him. You guys have fun" Bree said before quickly walking away.
I giggled and turned to a nervous looking Chase that refused to look at me.
"If you're going to say it just do it" Chase said.
I narrowed my eyes at him in confusion and crossed my arms.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"If you're going to breakup with me just do it right now" Chase sighed.
I stared at him in complete shock with my eyes wide open and my jaw dropped.
Does he really think I'm going to breakup with him?
"Chase-" I started but he cut me off.
"No you don't understand. Everything was ruined today. I don't deserve to be your boyfriend. I ruined everything today. I broke the promise I made. I'm so sorry I didn't-" Chase started but I cut him off.
I immediately turned him around to face me as I cupped his face and smashed my lips onto his.
His eyes widened in shock for a few seconds before he started kissing me back.
He wrapped both arms around my waist and pulled me closer to his body.
The kiss lasted for 2 minutes until we pulled away to catch our breath.
We were panting for a bit before we stopped and stared into each others eyes and pressed our foreheads against each others.
"What was that for?" Chase asked.
"To show you that I'm not fucking mad. I never was mad" I scoffed while rolling my eyes.
"But sweetheart. I runied everything. I ruined the dance for you. And I broke the promise I made" Chase said.
"Bubba, that doesn't matter to me. Bree told me everything and I understand why you did what you did. Even if it was mostly because Bree had forced you" I said.
He let out a small chuckle at that, making me smile.
"But I still feel bad. I promised that this would be the dance we would get to go together as a couple. That this would be the one time we could be normal together and just have fun together" Chase said.
Small tears started streaming down his face, making me softly sigh.
"Chase, a stupid dumb dance doesn't matter to me. So what if it didn't go as planned. I still had fun, and it doesn't matter if you broke your promise or not. I know that you would never do that on purpose" I said.
He opened his mouth to speak but I cut him off.
"Chase Davenport. Never in a million years would I ever breakup with you. It doesn't matter what has happened today. It wasn't your fault and it wasn't Bree's fault either. I love you with all my heart and never in a million years would I ever leave you just because of some stupid dance. That's a promise" I reassured him.
He stared at me in shock, with tears still in his eyes as I gently wiped them away.
He let out a small sigh and kissed me softly on the lips.
"Are you sure you aren't mad?" Chase asked.
"Yes bubba. I'm sure" I said.
"And you aren't going to breakup with me?" Chase asked.
"Hell no. Never in a million years is that ever going to happen. You hear me" I sternly said.
He let out a sigh of relief before chuckling and giving me a small smirk.
"Yes sweetheart" Chase smirked.
I smirked back and kissed him on the nose.
"We've still got a few more hours before we have to head home. How about we hit the dance floor?" I asked.
"I like the sound of that" Chase smiled.
He kissed me one more time on the lips before pulling me to the dance floor, causing me to giggle.
There we danced like crazy and just had the time of our lives with Bree, Adam and Jake joining us.
I'll admit, it had started off as weird, a little creepy and suspicious.
But it ended great and I still had fun with my friends and the most amazing boyfriend in the world.
That's all that matters to me.
